Robert was on time, respectful, knows his job inside and out. He also goes the extra mile. I had knocked a window panel off the rail and he not only fixed it for me, but he also put a cap piece on the end so it wouldn't slide off again. Like myself in my business, he is not the cheapest air duct cleaner around, however I want the job done well, one time, and that is what Robert's goal is and it's how he runs his business. He cleaned everything out meticulously and also went on the roof and cleaned the vent up there, too. I encourage anyone needing help after seeing an error message on your dryer like an "d95" type, it's time to give Robert a call. He also has a lot of expertise in many other areas related to appliances too. But best of all, He comes out to Malibu!

In fact, it was so dirty that we started feeling increased airflow through our HVAC system after he cleaned everything out. He recommended that we get a new one and stopped his work immediately and adjusted pricing to follow. Overall will absolutely use his services again because we definitely need to get these ducts clean more than once and he was the right guy for the job.

He was professional, extremely quick, efficient, and thorough from start to finish. Dryer Vents Express did a flawless job removing the significant buildup of clogged lint from our dryer vent, which has made a noticeable difference in our dryer's performance. Our dryer now dries laundry much faster and more efficiently, which should also help conserve electricity and reduce unnecessary energy consumption. I highly recommend Dryer Vents Express (Carlos and his team) to anyone in need of professional dryer vent cleaning and maintenance. I chose Dryer Vents Express based on their positive reviews and they did not disappoint. Carlos was very quick to respond and sent over two of his guys the very next day after I initially sent the online request for a quote at 9pm the night before. They were very professional and efficient and just after a few minutes of starting the job, they were able to remove so much trapped lint including a huge strand of lint that even shocked them. They continued to remove a bunch more lint and cleaned up everything once they were done. The price was very reasonable and will make sure to schedule with them every 6-12 months to make sure my dryer vents remain clean! Thanks guys!

Every HVAC company I called either didn't answer or was booked out for weeks. AOL Heating & Air was completely different. Avi, the manager, genuinely cared about our situation and made sure a technician was sent out the very same day. Christian and his associate arrived promptly, were incredibly professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue. After multiple other HVAC companies told us we needed a brand-new compressor that would cost us thousands of dollars, Christian found the actual problem and repaired our condenser in just 30-40 minutes. Not only did they save us thousands of dollars, but they restored our air conditioning and had cold air flowing through our vents again the same day. Their honesty, expertise, and compassion are hard to find these days. If you're looking for an HVAC company that truly cares about its customers, provides honest assessments, and doesn't try to sell you repairs you don't need, AOL Heating & Air is the company to call. Thank you, Avi, Christian, and the entire team, you turned an incredibly stressful situation into a huge relief!

Surprise furnace cleaning fee they didn't quote at all nor did they quote that the main duct cleaning would cost extra.
