Instead of listening, she hurried me and checked ONE ear before she tried to leave. I literally had to stop her and give her more information so she could better "diagnose" me. She then haughtily checked my other ear and then my throat upon my direction. I was barely even told what she thought was wrong with me. I had to read it on the paper afterwards and google it. The nurse spent more time with me collecting information than she did. Oh, and are NP's even allowed to diagnose alone in Texas? There was no other person in there with us. Something to think about.
