Diego and Josh were very professional and polite. They quickly completed the repairs to our A/C system and explained the entire process. I would definitely use this company again. read more

This company is AMAZING!!!! I've used them many times and have referred many people to them and they all say the same thing. Josh came out to my house this morning to service my unit and he couldn't have been more thorough and pleasant. Each person they send out is professional, clean and knowledgeable. Josh took his time and didn't see how fast he can leave. Very meticulous and his attention to detail was epic!!!!! Never trust any other company. read more

I highly recommend Integrity Comfort Systems. I had a few bids from other AC contractors, and they were having trouble engineering how to install the HVAC unit with my low-pitched roof and small attic space. My house had never had AC . Some declined doing it. Michael DiNallo, Integrity's sales representative, engineered how to place and install. His crew did good fast work. He pulled permits, as I requested, and the work passed with flying colors. Also I got a ten year warranty in writing. Michael is not only a sales representative, but he has also worked in this trade and knows what he is talking about. Installation was completed in May 2024 and everything is working great! Great job at a great price!!!! read more

I love this company! I contacted them a week ago through Yelp because my AC stopped pumping cold air. Julie got back to me immediately and sent someone out that day. Christian, who is so kind, fixed everything. The job took a few hours, but he was so patient, attentive, and calm. That evening, after he left, I changed my filter. I noticed a different high pitched noise coming from my unit, waited a few days, then ended up contacting them again. Christian came out the next day. He didn't really figure out what the noise was, but when he took out the filter it stopped. He left and the noise continued. Usually I feel like a pest with certain companies because a lot of employees act annoyed or you can tell they hate their job. Christian was so professional and put my mind at ease. He also wore a mask at my request with no hesitation. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are extremely genuine! UPDATE: The same day, yesterday, that Christian came back out for that noise issue in my unit that continued, my AC stopped cooling again in the evening. I called today, the next day in the am. They just sent Chris out. He was very nice. He said there was a little moisture in the pipe, etc...and cleaned them out again. The ac is now pumping cold air and that noise has stopped as of now, which is very interesting. I knew it was doing it for a reason. I hope everything is fixed and no more issues. UPDATE: Unfortunately after the last visit with Chris, my AC stopped working again that evening. They sent 2 people out. Michael and another guy. I'm sorry for forgetting your name! They said that I needed a new unit. The next day and 10k later it was installed. Overall, I'm still very pleased with the customer service. I truly appreciate their kindness, coming in masks, and their cleanliness! read more

Our son, Sean S', new Air Conditioning System, installed by Integrity Comfort Systems, is working well. Today Josh (newer employee of 3 months) came to perform a 3 month maintenance and to adjust a few baffles to get even better airflow to our son's master bedroom. His service truly exceeded our expectations. He represents the Integrity Comfort Systems Brand in a way that would very much please his management. We appreciated his work and his kindness. Please let him know how grateful we are for his time today. read more

Integrity Comfort Systems did an outstanding job installing my Heating and AC unit. I emailed Integrity for a quote on a Friday evening and had the owner at my door the following Saturday morning. Kenny was very through with his assessment of the job and provided me a written estimate within hours of looking at the job. He discussed the equipment that would be replaced and the warranties (10 years Parts/Labor) that came with each unit. The manufacturers and reviews on the components were all great and reassured me that we were spending money on great long lasting equipment for our home. The seamless scheduling and organizing was fantastic, all my questions were answered and we were added to their job calendar which was just a few days from the original estimate. I was met bright and early on the scheduled installation day by Chris and his team for the installation. Chris was very organized and walked me through step by step how the day would go and what parts of the house they would need access to as we have cats that needed to be kept in a secure room. Chris and his team went above and beyond to ensure our floors were protected and put tarps down wherever they would be working or walking over. The job went according to plan and as promised they were finished, operational checks done and work area cleaned perfectly. I could not be happier, the professionalism and skill of this company at every step is incredible. If you are looking for a reputable and honest AC/Heat company you need not look any farther. They are the best! Reasonably priced as well if you want a quality job. Thank you Kenny, Chris and Julie you are the best! read more

