Called on Sunday 4/19. Call was answered by the company's answering service. She took down all my information and told me Keith would be giving me a call to discuss my situation and schedule service. Keith never called. I waited until around noon on Monday to call back and spoke to the same woman who answered my previous call. She remembered my call after hearing my first name and double checked that all the information she recorded the day before was correct. It was. She apologized and stated the Keith would give me a call. I have still not received a call back to schedule service. My A/C stopped blowing cold and my unit is 14 years old. I guess if KeithHAC is too busy to schedule service on a system that likely needs or will need to be replaced soon for thousands of dollars, I will find a different HVAC company that is better with customer service, communication, and wants to add new clientele to their business. This is a very late review and i will admit this from the start. I was one of the many mid-summer, a/c just broke and needed help ASAP, I had read reviews and all positive experiences from Keith's and decided to give them a call. Very prompt response, and came out within a couple days. Tim was my service provider and he came out to the house, was very friendly, and let me know that it was my zone board that had gone out. He ordered the parts and was back to install them within a few days and i was now $700 lighter. He let me know that there were more issues with my system but he could get me up and running, just not with all 3 zones in my house operating correctly because a rat had chewed through the wires that went to my downstairs thermostat. I asked how much it would be and he told me $300, i had to deny and told him I'd do it in a month or two. Here's where the "review" begins. Finances got tight for me after that and i never called them back. I'm a fairly handy individual and after some research i saw that Honeywell had wireless thermostats, so i go up to my attic to get the model number off my zone board and found a complete rats nest of wires. There was zero care taken. Then i start digging and find that it's not all wired correctly, so i go and pull my thermostats off the wall to check the wiring configurations. All are the same except, the thermostat downstairs. Which Tim had pulled a wonderful stunt and had me do a continuity test with him at time of install to prove my wires were chewed. They weren't, he had just tried to dupe me of more money. So i match the wiring with my other working thermostats and violá, it works. So now i got to thinking about the one zone that he said "wasn't working" and again after crawling around in my attic i find that he had disconnected one of the wires on the damper for that zone. Which makes sense because it was on the downstairs zone that the "rats" had chewed the wires and for airbto come out it would need to be open at all times to let air flow. But why wouldn't you unplug it at the board, unless you're trying to hide your work. All in all i got a new board. Not sure i even needed one, but i was able to get my system functioning properly without spending a dollar more. Our A/C unit went out on Saturday due to the high heat and we called around to find someone who is available to come out that day to help us. Keith returned my call within an hour and was able to come to our house an hour later we hung up. He diagnosed the problem which was the fuses. Replaced it and it was working again, for about 15 minutes. Unfortunately the main problem wasn't the fuse. So I called Keith back and he came back after another hour and found the actual problem. The capacitor was defective which cases the fuse to go. Luckily he was able to fix that issue on site and we got our air back the same day. I read there's been such great reviews so I really wanted to go with them for my HVAC inspection. Completely unprofessional. Their technician failed to show up to a scheduled appointment period and when asked to speak to owner Keith 4 times, he never returned my phone calls either. I've tried to talk to dispatch about 10 times on how professional it is to have zero communication about missed appointment. At least tell me you can't make it and reschedule for another appointment, but seems like no one can get ahold of anyone there. read more

Back in 2021 my AC stopped working during the first heat wave of the summer. This year my AC stopped again during this years first heat wave! The condenser was not even turning on and our fan was blowing warm air. I knew to call Keith right away! When I called Monday we agreed on a Tuesday morning visit and check up. He kept in contact and came promptly Tuesday morning. Keith had a junior tech with him, Aiden, who got right on it and found the issue right away! Some part inside the condenser (probably original) had basically exploded. Luckily for us, Keith had the part on the truck! Aiden was incredibly helpful and got it all fixed and put back together right away! When they left there was cold air coming into my house again. this is twice now that Keith has saved the day and fixed our existing unit. He's never tried to push us into a new system (ours is very old) and is always willing to try a fix first. I've had it with these Clowns.. New c installed 06/2019 with 3 year parts and labor and 10 years system. They have been here 5X.. ya that's correct 5X in the past freeze .. "oh it's the wiring (YOU WIRED IT).. Oh you need a new thermostat.. Oh.. we see here your parts are from 2018.. (YOU INSTALLED 2019???) 2 No shows after appts set.. Now.. They wont even call me back. Thermostat of course NOT WORKING (new) DO NOT fall for these praises on Yelp I've been m,ore than patient and accommodating and my final response from them after MULTIPLE messages?? NO RESPONSE..
