Moved to the area a week ago. I had car trouble today on the way from work. I called and they got my car in within 30 minutes. The staff was the friendliest I have experienced in my life. Very knowledgeable about vehicles of all makes and models. I will be getting my maintenance done here from now on. What an experience. They charge a fair price and perform the work that is needed or requested. There wasn't the hard sell moment about air filters or windshield wipers. We had major issues with our van overheating and losing coolant. We suspected head gasket since that model has a history of those problems. We took it to another shop and they replaced the radiator and reservoir tank and said they would "cross their fingers" and hope that fixed it. Well, for $600 I would expect more than crossing fingers. So I was referred to Sanderlin's and took it in and actually spoke with the owner. Now, they are extremely busy (that's a good sign) so don't expect to just stroll in and out in 30 minutes. Billy (the owner) actually came out and looked at the van with me there and then gave me a rundown of what he would do. He was very upfront and honest about the entire process and he didn't treat me like an idiot. Well, just as I feared, it was a blown head gasket...which meant an expensive repair. But that's just the way it is sometimes. Billy called me on Saturday (they aren't open) and offered to come get me and ride with me in the van. He had been driving it back and forth home for a day or two to ensure all was well with it. We went up to the shop and picked up the van and sure enough, he had come in just so that we could get our van. You don't get that kind of service most places. We will be taking all of our vehicles to Billy from now on. He runs an honest shop and his volume of business shows that. read more

After taking my car to Savannah Tire for an oil change, I was nervous. Their service was commendable while I was there. The next day my "check engine" and battery light came on and I called to tell them. The manager answered the phone and told me not to worry, that it it wasnt a big deal and it happens frequently after an oil change (which may be true but wasnt in this case). Unfortuntaley, one under-the-hood noise after another began to haunt me until my car just quit. Luckily, I was pulling into my home when it completely died on me. I had my vehicle towed to Sanderlin's (just because it was close to my home) and it was the best things I couldve done for my car. The service was so personal and amazing! Billy, the owner, was hands-on and ridiculously fast in fixing the problem. I've had my vehicle serviced before and I always got the speil about how difficult Sebrings are to work on and how labor charges will be higher because everything is put together so tightly...this DID NOT happen at Sanderlin's. He did tell me how difficult it was to get to places in the vehicle, but the price certainly didnt reflect that! He went out of his way to help me and I didnt feel like he overpriced me on anything (parts or service). I so very appreciative to have found a trustworthy mechanic. It gives me a sense of security knowing that if there's ever a problem it can be fixed and I dont feel taken advantage of; there's nothing worse than feeling like "I wonder if they did something to my vehicle on purpose so I'd have to come back." I have never been so happy with automotive service...EVER. It goes without saying, I'd use Sanderlin's again. And since I own a Chrysler, I'm sure I'll need it! read more

I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else! Billy is an awesome guy - very down to earth, customer-focused, and perhaps most importantly, honest. I really appreciate the way he took the time to explain things to me and saw more than just big dollar signs when he saw a woman walk into his shop. I'm happy that they are very nice, and took the time to show us why we continued to have the same issue. They also raised the vehicle and showed us where repairs done by another shop were not done correctly. They also fixed a few issues that were caused another shop. Had they not done that, we would have never known there were things still going on under the vehicle. read more