Excellent service; excellent communication, timely and quick service. They didn't charge a fee to come and take a look is what initially sold me- then the quote they provided to replace my condenser motor was super fair and competitive- considering the heat they scheduled me fairly quickly and my AC was up and running in 1.5 hours. No joke they have a customer for life. Thank you so much!! read more

In 2022 we needed a new HVAC system. We shopped around and decided to go with Mike from Integrity Comfort Systems. He was professional, knowledgeable, and offered us a system that fit our house and our needs for a competitive price. His install team did great work on a quick timeline, even working a minor miracle by getting the new condenser into place in the tight space next to our house. The new system exceeded our expectations. Fast forward to 2024 when we had a minor but unusual issue with the system. Turns out that the issue was not caused by the new system (it was caused by some old residual component interfering). Mike came out, spent a lot of time and effort on a full debug and root cause analysis with some help from his team, and ultimately figured out the issue and fixed it for us. Mike, Troy, Chris, Julie, and the rest of the team (I am sure I'm forgetting names here) from Integrity Comfort Systems have all been wonderful to work with over the past 2.5 years and they get the job done. As usual and as expected the Spring service checkup from Integrity Comfort was great. Julie made scheduling easy and convenient. She was timely and informative. Troy the technician was on time, thorough and explained everything he was doing. He tested all the equipment, explained the tests and any potential issues. After the service and tests he cleaned up the equipment and made sure that to leave our home as clean as when he arrived. The cost of the bi-annual service is reasonable and prevents future surprises. As always I would recommend Integrity Comfort for any installation or service of HVAC equipment. read more

Mike at Integrity comfort support has been incredible to work with. They are very knowledgeable, reliable and honest. My husband and I had actually met with Mike back in July. We had decided to hold off and see if we could make it till the end of summer with our old HVAC. That did not end up happening and we knew exactly who we wanted to contact. Mike and his team were able to fit us in right before we left on our trip. Jared and Ryan installed our new HVAC and they were extremely professional and clean. We also have a condo and do not have the most easy access to the roof. They made it work and everything was completed on time. I would highly recommend them. Thank you, Integrity! read more

I called for an appt. On tues and they came out the next day. Chris was very knowledgeable about what duct work I had and learned these old fiberglass ducts can't be cleaned and could only put a fiterization unit on our system. Knowing the fiberglass isn't good to breathe in I decided to replace all my ducts. The process was so easy and they worked with me knowing I have a daycare and scheduled me for a Saturday. I highly recommend this company! Honest and family owed. The price I was quoted met my satisfaction. I will be using them in the future for maintained to our unit . Heather read more

Chris and Integrity Comfort are amazing. They installed an air purification system to our HVAC unit to make our house safer and cleaner for our family. They also did a system check and tune up on our system to ensure it was all operations properly. They can do it all. Used A/C for first time this year and it wasn't working well. Responded very quickly from Yelp message for a quote. Had openings in next hour to diagnose and no charge. Came out, identified the problem and quoted fair price to fix it today. All done in a few hours and we're good to go for the summer. Very pleasant and professional guys too. read more

My AC stopped blowing cold air last week. The compressor was replaced 3 years ago so this was sort of surprising. I called American Air and they came out and said my compressor was toast and I would need an entire new system at a cost of $22k. Integrity was recommended by a friend so I call them to get a second opinion. Steven showed up and fixed my system for $350. Turns out it was a blown CAP fuse. Steven did verify that the CAP fuse probably blew because of an incompatibility between the original coil in my attic and the newer compressor. He gave me multiple options to modernize my HVAC architecture(23 years old). The most expensive option was almost $30k less than an estimate I got from Costco for the same work. Integrity Air has won my business going forward! read more

