Upon arrival I was greeted and we agreed that with $ 5000 my car will be fixed and didn't bargain regarding pricing at all. After two week the car was ready and before accepting the job I did check the car and I see the engine light of the car is on!!? The owner which has no clue and history of running a business as mechanic shop tells me that don't worry I know people who can pass your car through inspection!!!! I said noooo!! This is not the way it works. We make a deal I have paid you what you asked I this needs to be fixed. He said that my mechanic say the issue is not related to you radiator fan and etc .. that you brought your car for!! And the added extra charge for changing the O2 sensor , after two weeks I noticed there is an oil leak under my car in the parking lot garage, and took the car back, owner says it not related to your accident that oil filter leaks, which all were related because my radiator was punctured, well there it is another charge for oil filter washerin two week so have to bring the car back because the temperature gauge is above normal!! He too much rely on his mechanic since he purchased the business from previous owner with the mechanic and he wants to keep the mechanic for this reason against my workweek another charge for oil filter washer also my head lights which were replaced had too much blind spot and whatever they to fix I t failed and I did accept. After another two week that started to make a squeaky noise which I had to have the mechanic to listen when I was moving the car when was Turner off , and found out when were the front bumper and radiator the did not secure the battery harness when fixing the front of the car. Making the story short with all the problems with paining and more the going back to the shop after 12 times to the shop even on time which the owner told the mechanic to check my vehicle and he said he can't because he didn't like me since I was making the right comments!! I did gave it way even the owner Ray made a comment the he will buy me a complimentary gift so I forget all the issues that happened. The assistant manager (Ashton) is well aware of all pain and suffering that I have been through. I did thank them and refused to ask for any thing. The last word of the owner was that I knew that you were trouble from the beginning (I wish people who runs a business had a clue what they are getting in). So so today after two years I just wanted how respectful they are and I had a problem with my other car, called the owner and he said I don't have time this week (we are fully booked)and I since it's not and urgent matter it can want for next week and he never responded back.. I did test this business for two times and they failed. I do not recommend this business since they are looking for easy and lucrative jobs.

My friends were telling me that it wasn't worth saving. (They said the cost of any repair would be more than what the poor Kia was worth). I tried calling around to get ideas if it could be fixed, but I was discouraged by the other places with the towing and the quotes. But! Mr. Will gave me a call when I asked for help on Yelp! He was the first and only person to actually call me from Yelp. He was enthusiastic when I showed him the pictures and he told me that the Kia could be saved! I was nervous, but he drove down just to look at my car and did a quick inspection all within an hour from the call. I didn't know there was such a thing as a mobile mechanic! I thought I had to tow it in to a shop. He said he could fix it right here on the side way. He showed me what parts were going to be needed on the drive way. I gave him the go ahead and he was able to dissemble the front damage that same night. It's true the repair was difficult. (it took more than one day for this particular problem.) But Mr. Will kept at it every day as the damage continued to get fixed and each affected part replaced. He was honest about the parts and the pricing and the situation each day. He made it easy to pay too as each problem came up. He even replaced my back side window which was broke (unrelated to the car crash.) He has better access to used car parts as well. (and for less money!) In the end he had me test drive it and back it up! I couldn't believe my car was working again!! I drove it around and parked it back in my Condo. HE SAVED MY KIA SOUL!! HAHAHAHA My friends were wrong and it was worth saving! Mr. Will did a great job and made it easy for me. Thank you again Mr. Will!

After he did the…read moresuspension, Discount Tire told me my tire was rubbing against the suspension, which means it wasn't done correctly. He also never refunded me for the parts he didn't replace, even though I had already paid for them. Communication was a big issue -- he barely updates you, leaves you guessing, and you have to constantly call him just to get any info. He was cool at first, but once he started flaking, everything went downhill. One night he didn't show, came the next day with excuses, and the quality still wasn't right. While putting on my bumper, he even said "I should've charged you $1500 for this," even though he already had the full $1,200 plus an extra $50 I gave him for gas. Overall, the work was incomplete, the experience was stressful, and now I have to spend more money to redo the suspension correctly. Lesson learned -- sometimes paying a real shop saves you more in the long run. Side note*** he said to call him if anything wasn't done right. I'm not calling back and going through that again.

Invest in your auto longevity and take it to Davids. The best thing about going to Davids is he will replace your broken parts with superior parts . Pretty horrible experience at David's today. Been chasing…read morean issue with my vehicle starting for about a month now and finally had it down to the starter, which I can't replace myself (tools). Spoke to David's and they said they would replace the starter I had (O'Reilly's) but they wouldn't warranty the part. Expected and okay. Dropped the vehicle off about 9am. Given a quote for $231 for inspection, diagnostics and testing. Was told that it would be applied to any repairs. Was verbally quoted by Rich that the starter replacement may add a "couple of bucks" but would be close to the $231 and that the testing/diagnostic charge would apply. Was told it would be done by noon. At 12:30pm called to get a status, still in work. At 12:45pm I get an automated inspection report. At 1pm I call back to see if the starter had been replaced. Nope. Quote $760 for replacement using my part and $1050 to use theirs. Asked about the 300% increase from the initial price and after being put on hold for a while was told that the best they could do was $463. DOUBLE the original quote! Was also told that they "hoped" to get it done today. "Hope" is a little dubious after doubling/tripling a quote for no reason. They also made very clear that absolutely no warranty was included - including installation. When I asked if the starter fell off because they forgot to torque the bolts, "Nope, we wouldn't cover that. But we do things right around here." At 5pm I called to see if it was actually completed and it had been done but no one had decided to let me know. Overall, just a bunch of over promises, under delivery and dishonesty! Look elsewhere!
