We bought a new house and all of the keys worked fine. However, we wanted the home rekeyed for safety. I contacted my home warranty company and they assigned Integrity. Thomas was prompt in contacting me and arrived on schedule. I have a dozen locks that needed to be rekeyed. Two of the locks wound up having issues after Thomas left. Tom rocks! We were referred to him by another locksmith because our deadbolt lock in our garage had broken and it was the only way into our house. Tom was at our house within 30 minutes and got us back inside. Thank god, since it was only 100+ degrees on a SATURDAY morning!