I called Integrity Comfort Systems to diagnose why my air conditioner had stopped blowing cold air. Chris was at my house less than an hour later. Maybe I just got lucky with his availability that day, but it made a great first impression. So did Julie, who books appointments, and their system that sends you a text message to let you know who will be showing up for your service and when. Chris came prepared with a properly fitting face mask, a drop cloth to protect my floors, and booties to cover his shoes. Plus, his calm demeanor was exactly what I needed when I was hot, frazzled about the interruption to my workday, and upset about needing a repair. Chris had all the skills and equipment to diagnose the problem on the spot. It was a complicated problem and took maybe an hour to figure out. He ruled out all the easy fixes before determining that we had a massive refrigerant leak. Because it was a large and expensive repair, I got a second opinion. That company took twice as long to find the problem, did not have as good of a method to detect the leak, and proposed an unnecessarily time consuming and complicated solution. They also charged me over $100 for the visit, whereas Integrity's diagnosis was free. In retrospect, I should have hired Chris on the spot because he came recommended by someone who does not make referrals lightly and because he clearly knew what he was doing. But I needed to reassure myself that I was not spending a large sum of money unnecessarily, and the comparison to the other company definitely helped. I spent some more time educating myself about how my system worked, then called Chris back. He spent about 15 minutes on a Friday afternoon patiently answering my questions about the proposed work. He did not pressure me to hire him during the initial visit or when I called him back with questions. He just said, "Now you have my number, so you can call me if you need anything else." I did end up hiring him, and he fit me into his schedule quickly even though it was a time-consuming job. The final cost was identical to his estimate, as promised. Our AC works again, and I believe we've also found the company that will service our system from now on. It's always a good idea to get three quotes from any contractor. You'll learn things from each of them that will help you decide how to proceed with your project. But if you don't feel like doing that, just go with Integrity. They do not feel entitled to anyone's business and will earn your respect and trust. read more

They are nice however, when I received a text they were on their way the guy showed up 45 minutes later. Then when he went to go get his ladder he was MIA for like 20 minutes. I asked him about affordable options and I'm sorry but $16,000 is NOT an affordable option. read more

I met with Michael for an initial consultation for a new HVAC system. I was very pleased with how detailed he was in his review and recommendations. I never felt pressured. He gave me a quote, and I accepted right away. I had a few quotes before from other companies so I knew he gave me a fair offer. His work proposal was thorough, but I was concerned everything wouldn't get done. He assured me though that he would oversee everything to make sure what was on paper would get completed. The guys showed up on time, Michael was there to oversee it, and they followed covid protocols. Everything on paper got done as planned in one day. Even the small things such as replacing old nuts and bolts were not overlooked. The quality of the work was outstanding. I was so pleased that I recommended them to my neighbor who also hired them. They truly live up to the company name - Integrity. read more

Absolutely THE VERY BEST service we've ever had for our heating and air conditioning needs!! They really live up to their name and do the job with Integrity and the kind of over and above service that has almost become a thing of the past with most other service companies. I don't think I've ever had a business go quite as above and beyond to help me as Integrity Comfort Systems has. I am a new customer and over the last two months I've had to call them for my air conditioner breaking down three times, of course all during really hot weather when they're super busy. They managed to squeeze me in every time so that I would be seen either the same day or by the next day. They even texted me after business hours when they saw I had booked an online appointment in 2 days to let me know they could fit me in the next day. I very much appreciated that their initial assessment of the problem is free. I also loved their quick and clear communication including sending an ETA for the technician's arrival along with their name and photo. The first repair their technician Chris did was a really reasonable cost and was able to be completed the same day. The second time they came out the estimate seemed high, so I decided to see if I could get the repair done elsewhere. I was really impressed when I got a call the next day from Mike at Integrity apologizing that there had been a mistake in the estimate making it higher than it should've been and offering to send me a new estimate that was much more reasonable. In the meantime, I already had the repair done but something was off and my AC still wasn't working correctly. I called Integrity back out the 3rd time since they are the best, and they were willing to come out again even though I hadn't had them do the latest repair. My technician Steven was amazing. He was able to quickly assess the issue and make a fast, simple correction of the wire at no charge that got my AC up and running again instantly. I can't tell you how blessed I was by this and by Integrity's above and beyond service during a season of my life that has been incredibly difficult in many ways. I absolutely recommend Integrity Comfort Systems to anyone looking for HVAC service or replacement; you will not regret your decision. The cost of their services is competitive, but when you consider the outstanding quality of their work and customer service, you are getting an amazing deal! read more
