I love and trust these guys. They show up on time, are very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I know there are a lot of AC companies but I stick with Integrity because their name says it all. I am selling my current home and have plans to call Integrity to my new home to maintain my unit there and install the same new thermostat for me. These guys are the best! read more

One of the best companies I've worked with, our AC unit exploded and we were without AC for a few days, while we were working out the financing, Chris was able to get us a portable AC to help us through the summer heat without us even asking. They were very responsive and very kind, really helped us when we really needed it. One of the best HVAC companies out there. read more

I was scheduled for a thermostat replacement service yesterday that should have taken no more than 2 hours. My technician was Mike Di Nallo. He arrived on time and was very courteous and respectful of my home since it was raining heavily outside. The seemingly easy install run into voltage and connectivity challenges that were unexpected. I was replacing two Honeywell thermostats with Eco Bees. Mike went above and beyond with his patience and trouble shooting to get the job completed. The job stretched way beyond what we would both have anticipated but his professionalism was steadfast. Thank you Mike for making my holidays much better! This company is outstanding! read more

Stop your search. You have found the trustworthy, experienced, straight-shooting group of professionals who will save you money - and if we're talking about HVAC repair in July in the Valley, like we needed - your life. Integrity Comfort Systems came highly recommended to us from our Realtor, and when we moved into our home and realized the HVAC was lacking, they sent a rep out to us post-haste, who was able to assess our needs for upgrade and repair. He took pictures of all the nooks and crannies of our attic and was able to then immediately show us what was going on upstairs and what should probably be fixed, then provided us with 4 repair options, ranging from essentially "the works" on down to "band aid." For what we needed, they offered a no-money-down, 0% payment plan, were able to get us approved on the spot, and then scheduled a work crew to make the repairs FOR THE NEXT DAY. We needed a new AC condenser + a pretty extensive overhaul of our ducts and vents and they got the work done over the course of a single day and look: yes, there were several men drilling, sawing, installing and crawling around inside our walls all day, but I can honestly say at times I didn't even notice they were there. All of the staff we worked with were professional, courteous, knowledgable and willing to walk us through any questions we had no matter how simple or stupid our inquiries were. When all the work was done, they mentioned they offer a maintenance plan for annual check ups (but also did us the courtesy of explaining some simple self-maintenance we can do as well), and recommended their in-house bulk-filter purchasing options as well, which will save us $$ over buying filters at Lowe's/Home Depot, etc. As the beginning of the review states, stop looking and pick up the phone! These are the guys. I know live in a climate-controlled nouveau-royalty ice palace instead of the seething, withering sweatbox I was slowly melting inside of before Integrity Comfort Systems came along and saved the day! read more

This company has been nothing but an upstanding organization to work with. They installed my HVAC system in 2014. They returned the following year to fix an issue. This week my system stopped blowing cold air even though the condenser and fan were running. Mike Di Nallo is an outstanding representative of this company. He checked my system which was now operating at its optimum. (It corrected itself overnight but I decided to keep the appointment). He cleaned the intake at the air handler, he made suggestions to help the system work better, and he suggested a different kind of supply grille. I recommend this company to any and everyone. Their name is not just a name. I consider myself very lucky to have worked with them and will do so in the future. read more

We hired them to replace damaged ducting in a subfloor and they had the best price by far. The crew was polite, speedy and cleaned up completely afterwards. We definitely recommend them! read more

I called them last minute because my heater stopped working properly due to my messing with the thermostat wires (trying to install a fancy thermostat myself...) So, I went two nights without heat and realized I needed experienced help, so I called Integrity Comfort Systems complaining that I was freezing.... And he sent his crew out right away. They were awesome! They quickly reconnected my thermostat properly, and securely.... And then went on to service my heating unit for the biannual servicing to make sure everything is working properly..... I am so grateful for them, they are courteous, respectful, and clean up after they are done. (Also, they are very respectful of my having pets and are careful when going in and out to get tools without letting any of them out.).... read more

Update! We had ICS back when our AC went out last month and Mike could not have been more helpful. Tried his best to get the old unit up and running to hold us over a weekend we were hoping to be out of town, then did the new equipment install within a day. New units installed professionally and everything is working great! Julie in the office bent over backwards to get paperwork done and scheduling too. Just a first class team all the way around read more

We have been using Integrity Comfort System for years now. Our first experience was almost unreal as they came out on a holiday weekend during one of the worst heat waves and got our system working until they could return in the next few days and replace what needed to be replaced. They have since then, redone our whole heating and cooling system and were the first company to figure out how to increase the flow in the upstairs from what the developer had installed. We have referred them to many neighbors since then. One of the technicians, Chris Spalding has been to our home many times and his professionalism, knowledge, confidence and ability to explain to us exactly what is going on never disappoints. They are beyond timely and value our time as well and their follow through is incredible. We will keep on recommending them to others. read more

