He arrived on time, had excellent follow-through, was communicative, and was a very conscientious person. His work ethic and skill level are top-notch, and he is meticulous in his workmanship. Tom is fantastic and came to rekey my New home and also realigned my some deadbolts that were struggling to close and really helped make the process super easy! 10/10 recommend. read more

Tom was as good as ever! All my new door fixtures are beautiful, and now I can rest easy again. The lock on my front door was sticking so badly that I had to wrestle with it for a good two minutes before it would finally open. That was a hazard waiting to happen (god forbid there was a fire/emergency and I couldn't get the door open). Tom's work is always A+ work, I'm so happy with it. He even remembered me, even after all the time that's passed from when I last called him. Thank you so much Tom, I really appreciate your great work! read more

Thomas was awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He even stayed late to replace the locks on our new house and was more than willing to be flexible to coordinate with our schedule. If I ever have any issues with my locks, Thomas is the first guy I'm calling (and not just because there's a three year warranty). read more

We are very happy with the service Tom provided. We had him replace our front door with a smart lock as well as replace the locks on three additional doors that were malfunctioning due to age and wear. He guarantees his work and warranties the equipment we purchased. Recommend him highly and will call on him again with any of our locksmith needs. read more

Tom came over to rekey our house after we moved in. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He recommended hardware replacement and gave compelling reasons as to why it would be important for us. In the end, we agreed and he installed new hardware on all our exterior doors, including a keypad on the front door. His work was completed quickly and competently. I would definitely hire him again, and would recommend him to others. read more

Tom was out of town when I called to have my house re-keyed. I was unable to schedule precisely with him due to personal circumstances. Tom was very amenable to a tentative schedule for the work after his return. Contact between us was maintained until I was able to give him a precise time. The work was completed as requested and was of excellent quality. The only delays were caused by me talking. I recommend Integrity Lock & Key, and will call on them in the future. read more

We bought a new house and all of the keys worked fine. However, we wanted the home rekeyed for safety. I contacted my home warranty company and they assigned Integrity. Thomas was prompt in contacting me and arrived on schedule. I have a dozen locks that needed to be rekeyed. Two of the locks wound up having issues after Thomas left. Thomas was quick to respond to the issue and resolve it. I can't give him 5 stars because there were issues, but having a contractor who is quick to respond to issues and resolve them has value. read more

Tom rocks! We were referred to him by another locksmith because our deadbolt lock in our garage had broken and it was the only way into our house. Tom was at our house within 30 minutes and got us back inside. Thank god, since it was only 100+ degrees on a SATURDAY morning! He installed a new deadbolt and also installed a new deadbolt keypad that I ran to get at Home Depot at the last minute for our front door. He had to do some chisel work and was meticulous in his cleanup. Super nice guy and a great attitude. Thanks Tom!! read more
