I took my car here for a diagnosis and they ended up keeping it for 4 months, when I Finally was able to get my car back it was running worse then when I brought it in, they did a HORRIBLE JOB! Come to find out they fired the guy that was in charge of fixing mine. When I got my car back after 4 months I drive it to my house and it sounds like a tractor and then my serpentine belt came apart and could not drive it, they didn't even put my car back together, my AC was just hanging off my car they didn't even bother making sure everything was back together correctly, along with that now every time I turn my car off it won't start up again. 5,000 dollars and 4 months of waiting you would think that my car would at the very least start and drive, hell I could of worked on my car better! Bob at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, and my car was inspected and finished in around 20 minutes. Have grown up using integrity car care. Really like Bob at the front counter. However today I went to get an oil change and a filter change and when I left there was a loud vibration noise when I accelerated. I took it back in to get it looked at and told them that It happens when I accelerate. The man drove it around the parking lot and brought it back in and told me (in 5 minutes) that he "didn't see an issue and the part may have just fallen off", which I'm not a professional mechanic, but I know that's not supposed to be a good thing which I guess he thought it was. So I'll be taking my car somewhere else where the mechanics are wise and not just cool people at the front desk. read more

I love the Integrity Car Care Cross Roads location! Customer service is exceptional every time I bring my car in to get serviced. Their store is always clean, crisp looking, several options for waiting areas, clean bathrooms, free drinks while waiting. They have TV's, a "business" room if you bring your own laptop or work to use with desk type counters. They have a kids play area and cell phone charging stations. The prices are competitive in our area and they have never been pushy with me about adding extra services on top. They have notified me of potential needs that may arise in the near future, but never have they told me of an immediate need encouraging me to perform extra services in the same visit. That really is something I appreciate. I like being able to shop around and learn about services before purchasing, so the heads up for maintenance and relaxed nature they have compels me to come back to them every time. I've had oil changes, tire rotations, and state inspections preformed solely at this location for years. I've also had them complete several flushes and an alignment. I've never had issues with missing or loose lug nut, also never had issues with oil caps being left off. I've had that happen before at other car maintenance companies but not with Integrity. Was looking for a new oil change place and came across this establishment. The desk guys are nice and they seem like they are always busy. Did a walk in both times. The first car I was waiting a good hour and a half cause some energy drink trucks pulled in before me. The second time I was out in no longer then 30 min. The guy pulled me into the bay and showed me that my tires were old but said they had good tread on them. I definitely found my new oil place. read more

Just a front desk attendant (not a mechanic) handing me a sheet of paper. Did not give me confidence to use their services so I walked away. So I have a few experiences with this shop and they are really nice and helpful but the quality and pricing is trash. I do not believe they are fully knowledgeable as they may seem. Took my wife's car to the shop cause the car kept running hot and temp gauges were running a fritz. Also had an issue with the coolant disappearing. They fixed the sensors the first time but the coolant leak wasn't handled until there was coolant spewing from a hose. We ended up having to go back for an additional $1500 dollars on top of the $400 for the initial repair. They didn't handle everything the first time as they should have. On another occasion, took the car for the plate under the car to get put back on as it was fallen off. This is a service that is typically free however I was charged $25 and it was done incorrectly. This place is a jip but they are nice. read more

I could give this place a 5 star review every time I come here. I got a new to me vehicle in September. Thanks to all the construction around us I have had two tires with nails on the outside of the tire. The first one had to be replaced and when the auto service that changed my tire this morning I took his word that the nail was on the outside and would need to be replaced, exactly as the other tire. Integrity worked me late in the day and patched it for me even though I didn't even think to mention that as an option. They thanked me for buying my tires with them and sent me on my way. I trust this place. I thought my vehicle needed tires and asked them to check when I went in for an oil change. They could have easily said yes and sold me a set of tires. So far I've gone there about four times and I've really been happy with their services. They are quick, professional and they get the job done. I went to Integrity this morning to get my Oil changed, tires rotated, and inspection. I've never had an issue in the past. HOWEVER, this time I was told they couldn't rotate my tires because the front ones were so bad. (I just bought 4 new tires 3/2020) So, they tried to sell me some. I declined. Next up, they said my check engine light was on. It had NOT been on at all before this. They stated my transmission fluid was low and that they could flush it out and refill. I declined. No reason my 2018 car should fail inspection. My husband checked my tires, they are FINE! So now I'm wondering that a mechanic did something to trigger my check engine light going off to try and get more money out of me! read more

This is my second time here. I was very impressed with how they took care of me and my car the last time. They were just as awesome this time. They are very neat, clean, professional and friendly. They are the kind of place I would feel comfortable having my wife come to on her own. No fast talk sales pitch. No trying to sell unnecessary services. In fact I think my wife would feel comfortable here as well. The front area is large and includes an area with free coffee or soft drinks. The bathrooms are spotless and nicely appointed. They have a separate waiting room with comfortable seats and a big screen TV. Of corse they have wifi. They also have a little alcove in the waiting room set up as a kid's waiting room with bean bag chairs and a flat screen TV on the wall. When I look through the windows from the lobby to the service area you can see that the mechanics take pride in their work environment and keep things organized and clean. I usually don't sing the praises of car repair shops so you can tell I think their special. By the way, I don't live close to them, so it's not just a convenience thing, I just wait to be in the area to get my car serviced. read more

After a little over an hour, the bill rang up at $63 and some change! The manager on duty Ryan said the coupon was for SYNTHETIC BLEND cars only! WT??? Now, how many cars/trucks use synthetic blends unless they are OLDER cars? This was my second and LAST TIME using this blood-sucking company! These guys are honest, friendly, very professional, and hard-working. My son had an oil change there and was in and out quickly. I had a blow-out near there, and they were very helpful. They didn't have the tire in stock, but had it ordered and on my car by mid-afternoon. They made sure there was no other damage to my car at no charge. The price was very reasonable and less than the big discount tire chain. The waiting area was very clean and had free drinks, too. I will be back, for sure! read more
