From a very satisfied customer: Y'all, I found the best urgent care today in Rockwall. It is a hidden gem, in a little office plaza next to Culver's. It is Rockwall Rapid Care. I had checked in at Care Now for a time after 1pm. I finally get a text they are ready for me at 4. I get there at 4:05. I was one of 3 people in the office. By 5, there were about 20 of us. In that hour, only one person had been called back and I had not seen one person come out. I went to the front and told the unfriendly office staff I was going to leave. I get it. I am sure she was overwhelmed. She said why, there is not a wait, I just have not been able to get you entered. I said, oh okay. If it will be a few minutes, I will wait. I waited another 20 minutes and walked out. I was lucky enough to find Rockwall Rapid Care on Google. I was afraid I would not make it by 6, when they closed, they said they would wait on me. I get there, they greet me at the car and take me back immediately to a wonderful room with a reclining chair. The nurse comes in to get vitals and I fill out some paperwork and they told me to punch a button next to my chair, when I was done. 5 seconds later the doctor comes in. He was a delight. The doctor is an MD, not a PA. He told me what my problem was with a joint in my foot, gave me a shot and told me, I would feel 100% better tonight and he was right. So thankful I found this place. It is a privately owned urgent care and the care I was given was unbelievable. They charged me a $20 copay. I told them, I thought it was $50. They said don't worry about it, if it is more than $20, we will bill you and they sent me on my way. My husband went with me and we were both so impressed and trust me, my husband does not impress easily, when it comes to doctors. read more

I specifically selected this place because they market themselves as having IV therapy and I was very dehydrated from a stomach bug. I told the person who answered the phone that before making an appointment. But at the end of the appointment, I was told there was no one present who could administer an IV. I understand doctors do not normally insert IVs but he wasn't capable especially if it's an IV therapy location? I was charged nearly $100 on top of my deductible for a COVID test which I wasn't told before the test was done. I've never been charged that much for a COVID test. Even though I asked about the charge and told him my copay amount, they still overcharged me which wasn't discovered until I asked for an itemized receipt. It took them many hours to issue the partial refund. read more

Today was my 3rd visit over a 4 yrs time span for different issues. Every single time the staff is courteous, the lobby and patient rooms are clean, the nurses/doctors are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. This is, by far, the best urgent care I have been to! Scheduling the appointment was super easy and checking in was also a piece of cake. We arrived and were greeted by a friendly EMT who brought us right in to a room and got us checked in. Doctor came in minutes later and was truly great! Everyone was very caring and knowledgeable. Rockwall Rapid Care is the best urgent care facility I've ever used. We (family of 5) are repeat customers, and have recommended Rockwall Rapid Care to many friends and family members. We usually use the online booking tool, which is super convenient, but they also allow walk-ins. Most appointments are completed curbside, and the wait time is never more than a few minutes. After all these years Covid free I finally got sick. I'm 65 years old with a compromised immune system. This virus kicked my butt for 3 days. Dr called in the army! Monoclonal antibody therapy.! Rockwall Rapid care literally came to my rescue. The tech Craig was at my bedside within an hour and a half. Craig was kind and professional. He loves his job and the company he works for! I highly recommend Rockwall rapid care! And will use this facility for all emergency care in the future... forget the doc in a box. read more

I am so impressed with this Urgent Care. I found them on Facebook through a local neighborhood group and they had great reviews. My daughter came down with a bad cold and we wanted to get her checked out since she wasn't improving after over the counter meds and rest. I went on their website and was able to make an appointment online for the same day. I was also able to do all our insurance paperwork and health history on my phone prior to the apt to save time which was awesome!! When we drove up they have car stalls right in front of their clinic with ring cameras to check in. You just press the button to tell them you're there and then wait in your car Within a min of calling, someone was out to get us checked in. After a really nice tech came out to our car and did vitals and took some swabs for some initial tests all while my daughter stayed in her car seat. Less than 10 mins later the doctor walks out and reviews her test results, prescribes her antibiotics (which he sent the prescription straight to our pharmacy and it was ready in an hour) and we were on our way. We were there for a total of 20 mins. I've never had an urgent care apt go so quickly and efficiently. The staff was so nice. I loved that the tech and doctor talked through every step they were doing with my daughter so it wasn't a scary experience. She's only 4.5 years old so doctor visits can be scary. Luckily she loved it. I'm really glad we found this place and my family will definitely be back if the need arises. read more

I heard about Rockwall Rapid Care from a friend. I called to see if I could get my son-in-law in because he tested positive for covid. The girl who answered the phone was so nice and easy to work with. We scheduled an appointment for the Monoclonal Antibody (Regen) Infusion the next day. Craig was the medical attendant that administered the infusion. He was great! He was so concerned and so attentive and handled the IV with such care. A few days later, my brother tested positive. I called back again, and they treated me as if they knew me. I was able to get my brother in the next day for the antibody infusion, as well. My brother was very happy with his care. He believes that it definitely made a difference in his healing process. Three weeks ago, I tested positive for covid. I called for myself and got to experience their care first hand. First of all, I stayed in my car until they came and had me come in. I didn't have to wait very long. They escorted me into a room and began to explain what was going to take place. I was very pleased with the entire procedure. Craig was the care giver for me, as well. Such a kind, hard working medical professional. I had been told to ask for an additional medicine to combat the ill effects of the infusion and had to talk to the doctor. He was great! He had no problem adding the additional medicine. He was very attentive and checked several times to make sure everything was going well. I have no problem giving this place 5 stars! Not feeling well, I can say that they did everything they could to make it a pleasant experience. My husband ended up with a positive test and had to go have the infusion within the week. He agrees with me that they deserve 5 stars. We are very thankful for the employees at Rockwall Rapid Care and highly recommend them! Rockwall Rapid Care is the best urgent care I've been to in Texas. I was in a lot of pain with a UTI. They got me in quickly. I was in and out in 25 minutes. All staff members were very nice.