Great! Great! Great! I can't say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them to everyone. Kenny was fast, efficient and very professional! Integrity Comfort Systems is top-of-the-line. I replaced my ancient rooftop air conditioner with a new heating and air-conditioning system and all new ducting last summer. Since that time I have had regular maintenance on the system and have been completely impressed each and every time I've dealt with them. My tech Mike made the entire job enjoyable which is near impossible since I worry about everything. I highly recommend them for any air-conditioning or heating work you might be considering. read more

Kenny installed a new furnace for me about 9 years ago. I was very pleased with his professionalism, work ethic, cleanliness of his work area and honesty. At the time, he pointed out that my air conditioning compressor was old and would need replacing soon. He could have easily "up sold" me in to replacing it then but he suggested I maintain it as needed and replace it when it finally dies. Now that is an honest guy. It's now 9 years later and although the unit is noisier and needs a few servicing needs It's still cooling our home. So, you know who I called when I needed a Nest thermostat installed. Michael came out and informed me what I already suspected. My house is old and an additional wire is needed before the Nest could be installed. He asked me if I had any other concerns relating to my heating and air conditioning. I told him I'd like better air flow through the vents but based on the age of the house I guess I'd have to live with it. He went into my attic checked things out came down and just like Kenny 9 years earlier told me honestly that I could keep the ducting as it is doing its job and at some point if I wanted to invest in better ducting to increase the air flow to give him a call. Being as he had to come back to install the new thermostat I asked how much it would cost to replace the ducting. The price seemed fair to me so I told him to do it. Two days later a crew arrived to complete all of the work and I couldn't be happier. I swear Kenny has cloned himself. Michael and the entire crew couldn't have been nicer and kept my home cleaner doing their work. If you prefer dealing with a company and staff with integrity as I do it will be easy for you to remember the name of this company for your heating and air conditioning needs. read more

Integrity Comfort Systems lives up to their name from every angle! From the moment you call and talk to Julie, to the end of the installation, they do not leave out any details. They are extremely competitive in price; give you a follow up call; answer all questions and concerns; show up on time; polite and courteous as they work and finish on time as told me. They made sure I was completely satisfied with everything before they wrapped it up. Stellar job, guys! read more

Off the charts good! Quick response to set an appointment. Michael di Nallo was on time and super helpful. Professional, polite, honest. I was not home so Michael talked through options with my wife. In our experience, tradesmen are apt to try to sell something we do not need. With Michael, there was no upselling. There is something to be said to be able to trust a vendor. We trust integrity. If there was Nordstroms of HVAC, Integrity and Michael would be it. read more

I have been using Integrity for all my heating and air problems. They are fast, professional and most importantly, honest! We love Integrity. We have been using them for several years now. They took over our contact and warranty when the previous company we were using went out of business and we have been very happy with them. We have their Bronze plan where they come out twice a year and service our heating/air unit. The technicians are always so nice and knowledgeable. They do a great job and are very neat and always make sure and take care to clean up after themselves. Julie in the office has always been very nice and helpful. We definately recommend this company. read more

After the fires here in Thousand Oaks we experienced a high level contaminated air inside our home. To my surprise, one of my air-conditioners didn't function at all so there was no filtering of the air. I called Integrity Comfort Systems HVAC and spoke with Julie. Mike, the technician, came out the very next day. Alas, it was just a loose wire in the thermostat, but Mike did an excellent job checking out not only the compressor that didn't work but my other compressor and forced air unit as well. He was very knowledgeable and professional and to top it off, the service call was free. I was so thrilled, I signed up for their annual maintenance program, which, believe me, I should've done along time ago. Thank you Mike, see you next month for my first maintenance service. read more

