We've had an A/C problem for years. Our 4 ton unit would randomly freeze over. The only solution was to add more freon. A few months back they came out and gave me a quote for replacing my a/c ducting. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job completing the work. Boy were those ducts dirty! Fast forward to the heat at the end of June and my system went out due to a blower motor. Yelp didn't lie! Integrity Comfort Systems is 100% a 5 star company! We called ICS late evening and spoke to Kenny. He wasn't able to come out right away, to take a look at our non-functioning AC unit, but promised to be there between 8:00 and 8:30. Sure enough, 8:20am Kenny shows up to fix our AC. It turns out that our old AC unit had a blown out capacitor. Kenny was honest in saying that we can replace the capacitor, but we should consider replacing this older unit, for which it is difficult to find replacement parts if more serious breaks occur. He assured that he would get us through the summer and guarantee his work. I can tell you, through my interactions with Kenny... he is a humble, hard working and an honest man. He has a good vibe about him and I trust his work. The repair was slightly more in cost than I anticipated, but luckily there was a Yelp deal I purchased a $150 voucher for $100. Overall, I will seriously consider using Kenny and his company to upgrade my AC/Furnace in the near future. It's hard to find honest repair folks and when you do... you gotta Yelp it! read more

You have found the trustworthy, experienced, straight-shooting group of professionals who will save you money - and if we're talking about HVAC repair in July in the Valley, like we needed - your life. Integrity Comfort Systems came highly recommended to us from our Realtor, and when we moved into our home and realized the HVAC was lacking, they sent a rep out to us post-haste, who was able to assess our needs for upgrade and repair. He took pictures of all the nooks and crannies of our attic and was able to then immediately show us what was going on upstairs and what should probably be fixed, then provided us with 4 repair options, ranging from essentially "the works" on down to "band aid." For what we needed, they offered a no-money-down, 0% payment plan, were able to get us approved on the spot, and then scheduled a work crew to make the repairs FOR THE NEXT DAY. We needed a new AC condenser + a pretty extensive overhaul of our ducts and vents and they got the work done over the course of a single day and look: yes, there were several men drilling, sawing, installing and crawling around inside our walls all day, but I can honestly say at times I didn't even notice they were there. All of the staff we worked with were professional, courteous, knowledgable and willing to walk us through any questions we had no matter how simple or stupid our inquiries were. When all the work was done, they mentioned they offer a maintenance plan for annual check ups (but also did us the courtesy of explaining some simple self-maintenance we can do as well), and recommended their in-house bulk-filter purchasing options as well, which will save us $$ over buying filters at Lowe's/Home Depot, etc. As the beginning of the review states, stop looking and pick up the phone! These are the guys.
