Integrity might be the only repair shop in Savannah besides the VW dealer (which is a super rip-off) that works on Volkswagens. Integrity accurately diagnosed and then fixed an interior air flow problem behind the dashboard on my 2015 Passat which is not a common problem to work on. The price was much more reasonable than the dealer's estimate plus they provided a loaner car. In addition, they were courteous and answered all my questions. read more

I unfortunately cannot in good faith recommend this auto shop. My initial experience and repair was positive, and they did an excellent job. Upon returning for a separate issue, they recommended a replacement of brake pads and explained that the brakes "will not make it to the next oil change" based on the remaining pad life. Note this visit was unrelated to any brake issue. Their main mistake was telling me the exact amount of millimeters they are seeing on the pads on the vehicle. I questioned this, took my vehicle to a separate certified mechanic to showed me the remaining pad life and measurements and it was vastly different from what I was told at this shop. I was also shown the pads themselves and measurements upon second opinion. There is no mistaking these as measurement discrepancy. Thankfully I had a second opinion and did not get persuaded into performing an unnecessary brake job. I worry people experience the same here. I would go somewhere else. read more

They are honest, and you can't say that about many mechanics. When I have taken my car in, what they said was verified by a mechanic who I trust with my life. They said "you need to do X now. You will need to do Y, but not right now, and Z is ok for now" and it all checked out. Keep in mind they are NOT cheap. They WAY more expensive than my trusted mechanic. (He lives in the city where I used to live, otherwise HE would be fixing my car). If I am not able to make the 3 hour drive to see my guy, Integrity is where I go every time. Found structural damage to our car so happy they warned us- bought my daughter a new car. But they did not put the plastic undercarriage shield back on the car. Not real happy about that. The car is in Ohio now so that shield is gone for good. A bit pricey but ild rather pay for a good repair now than have it fixed poorly multiple times. This is THE BEST auto shop I've ever been to, hands down. They did a complete noise check and exam on my car and within a few hours they sent me a full review with my car's scores, made sure there were no safety issues, and gave me a detailed and professional phone call explaining their findings and recommendations. I had to come pick up my car after hours due to having to work, and they have lockboxes for your keys so you can pick up your car at your convenience. Got me in and out, no bs on what was wrong with my car. Respected what I did and didn't want done.

Left a pin out during my tune up. Timing belt failed and destroyed my engine one an interstate trip. They had to replace my engine but my care vibrates horribly when idling. They are very nice and customer service oriented but in my case they fell far short. I was without my car for a month and they were reluctant to make me whole so I cannot go back there, even though they've been very good to me other than this fiasco. read more

I asked them to run diagnostics on my car for me and they told me the cost would be $95. I asked them to please call me in advance of doing anything that would involve additional costs. Two days later, they called with the results of the diagnostics and told me they had charged me an extra $70 because they couldn't get the hood open and had to fix it by reattaching the cable. I asked why they hadn't called me quickly before making the repair, to run the charge by me, as per my request. They didn't have a reasonable answer and, after 4 phone calls, they insisted the best they could do was reduce my bill to $150. I felt bullied and left with no option but to pay an unfair bill that they just assumed I could afford. Firstly, I asked to be informed so that there were no surprises. Secondly, $70 to reattach a cable is exorbitant. Furthermore, they did a very below-par job with the diagnostics. I have a BMW and they should have admitted upfront that they didn't have the appropriate scanner tool for my vehicle. I was sent a vague report that said there was a potential issue with the alternator. I had to ask twice and was finally sent the Fault Codes - none of which applied to the alternator. When I questioned this politely via email, I received a rude response. I really feel scammed by "Integrity" and would really just like a full refund for the whole experience. read more

They are worth the money! We took our car to get the brakes fixed and they waiting until we had the money with our car on their property. They continued to stay in contact and give us the most accurate information available. Once called and confirmed finances and estimated total they got started immediately with parts delivering the next day. Once our car was on the bed lifted, the mechanics noticed the rust on the underneath was extremely dangerous and would not be cost efficient or ultimately safe even with repairs. They did not charge us for any services or cost of parts (only diagnostic fee which was less than $60)! They said they'd rather us be safe on the road then make a couple bucks. I will absolutely be coming to them from now on for all of my vehicles needs no matter what! read more

En route from IL to Savannah, GA for our wedding, we realized our front passenger cv boot had a tear and was flinging grease while we were in Atlanta. We began looking for a mechanic in Savannah and stumbled across Integrity Auto, who had great reviews. The next morning, I called Integrity Auto and spoke with Craig who was extremely kind and helpful, invited us to bring the car in that morning. We left the keys with Craig and Michael at the front desk who were very sweet. Only a few hours later, we received a call that our car was ready for pick up and the price was less than expected (for replacement of the axle)! It was a great experience (technician was Ben). A few days later, we were idling at a red light in Savannah and the car died. After a few tries, it started back up and I immediately called Integrity Auto again who took us in quickly to check it out. They ran diagnostics, pinpointed a few problems with throttle position sensor and APP connector. Technician Shane disassembled, cleaned, tightened terminals and Craig and Michael had us on our way again within 45 minutes. As out-of-towners, we felt truly lucky to have come across such a nice and honest group of people. They turned what could have been a terrible, stressful situation into a great experience! I am very happy to have found this auto repair shop. Integrity on Apache Ave. has done work on both mine and my partner's vehicles several times now. They repaired my broken AC quickly and inexpensively and also did one of the cheapest oil changes I've ever had. I like that they call before doing anything and go over pricing, options, issues they find, etc. My partner had a much larger issue with his car and it required him to leave it at the shop for an extended period of time. They were always very honest, communicated frequently, and ordered all required parts needed, but always discussed it with him first. Their labor is very reasonable and the person we usually deal with, Morgan, is extremely nice. Also love that they let you pay over the phone and lock your keys up for you to pick up your car after hours. They also send texts to communicate when your car is finished which is convenient. The staff sat down and went through a list of maintenance that needs work on my car. Most auto shop will only do minimum work just to get paid. A flat tired far from home and not looking to start out on the long ride back with a donut at the wheel so what does one do for repair? Look to Yelp to help out of course! This place seemed to stand out from the other options in the area and coming here was a very friendly, well taken care of experience. No service really wasn't 'while I waited'. Though they had the tired the car needed, it did also need to be transferred from the warehouse. Bottom line -- maybe a three hour process, BUT -- with Uber, a hotel in the area, and telling them it was not a rush and just something I needed before day's end everything was good. Great all around service! I will definitely be coming back. Along with the oil change for my 2008 Highlander they did a multi point inspection. They show you what is recommended by the manufacture as far as how to maintain the vehicle. They discuss any weak points and recommend a solution. Case in point: the air coming through the vents smelled weird, so I asked them to check the cabin air filter...that filter was disgusting. Great job/service/prices I've been to a lot of mechanics and owned a lot of cars/motorcycles. I'm telling you straight up, having a "go to" mechanic is worth it's weight in gold. After traveling 6 hours in the July heat from Virginia, we were anxious to drop our car off at a mechanic to fix our AC while we enjoyed an evening in Savannah, Ga. Thank you to Yelp for directing us to Integrity. Craig was very accommodating over the phone as we realized we would be arriving just as they were closing, he had originally suggested the morning, but appreciated that an evening drop off was better for us. When we arrived to collect the car to get back on the road to Florida, not only was our AC easily fixed, but they also noticed we had a headlight out which we had forgotten about - they had already replaced the bulb.
