I have been here 3 or 4 times and each time I needed to have a relatively complex blood draw done for an "outside test" I brought with me. ("Complex" in that the blood / serum had to be kept at a very specific temperature for a specific time; then packed in dry ice, etc.) Anyway, recently Jessica really went above and beyond to make sure it was done correctly. I mean I'm super detail-oriented and she was more so than me even! I was very appreciative and trust Jessica completely.

The "Doc in the Box" tried to get pedantic with me and threaten that I wouldn't get the job I was applying for. I tried to tell him I had been there for hours but he didn't care. Afterword...
