The medical staff working were mostly professional in completion of their job. This visit left me irritated with several issues and less than likely to return in the future. January2022: 4: I received a call from this business last year and decided to book an appointment because I wanted to pay for a second opinion on my health care status. The location was a local community service center adjacent to a church. I arrived early, but I was not seen in a timely fashion, but was in communication with the workers the whole time. The provider also seemed completely different at the six-month follow-up, not focused at all on what she had said at the previous visit. I will not return. On another note, be wary of Google reviews that indicate 276 five star ratings! I have now had two bad experiences in Rockwall because I trusted the Google reviews.
