I asked around and this place was personally recommended by several people. I called with a battery that had been discharged, leaving the interior lights on. I wanted the battery charged if needed and evaluated. They gave me a price of $140 to test and $200-$250 for a new battery if needed. I opted to go to Savannah Toyota who tested for free and told me the battery was fine. I did some scheduled maintenance and learned the lower ball joints were leaking and needed to be replaced. I liked the new feature of showing you a video the mechanic made pointing out the leak and the need for a cabin filter. Integrity told me their inspection is a complete work up but that's pretty much what Toyota did. I told them I could see$25 or so for a battery test to see how many amps are cranking. I'm still searching for a local mechanic that has reasonable prices for good work to get away from high Dealer prices. read more

We took our son's car in because it was overheating. The shop on Apache did a "hydrocarbon test" which they say it failed immediately, though the picture they sent us after the diagnostic showed blue liquid (not yellow). Their diagnosis was that the head gasket was blown and the car needed a new engine. We were very reluctant to accept this, asked if they could just do the head gasket and they refused. So we towed the car to the Southern Motors Dodge and they diagnosed and repaired a blown radiator and faulty thermostat. They fixed them, accepting our aftermarket warranty, we paid our deductible and the car is fixed and driving beautifully. When my husband and I posted one-star reviews of Integrity on Google, the owner became nasty, called my husband "insane" publicly and posted responses saying that our engine was blown (it's not) and that the dealership (Southern Motors) only wants our money and doesn't "care about us". Avoid this repair shop for serious car issues. This was the second car they told us had a blown engine. Maybe the first one really was toast, but this one was NOT. Integrity wanted us to unnecessarily spend $8,000 on a new engine when a $1,000 radiator (covered by our warranty) was all it needed. They've had my Jeep since thanksgiving which has been 5 months! Before that had it for 3 months... after 5 months they give us very little information that's the same thing "they don't have answers for us..." Apparently we're waiting on a motor... but this is beyond ridiculous and $12,000 in rental cars later... we could have bought another vehicle! I still don't have my vehicle!! Went by to check on it and it's fading in the salty air, sunlight... and has a flat tire!! Absolutely no work done on it!! I literally don't understand how someone doesn't have answers and expects us to just be ok with paying monthly for a car we can't drive and pay weekly to rent a vehicle! I just want my jeep back asap! I have never written a bad review and will be fine removing this when I finally get my jeep back!! Integrity Auto Repair will now be my go-to! My experience with them today spoke volumes about their business model. It's all right there in the name for you- Integrity. As a young person (and also a female), I admire the way that they conduct their business. They were honest with me today when they didn't have to be. They didn't worry about the nit-picky charges. I was pretty disappointed after reading the reviews. I took a 2010 chrysler T&C to them to fix a misfire causing a vibration in the engine. They charged $95 just to look at the vehicle. I will say that again....$95. They diagnosed the misfire as the ignition coil pack. They wanted $130 for the coil pack that comes with a 2 year parts and "labor" warranty. The most expensive coil pack on the market costs $54 dollars at autozone and comes with a LIFETIME warranty. They wanted $120 for labor. The coil pack is secured by 2 10 mm bolts....2 bolts maybe 15 mins of labor. So to sum it up a total of $351 for a $50 part and 15mins of work. I understand buisness overhead and paying for good work but, this was ridiculous. This is in response to Mike's reply Mike, Honestly, I really didnt have a problem with the $95 charge to diagnose or "look at" the vehicle. It is certainly a little on the high side but, years of expertise deserve to be compensated. Most likely, you hooked it up to a scanner, but I am also cool with paying a reasonable sum. $95 is not reasonable. I also understand up charging a part to account for overhead and expenses. However, $130 for a 2 year warranty part? I went to autozone for $54 and got a lifetime warranty part. I am not an experienced mechanic, but it took me 11 mins....11 mins....to change out that coil pack. Your shop was going to charge 2 hours of labor totaling $120. It took me 11 mins. I'll pay for your knowledge, but your overcharging on lesser parts and charging $120 for something that an amatuer can do in 11 mins is what is crazy. read more

Great service and great work! I was having issues with my car and had work done by another shop and they weren't able to diagnose the problem so I found this shop online and quickly made an appointment. I initially went to the waters location but they were having issues with some equipment and were very apologetic and sent me to the Abercorn location. Even at this point, the customer service was warm, friendly, was solution minded. I went to Abercorn hoping to be seen that day because I was told they didn't have any appointments and because of my situation they worked me into their schedule. And as a result, they diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be fixed. Moving forward I was able to set up an appointment to get my compressor replaced and they were able to order the parts as well. They were very transparent which I appreciated. They honor their name. They told me their "diagnostic fee" ranges from $55-75, depending on how involved the diagnostic process is. They took my car for a quick drive, told me I needed new tires, and charged me $75. Their diagnosis was right and new tires did correct the issue, but I didn't appreciate the premium diagnostic charge. Completely unwarranted in my estimation. Take their name "integrity auto" as just that, just a name. read more

Auto repair places are one of those businesses that I've always felt I've had to be on guard with. I've had too many try and foist additional services onto me, banking on their perception of my lack of general knowledge. Even had some change the oil on my car when it was only a few months off the lot and hand me a print out of over 200 dollars worth of "maintenance" they said I had to have. Not here. I can say this place lives up to their name. The appointment process was easy and accurate; my car was on the lifts and being worked on within minutes of arriving. I thought my brakes might need replacing and know there are other places that would have just done it to ring up a bill, but these folks were honest and upfront about the wear (I was in the clear). Had my oil changed and was impressed at how knowledgeable the staff were about my specific car year and model and their willingness to discuss options with me and answer my inquiries about future services. Personable. Friendly. Clean and comfortable waiting area. As soon as I got home I raved about them to my friends. This is my to-go auto service station from here on out. read more
