First off... I can't believe I didn't post a review HERE on Yelp! I believe the review I wrote up only went to Google but it should post here too since many people use Yelp to help sort out companies to work with too! I've had to lean on this company a lot - so I have a lot to say, ha! Here's my review from 9 months back: I had a nightmare installation done by bad contractors causing a brand new unit to breakdown with every error in the book. Diego did an excellent job diagnosing the machine in 100+ degree weather. He was meticulous and went through every possible issue. Unfortunately the damage done caused the job to drag out but Diego continued working. I had a previous technician out from another company and even though I paid for their diagnostic service it's clear that I should've gone with Integrity Comfort Systems to begin with. I highly recommend this company. Everything is inspected and documented and then very clearly explained to me so I could understand the journey we're now on. No matter how many times I asked a question Diego took the time to break it down in ways I could understand (since I am not knowledgable in HVAC anything). No Mansplaining.. simply removing jargon and explaining step by step so anyone could follow. Seriously...Great job. My review from 5 months ago: I had ANOTHER HVAC issue but in my main house (HVAC is likely more than 20 years old) and Troy was sent out to take a look at what turned out to be a very dangerous situation. He was meticulous in documenting and clearly explained everything that was needed and why each thing was important for a SAFE operating system. I tend to only have catastrophic issues with units that either came with the house and are veeery old or something crazy like working with terrible contractors with bad installation and bad intentions causing MAJOR critical failures.... Nonetheless, Integrity worked with me providing a detailed estimate prioritizing what I could handle first. Review from the past 2 months: In addtion to those two experiences I had the pleasure of leaning on Chris for support in documenting the repair done on that AC unit damaged by the previous contractors. Chris was calm, cool, collected and incredibly thoughtful. He really worked with me to make sure we could clearly explain why certain repairs were absolutely necessary. Without Chris I would've been fully taken advantage of by those scam contractors. He didn't have to make himself that available to me but he truly went out of his way to make sure his customer was taken care of. It's very rare these days to find honest thoughtful people. When companies can get away with mistreating and scamming customers, greed seems to lead the way. Not with Integrity Comfort Systems - I mean, come on, Integrity is in the company name, and for good reason!!! And I must not forget to mention Julie. Julie handled all of my calls to the company to schedule repairs and help connect me with Chris to sort out the issues I had prior to working with them. There had been some stressful moments for me and she was always so helpful in guiding me to the right person. She always answered the phone, was always polite and easy to talk to, was loyal to the best interest of the client and I truly felt like she cared. Again RARE these days. Thank you so much, Julie! Chris, Julie and all their techs step up and really make sure the right thing is being done. I feel deeply indebted to all of them and they helped restore my faith in humanity. As a single woman on one moderate income dealing with the nightmares that come with homeownership and failing machines I really really needed this. I can't ever thank them enough and I could not recommend them more! All this from an HVAC company??? Excellent workmanship and wonderful customer service! We were looking to replace our old furnace and install a heat pump for our home in October. We interviewed 5 contractors and were very glad to have picked Integrity. From the very beginning, Integrity has conducted business very professionally. Steve came for a walk through, explained what we needed, and gave us a quote on the spot. The quote was within the mid range of all the quotes, and he walked me through all the Federal/state tax credit and manufacturer's rebate. A few days before installation, Julie called from the office and let us know the name of our tech (Jared) and their ETA. Jared and his team were very knowledgeable and considerate. Tarps were laid on our tile before work began, and the workers showed up on time everyday. On the days of inspection, Steve from Integrity came out again and waited patiently to walk the inspector through our project. This company tried to sell me a complete new AC system instead of making a serious effort to repair my existing one. I was told that replacement parts were unavailable and that the system should be replaced because of its age. I later found the parts myself on Amazon, replaced the fan motor control board and the upstairs thermostat, and the AC is now working again. I understand that an older system will not last forever, but telling a customer that parts are unavailable when they can be readily purchased is concerning. A full system replacement is a major expense. Customers deserve a proper diagnosis and a genuine attempt at repair before being pushed toward the most expensive option. read more

This review is long overdue. I have had the pleasure of doing business with Integrity on more than one occasion. They replaced my drainage system on my air conditioning with a pump system after I had leaking in the attic and it damaged my ceiling. Steve explained everything to me and even shared pictures of the process. He even came back out when I was concerned that it was working correctly and of course everything was perfect, with no issues. He was so patient with all of my many questions. I just had Integrity come out again with a different issue where we were not getting air flow to one room and Josh quickly found the problem, fixed it and gave additional advise on how to help the airflow in my home. I cannot say enough great stuff about this business: the people, the service, their prices...I'm on their twice a year maintenance plan for $150 on an hvac system they installed in 2017. Twice a year they replace my filters, check the heating/AC. I've worked with Kenny (the owner), James, Chris, Diego and I met Josh for the first time today. Julie runs the office and knows everything going on. Josh showed up right on time - I greatly appreciate that because I'm always running somewhere! He's soft spoken and friendly but got right to work. These guys don't upsell either. They will educate you, let you know what might benefit you or the system but never pushy. And they let you know what may be coming next. This is a small, community based business which runs better than maybe big businesses and the folks you're working with are a group of young family men who have all the same things in common as their customers. Excellent experience doing business with Integrity! Initially called them for a repair, knowing that our existing 22+ year old system was going to need to replacement sooner than later, and I already did a fair amount of research in to companies and cost estimations before they arrived. The tech/rep that came out took the time to go over all the repair/replace options with minimal sales pressure so we ended up replacing everything. The crew came out the next week and due to an inventory shortage installed a more efficient (and expensive) dual fuel heat pump system at no additional cost. The install was not without hiccups, but the company made good on everything that was promised and we are very satisfied with the results. Keep in mind that replacing an entire HVAC system IS NOT INEXPENSIVE, but there are only a few things in life where you cannot put a price on something that impacts your health, comfort and safety. read more

