My sales rep, Jesse Cruz was really, responsive & easy to work with from my initial contact and throughout the project until completion. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They arrived on time each day, kept me informed throughout the project, and completed the installation in only two days as promised. Their crew was amazing, did great work, and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. They installed my new system, replaced all of the ductwork, upgrade my home to a dual zone system and made sure everything was completed professionally to meet my goals for my home. If you're looking for a reliable HVAC contractor that is honest, punctual, and does quality work, I would definitely recommend Conejo Heating & Air. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'm very happy with the installation and the service they provided.

We had a girl Plumber, Stacie, and my daughters were super excited about that. She fixed my sink and shower in no time flat! I paid around 300 for my garbage disposal BUT 250 to change out an outlet under my sink (Which seemed a little high but I didn't have time to research new quotes.) I would probably use them again because it was easy to schedule and everyone that came was great.

I'm really happy to be writing this. It's been 11 years since I left my first review of AirWorks,…read moreand I still stand by what I said back then. I don't think you can measure a business when everything is going perfectly. You measure a business by how they handle things when it doesn't go as planned. Everything has been going great, but we recently had a little hiccup when I added a whole home water filtration system. I was a little frustrated and it took a little bit to get the right person on the phone, but I'm really happy to know that they are the same company from 11 years ago. They went above and beyond to take care of the problem. I've heard nightmare stories about other companies in the area that will install something and if there is a problem, you are on your own. I see a 1-star review from someone who was frustrated with lack of customer service. I was frustrated with this too. The AI phone interface can be frustrating, but there are good people working there who are trying to do the right thing. It just might take a little bit of patience to get the right person on the other end of the phone. I do know that they are addressing this problem. Julian is my plumber and Sam is my HVAC guy and when they come to the house it's like having old friends visit. At the end of the day, that's what keeps me coming back to them. The work is solid, the technicians are knowledgeable, and when something does come up they stand behind what they do. Eleven years later, that still says a lot about the kind of company they are. I have no hesitation to call them for some of the bigger upcoming purchases that our household needs, like a new AC unit and a tankless water heater. I am very happy with how they addressed this past issue and will be calling them in the future.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Air Works…read more We originally called because we were having an odor/fumes from our garage being pulled into our home through the downstairs HVAC system. That was the primary reason for the service call and the problem we specifically wanted corrected. Nick came to our home and spent a couple of hours going through the system with us. He quoted approximately $4,500, which was significantly higher than other estimates we had received. We agreed to move forward because he represented that they were going to do substantially more work, including addressing the air leakage from the garage, expanding/sealing the return area so it would not continue pulling garage air into the house, and making changes upstairs to improve airflow so so much air was not being directed into the primary bedroom. Based on those conversations, we were told the downstairs system would be properly sealed and the garage-air problem would be corrected. Unfortunately, when the technicians were finishing their work, it became apparent that the most important part of the job -- stopping air from being pulled in from the garage -- was not included on their work order. I raised the issue while the technicians were still here. They contacted Nick, and we were then told that sealing that area would be done when we eventually replaced the entire HVAC system. Replacing the entire system had never been part of our agreement or the reason we approved this $4,500 job. Had we been told beforehand that the work being proposed would not address the fumes/garage-air issue, we would not have authorized the work. The technicians who came to our home were professional, polite, and clearly trying to do the job they had been given. I actually feel badly for them because they seemed to have walked into a situation where they had not been given all of the information that had been discussed during the sales appointment. The frustrating part is that we spent a significant amount of time explaining exactly what the problem was and what we needed fixed. Yet after spending approximately $4,500, the original problem remains. I still cannot comfortably run my downstairs AC because the same smell is coming into the house. UPDATE: After I posted this review, Nick called us. Unfortunately, instead of trying to resolve the problem, the conversation became argumentative and his description of what had been discussed was very different from what we were told when we agreed to the work. This was especially concerning because the technicians had already contacted him while they were at our home regarding the same issue. Again, the reason we called Air Works was to stop garage air/fumes from entering our downstairs HVAC system. That problem was not fixed. We had previously used Air Force HVAC company for years and decided to try Air Works based on a recommendation. I regret that decision. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering Air Works get every single promised repair and outcome specifically written into the work order before authorizing the job, particularly if the recommendation is coming from the salesperson rather than the technicians who will actually be performing the work.

He showed photos of dirty interior conditions and advised of all options to be considered to either upgrade or maintain the unit. No pressure to take all recommendations. Returned at time promised with upgrade, installed it and thoroughly cleaned and adjusted the unit inside and out. He actually took it apart. He showed before and afters and the difference was clear. We feel safer and are breathing cleaner air. Definitely worth a try for HVAC needs. It's worth the money.

First off... I can't believe I didn't post a review HERE on Yelp!…read more I believe the review I wrote up only went to Google but it should post here too since many people use Yelp to help sort out companies to work with too! I've had to lean on this company a lot - so I have a lot to say, ha! Here's my review from 9 months back: I had a nightmare installation done by bad contractors causing a brand new unit to breakdown with every error in the book. Diego did an excellent job diagnosing the machine in 100+ degree weather. He was meticulous and went through every possible issue. Unfortunately the damage done caused the job to drag out but Diego continued working. I had a previous technician out from another company and even though I paid for their diagnostic service it's clear that I should've gone with Integrity Comfort Systems to begin with. I highly recommend this company. Everything is inspected and documented and then very clearly explained to me so I could understand the journey we're now on. No matter how many times I asked a question Diego took the time to break it down in ways I could understand (since I am not knowledgable in HVAC anything). No Mansplaining.. simply removing jargon and explaining step by step so anyone could follow. Seriously...Great job. My review from 5 months ago: I had ANOTHER HVAC issue but in my main house (HVAC is likely more than 20 years old) and Troy was sent out to take a look at what turned out to be a very dangerous situation. He was meticulous in documenting and clearly explained everything that was needed and why each thing was important for a SAFE operating system. I tend to only have catastrophic issues with units that either came with the house and are veeery old or something crazy like working with terrible contractors with bad installation and bad intentions causing MAJOR critical failures.... Nonetheless, Integrity worked with me providing a detailed estimate prioritizing what I could handle first. Review from the past 2 months: In addtion to those two experiences I had the pleasure of leaning on Chris for support in documenting the repair done on that AC unit damaged by the previous contractors. Chris was calm, cool, collected and incredibly thoughtful. He really worked with me to make sure we could clearly explain why certain repairs were absolutely necessary. Without Chris I would've been fully taken advantage of by those scam contractors. He didn't have to make himself that available to me but he truly went out of his way to make sure his customer was taken care of. It's very rare these days to find honest thoughtful people. When companies can get away with mistreating and scamming customers, greed seems to lead the way. Not with Integrity Comfort Systems - I mean, come on, Integrity is in the company name, and for good reason!!! And I must not forget to mention Julie. Julie handled all of my calls to the company to schedule repairs and help connect me with Chris to sort out the issues I had prior to working with them. There had been some stressful moments for me and she was always so helpful in guiding me to the right person. She always answered the phone, was always polite and easy to talk to, was loyal to the best interest of the client and I truly felt like she cared. Again RARE these days. Thank you so much, Julie! Chris, Julie and all their techs step up and really make sure the right thing is being done. I feel deeply indebted to all of them and they helped restore my faith in humanity. As a single woman on one moderate income dealing with the nightmares that come with homeownership and failing machines I really really needed this. I can't ever thank them enough and I could not recommend them more! All this from an HVAC company??? Yeah, I know... in 2026 when the world seems to be falling apart... these guys will make sure to take care of you. 5 stars isn't enough.
