The first time, I thought it was a mistake until she did the second one and then dropped it as well to the table. RUDE! It was not appropriate and hurt my legs and ankles. The medical staff working were mostly professional in completion of their job. This visit left me irritated with several issues and less than likely to return in the future. January2022: 4: I received a call from this business last year and decided to book an appointment because I wanted to pay for a second opinion on my health care status. The location was a local community service center adjacent to a church. I arrived early, but I was not seen in a timely fashion, but was in communication with the workers the whole time. Long story short, we came in at 3 am for major abdominal pain for my boyfriend. He could barely move, they did their routine questions and when asked he admitted he does smoke marijuana on occasions and she jumped to "well thats probably your issue" the male nurse also agreed with her and from that point on they were very stand offish. They just assumed they knew what was wrong and wrote off his pain. He assured them he knows his body and he knows its something more serious but the blonde also insisted its her job and she does this everyday. Tried to over explain different new strains have been "causing major abdominal pain." Just diagnosed him with out having any test back whats so ever. And was awfully snobby about it. Then test start rolling back in and shes no where to be seen but the males attitude shifted and he seemed more attentive and warned us some stuff looked a little off. Anyways in the end we ended up being moved facilities to have his APPENDIX REMOVED. Any one whos had the procedure and issues knows the pain. It was very unprofessional and unpleasant. We've never felt more uncomfortable in a doctors vicinity for simply being honest. I told the person who answered the phone that before making an appointment. But at the end of the appointment, I was told there was no one present who could administer an IV. I understand doctors do not normally insert IVs but he wasn't capable especially if it's an IV therapy location? I was charged nearly $100 on top of my deductible for a COVID test which I wasn't told before the test was done. I've never been charged that much for a COVID test. Even though I asked about the charge and told him my copay amount, they still overcharged me which wasn't discovered until I asked for an itemized receipt. It took them many hours to issue the partial refund.
