Instead of showing empathy or a willingness to help, I felt like I was an inconvenience. Courtesy and professionalism should be the bare minimum, especially in a healthcare setting where patients may already be stressed or anxious. I had a not so good experience at another Any Lab Test Now location. Was told I needed to be there…read moreby 2:00 pm because FedEx had to pick it up. So I went back another day at 1:58 and the same person told me it was too late because it would take about 30 minutes to process my blood work. She could have told me to come by 1:00 or 1:30 but she didn't. So at that point I was done with that person. Now for the good news . I called the McKinney office and they told me as long as I was there by 3:00 they could do the test. I went to the McKinney office today. Got there about 2:45. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Ashley who told me to sign in at the front desk on a tablet that was standing up on the counter, a clever way to display it. The sign-in process was very short and simple, unlike a lot of the tablets I encounter at medical offices. She told me that it would be just a few minutes and my wait was very short. Ashley was very nice and friendly and this was probably the most painless blood draw I have ever had. Ashley answered all my questions without hesitation and in a very pleasant and helpful way. If your doctor has given you orders for Any Lab Test Now, I suggest you go to the McKinney location. They will treat you right!

I came in to be seen on Tuesday 8/18 about a random pop up of sores in my mouth. I never had this…read morehappen before and wanted to stop it before it got worse. When I came in I was on day 3 of pain. It started on one side, which I thought was just a cut due to something I ate, but the next day I woke up and my throat was sore (tonsils) and my ear hurt. I had a hard time swallowing my own saliva. I went and looked at myself and saw I had sores on my tongue which shortly migrated to the other side and under my tongue. On day three after work I came in because the sores were now on the inside of my cheeks and lips. I came in with concern and in severe pain. I could barely talk because of the pain, drink or eat yogurt. The doctor that I was assigned was nice, but it felt like she was in a rush and just wanted to be in and out quickly and not deal with my situation. She checked my ear, and didn't really look in my mouth at the full situation, I just showed her one side of my tongue which had a few sores and before I got to move to show more because it was hard to lift my tongue or do anything because of the pain she walked away and began to talk to me about what I needed to eat, which were cold items, and said that she could prescribe me an oral, but it would be the same as orajel and it would just be best just to use that. I then asked questions as she wanted to leave. I even had to ask her what she thought I had or what it could be, because she wasn't giving me any information about my situation. I still don't know why it's spreading or what I actually have. She just said I could have ulcers. She didn't prescribe anything for the spread and I just left. I feel that I paid $100+ to be seen while not receiving anything helpful due to my situation. Right after my visit I bought some orajel, but the next day I woke up and it was even worse. My words were slurs and the spread and pain is unbearable, but since I had work (Wednesday) I couldn't come back in to address anything, nor do I have the money to be seen elsewhere at the moment or to come back in since this experience wasn't the best and I honestly feel neglected I don't think I'll be back because I came in for help to stop whatever I have before it got worse, just for it to get severely worse while not receiving a for sure diagnostic. This put me in a situation that is unfortunate and honestly a horrible experience overall with my visit and what I'm currently going through. Update: The spread became worse and the pain was absolutely horrible, I ended up going to the ER. It was the only place I could go without having to pay, since I already went integrity to seek help and I was failed to be treated on and misdiagnosed. After being seen at the ER, I was dehydrated from not being able to consume liquids and was diagnosed with a viral infection and was prescribed medication right off the bat. I'm beyond disappointed in the care that I received from Kristie from integrity, and upset that she made me experience further excruciating pain that I didn't have to endure.

My IFD doctor ordered $2000 of testing to be done, to see what autoimmune disorder is attacking my body. I've been sick every single week. I'm about to lose my insurance, i go, get this testing done. Took me 20 min on the phone, JUST to make an appt with a automated machine. Then, to try to create an account my name "doesn't exist" So, they either spelled my name wrong, or lost my stuff. Then I try to use the online "assistant". Simple "need test results" i wrote, and it said "I'm sorry, i don't understand what you are asking". So i put "test results". "I'm sorry, I don't understand what you're asking.". Omfg, so, i create a online profile. NOPE. I typed in my question to send to them and it says. "Remove spaces and special characters from message." So, I did, still won't accept my message. Trying to talk to anyone on the phone, you need a good hour to even get that done, and finally when the operator answers, they will be vile, and rude and tell you they cannot assist you..... So, let me get this straight? You want $2000 from me, to run tests I never get back, i can't access, i can't find, you don't have any easily accessible source of information or customer service. AGAIN TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. Go to ANY LAB TEST NOW, and you can get your stuff within a couple of days, for half the price EASILY, no headache, they literally email the results to you. I wouldn't use this place if i was dying, and it was the last place on earth. Unprofessional. Unorganized. Employees hate their jobs. Inaccessible. Unaffordable. Unattainable. Waste of my life. Now, im going to have to find a place, that can redo this blood work, before i lose my insurance, and don't find out why im sick.