Literally standing in my kitchen, having a grateful "ugly cry." Kenny of his air conditioning company Integrity Comfort Systems is amazing! Let's just say he and his brother Chris totally saved the day today. If you need ANY work or repair on your air conditioning or heating systems, I can't recommend them enough. They installed an "air scrubber" today that kills all grossness in the air (viruses, bacteria, mold, etc.) Believe me, I had a lot of grossness! I'm now breathing the cleanest, freshest air, and it's all thanks to Kenny. This is his number: (805) 404-5861. He is a man of true integrity! So much gratitude for being introduced to this angel. There was no doubt our 25+ years old AC & furnace were going to be replaced. This review consists of 2 parts, estimates and performance. Estimates: We talked to 4 companies, all of which have high yelp.com results for HVAC installations. The results of those conversations were quite different. All 4 spent time with us thoroughly discussing options and gave either a firm quote or cost range estimates before they left. Company A representative gave us a cost range based on options and told us a written estimate would be sent in a day or two. Several days later he called and asked if we had questions. I told him we had not received a written estimate. He suggested maybe an email address problem; verified email; estimate promised next day. Job is now done and still no estimate. Company B representative gave us a firm quotation. When asked about a written estimate, we were told it would be provided after a deposit was received. We're from the east coast and have learned that many things are different in CA but that seemed a little too different. That's too bad because we had a positive reaction to him and what he had been saying until that point. Company C representative told us a written estimate would be sent in a day or two. He said a few things I thought indicated he was trying too hard to show experience: He pointed out the furnace closet door was being sucked closed because of a lack of a seal either between the furnace and its support or between the furnace and the metal box above it. Afterward, I opened and closed the closet door and realized the door closed because it has kitchen cabinet type hinges: as the door approached a closed position, the door self closes. More importantly, a few days later he provided verbal estimates for the options via the phone. But no written estimate. He called a few days later and asked if we had made a decision. I told him we had and we would not be using his company. Company D, Integrity Comfort Systems, representative gave us a cost range based on options and told us a written estimate would be sent the next day. We had it in the morning. Every option was completely detailed. One should realize the estimate you receive is nothing more than a slightly modified version of the previous estimate the contractor sent to another potential customer. And that estimate is nothing more than a slightly modified version of the previous 100 estimates the contractor sent to other potential customers. I know this is a very busy time of year but a written estimate is not that time consuming to provide and it is a safeguard for both parties. Integrity Comfort Systems Performance: 1. All communications, whether in-person, phone, text & email, were professional. 2. Their estimate costs were closer to the low end of all of the verbal cost ranges we received. 3. Questions about some of the items included in the options were answered, in writing, very quickly. 4. Minor modifications to the selected option estimate were provided quickly, in writing, enabling us to approve the estimate and be added to the work scheduled asap. 5. The removal of existing and installation of new AC, furnace and related components was done by their professional and courteous 3-person crew in one long hot day, providing helpful information along the way, dealing with a few complications as the work progressed and humoring a home owner who was trying only a little bit to not be too much of a pest. A job very well done. 6. Performance was excellent! Everything about this project, from the initial phone call to the clean driveway after they left with cool air flowing out of the air ducts, was excellent. Based on our experience with this company and its personnel, we strongly recommend you contact them about your HVAC system questions and problems. read more

Kenny and the team at Integrity really helped me out. I had recently bought a 40 year old house with the original ac equipment, which of course went out after the home warranty expired. After having 5 different companies out to see what could be done, Kenny laid out all the options for me and even came up with some creative ideas for putting in a new system. Kenny was even able to work within my budget for a new system that nobody else wanted to even consider. The new system was put in and working great. I called back after a couple of months because I was having trouble connecting my smartphone to the thermostat. Kenny came back out and put in a better thermostat free of charge. I would recommend them to anyone looking at repairing or replacing their heating/ac system. read more

I called a few other places around town and nobody compares to these guys! Not only are the prices reasonable they work late to accommodate their customers. It's not only in their name these guys really do work with integrity. Mike the other guy who was working on my unit is also awesome! While I know a lot of us wait for something to go wrong with their heating and/or air conditioning systems before they (have to) call for help, in light of my my recent experience with Integrity Comfort Systems, I would suggest you not wait. In my situation, in advance of the (hot) summer months coming, I was referred to James at Integrity for the purpose of having them do an inspection and cleaning of my AC and furnace. The whole process, starting with the appt was efficient and timely. I called on a Thursday (spoke to Julie), set an appt for the next day, Friday. After getting off the phone I immediately received a text confirming the appt (Friday 9:00 - 9:30 am). Then on Friday morning, at 8:50, i received a text from the technician, Michael, indicating that he would be arriving by 9:20, as he did. Michael was professional and thorough and his experience was obvious. And while my AC only needed to be cleaned, he did point out several issues with my furnace one of which was the condensation overflow pump had been improperly connected and would not function as intended should the unit malfunction. How would I have known...not to mention that the last guy (in 2016) never noticed or tested it! Now, as a result, we can head into the summer months not even thinking about our AC. Also, moving forward, based on the semi-annual inspection program (March/September) that I signed up for, I might (LOL) actually look forward to the re-inspection for the end of Sept...in advance of needing to use the furnace. I highly recommend, James, Julie, Michael and Integrity Comfort Systems. read more