Thank you Josh for helping us with our heating system. He arrived promptly, wore shoe covers, and was easy to talk to. Our heater suddenly stopped flowing air, and he identified that things were overheating and specific items to repair such as the ducts and using replaceable furnace filters instead of our reusable one which can make the overheating worse. on top of it, the inspection fee was waived. Then he said that someone will come and figure out the cost of those services he recommended. I really appreciate that he was super open and honest when I talked to him. read more

We needed our furnace repaired. Integrity's response was quick and informative. The repair person explained that he could fix our 30 year old furnace, but he couldn't guarantee that it wouldn't break again and gave us an honest recommendation that we could either fix our current furnace or consider purchasing a new one. We decided on the latter and a salesman fully explained the types of furnaces they offered along with the warranty information. Once we decided on the type of furnace we wanted, an installation crew came out and put in our new furnace, in about 4 hours. Easy appointment set-up and good communication.Troy came to the house when promised, was friendly and respectful of property and owners (pets too) and did a thorough initial check up on the unit ($49 initially). He showed photos of dirty interior conditions and advised of all options to be considered to either upgrade or maintain the unit. No pressure to take all recommendations. Returned at time promised with upgrade, installed it and thoroughly cleaned and adjusted the unit inside and out. He actually took it apart. He showed before and afters and the difference was clear. I posted an initial review of the early process which was very positive, below is my review post-installation. All I can say is that my research and instinct paid off. HVACs are a big investment-much bigger than they were just 5 years ago so you want to make sure that you choose the right company. Integrity Comfort Systems is just that! Their prices are very competitive. They are much less expensive than the really large companies, but maybe not as cheap as the guy that is working independently and doesn't really have a company for you to call for regular maintenance, and doesn't seem knowledgeable or offer you different alternatives rather he just quotes you the cheapest unit. What I have learned from a lot of research is that installation is 80% of it. Don't stress out as much about the brand as who you choose to install it. Integrity Comfort Systems from start to finish was honest, professional, and very competent. From the initial consultation with Mike all the way to Jared who updated the electrical panel, everybody was very professional and did their job well. In between we had Tyler with his friendly smile bringing relief in the form of two portable ACs to use temporarily while we waited for the install. The installers Ivan, Andres, and Jaime all worked tirelessly over two days to install our two new units. However, What I find truly telling is what happens when something unexpected comes up and how a company handles it. We ran into a little hiccup during the final phase of the install as it related to the thermostat. There was an initial miscommunication so a last-minute adjustment had to be made. The company took full responsibility and made it right. These are the situations that truly distinguish a good company from a great company. I found this ridiculously out of line. I made an appointment with Integrity Comfort Systems based on a neighbor's recommendation. They sent out a wonderful technician, Troy, who inspected my system and clearly explained his discoveries and recommendations to me. Troy found NO problems with my HVAC system, NONE. I was beyond impressed with the quality, service, and competitive pricing of Integrity Comfort Systems. I needed to replace my original 1978 furnace along with my air conditioning system. I talked with three HVAC companies and ultimately chose Integrity. Steven was a big part of this decision, as he was clear and thorough from his initial visit to the final quote. I have talked to multiple HVAC experts over the past year, and nobody explained the updated refrigerant change and regulations as well as Steven. I also greatly appreciated the specificity of the quote. While other HVAC companies only gave me a model type and flat dollar amount, I received a quote from Integrity detailing every single thing they would do while replacing my HVAC system. On the day of install, I received a text from both Steven and the company with details on arrival time and the team lead's name. Diego, Emilio, and Oscar arrived within 15 minutes, introduced themselves, and got to work. The air conditioning unit and furnace were installed beautifully, but these guys really went above and beyond. They patched a gaping hole in my attic, replaced the broken drywall from the attic entrance with plywood, and bubble-wrapped my furnace closet to both insulate and cover up the left-over popcorn walls. While replacing connections in the furnace closet, they found asbestos in a flume on the roof and replaced (and painted) that too. I also have had a light out for at least 10 years in my hallway with a mystery light fixture I've never been able to figure out how to open. Oscar noticed this and realized it was a similar fixture to one he has in his own home so replaced the lightbulb while he was here. I write all this to note that most of this was not in the quote. These three men just saw fixable things while they were in my home and fixed them for free! Beyond that, they were respectful and a pleasure to work with. I didn't expect to ever find myself writing a gushing review about an HVAC company. But rest assured, every 5-star review here is accurate. This is a wonderful company with high quality products, great pricing, amazing communication, and some of the nicest people I've ever worked with. My parents need to replace their HVAC system as well and after my experience, they have Integrity scheduled for next month. read more
