"I own a small business based in Savannah, and I travel quite a bit for work. My industry, like…read moremost, is demanding in terms of showing up, being on time, being dependable, and not ever keeping people waiting. Because of this, my work vehicle is, in many ways, one of the most critical pieces of equipment that I own. On a recent work trip, I was returning to Savannah from Orlando, and I had MAJOR engine trouble on Interstate 95 in the middle of the night that stranded me an hour and a half from home. Because of previous wonderful experiences with Automotive Services of Savannah (Auto Intensive Care #2) I knew immediately that I would have my vehicle towed there. I choose to take my vehicles to Automotive Services of Savannah for two main reasons. The first reason is that the service I receive there is not only exemplary, but it is fast and reasonably priced. There is clear communication throughout the entire service period and the repairs are done by extremely qualified folks who are not only skilled but honest. This brings me to the second reason why I choose to take my vehicles to this location. Lynn and the people at her shop are not only reliable, dependable, and honest, but they operate their business with integrity and human decency. Throughout this most recent bout of engine trouble, Lynn took the time to not only understand and accommodate my personal situation, but she went out of her way to provide helpful advice and many times - out of the kindness of her heart - just provided a listening ear. She and her team have gone above and beyond any reasonable expectation of customer service, even allowing me to store my van at their shop at no charge for over a month while I battled with my insurance provider. I think it comes down to this: Car trouble can happen at any time - regardless of other things that may be happening in tandem in your personal life. It doesn't stop just because you have a family emergency or other "life stuff." Because of this, it's important to have folks working on your vehicles that will not only repair them, but treat you with dignity and decency and understand the stress you may be going through. Nobody wants to be dealing with engine trouble. It's scary and expensive, and if you use your vehicle for business, it represents a significant period of downtime during which you can't really provide service to your clients. BUT - if you find yourself in a situation where you DO need service or repairs and you don't want to feel uneasy about the integrity of the folks doing the work, take your vehicle to Automotive Services of Savannah (Auto Intensive Care 2.) They have truly reframed the way I look at auto repair shops."

I asked for a breakdown of the pricing and when I came to pick up vehicle it was almost 2x the amount I was quoted. Upon my complaining and reminding them that they never mention a $250 charge just to look at the car my bill came down from over $750 to $669. I would do your research and price check before using this business. I have no doubt they took advantage of me from being out of state and not being able to take my car somewhere else without paying for another towing fee.

This time I didn't have time to go to Ford so drove up the road here thinking "hey it's a quick lube. It is probably way cheaper than Ford." All I got was a basic oil change. No tire rotation. No inspection. No filling of bug wash fluid. Nothing. Literally just a oil change. Wanna guess how much it was? $138.14.... WTF! A basic oil change with nothing else is $50 MORE than a full service and car wash at the dealership. And the guy walked up smiling like he did me a huge favor saying he took off $5 for military.... Stay FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY from this place and all others if they all have the same prices. I gave 2 stars because the staff was polite and nice to work with. I understand they don't control pricing. If management reads this, staff was awesome! But you need to talk to your higher up because your pricing schedule is trash and gouging the people of Richmond hill that don't know better.... $150 for just a basic oil change. Watson around the beginning of July at Tire City. I said I DON'T KNOW if it's the fuel pump but my car won't start. He got my car in(by their tow services) and the guy called back about an hour or two and said "do you have the fuel pump"?. I said ,No,my son has it and he left for Charleston and forgot to take it out there. Just go ahead to advance(which is next door) and purchase one. I already called and they said $159. He(Mr. Watson) out the fuel pump in, called me and said "who told you it was the fuel pump"?. I said"no one.". He said "this car needs a sensor and that will be another $450"?. I said don't put another part in my car. He charged me initially $450 but I asked him to drop it down to $400 because I had to have my cat towed from there. Dodge dealer along with Piero's Automotive both said it was my fuel pump?. You mean the same fuel pump he said he changed?. I have proof of the Dodge dealer fixing my car FOR A BRAND BEE FUEL PUMP!!! I called the shop today and his son(so he said he was) letting him know they did not replace my fuel pump and he hung up on me. I'm going to give Me. Watson a chance to fix this, if not I'm taking him to small claims court. Don't mess with this place. Don't even consider it a choice. He's not trustworthy and I will prove it with my receipts of things he said he replaced but didn't. Don't do business with this man or you will regret it. Thankfully with my proof from both automotive shops I can sue him for my money back.
