They quickly diagnosed my truck and rebuilt my transmission in a day and a half. I wish my warranty company was that good.. The day I had to drive back home at 8am on a Saturday (they were closed) I had a separate issue with the truck that would have left my wife and I on the side of the road. The owner told me to call if I had any issues. Surprisingly he answered (he was supposed to be on his boat that day) and met me at the shop in 15mins. Had me back in the road in 30 mins replacing the part and going above and beyond for someone in need! Great people there excellent service!! Hands-down a great veteran owned business!!

My besties truck broke down off Highway 17 in Richmond Hill and we discovered this shop based on location. After checking reviews online, he called and spoke with the manager, Larry, who was immediately personable and helpful. Chris (the bestie) went up to the shop to meet with Larry to explain the issues and see if it's something they could help with. Chris was impressed with the shop which appeared very clean and organized and felt very comfortable and confident after meeting with Larry. He needed a tow, and Larry recommended someone he knew who gave him a great price and handled it almost immediately. Throughout the process, Larry was helpful with information and suggestions, and we got the truck repaired quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Fast-forward to my own car having issues. Based on our first experience, we called on a Friday mid-morning to see if they could squeeze us in. Not only could they accommodate us, they got us in right away! Larry went out of his way to research the parts we needed and find the most cost-effective/timely solution. Within FOUR HOURS, my car was repaired and ready to go! When I picked it up, it was EVEN LlESS than originally estimated because they had saved me approximately $100 by not replacing a gasket unnecessarily after checking that it was good to go as is. Something else worth mentioning is how personable and friendly everyone at the shop was. Let's face it, automotive repair shops aren't always known for having the friendliest staff, but everyone I encountered here seemed genuinely friendly and even jovial! To me, that says something about how a business is managed. My impression is that they value their employees and maintain enough staff to provide the quick turnaround they advertise. Ted not only gave me what gas the shop had, but he drove me to get more and then proceeded to give me a vehicle diagnosis for free (I have been charged $75 for this at Savannah Auto...). I'd gotten an oil change during the trip, and it was speculated maybe the oil cap needs to be tightened...? I'd gotten my oil change at the Take 5 Oil Change in Arkansas (loved them, too!), so I went to Take 5 to have them take a look, and an amazing woman let me know it's not oil, it's transmission fluid leaking. I started praying. Anything transmission related to me spells $$$$$$. So via CarAdvise, I'm sent on a wild goose chase: everyone they referred me to let me know right up front that they do not do transmissions. So after hours of my day, I find myself at Mr. Transmission who tells me: come back in a week and a half and be prepared to leave your car. That's not totally convenient. I give them a call on the day of and leave a message, hear nothing in return. And that's when my research led me to Rafael. I stopped by, he gave me a free diagnostic (someone between Mr. Transmission & Rafael told me it's $100 just to diagnose the issue!). Rafael and I agree on the date I should bring my car in. I was running late that day. He called me (which told me he cares, remembers me, scheduled me!). Also during the diagnostic, he let me know exactly how much it would cost (which was totally reasonable!). So I get to the shop, he tells me it will be done same day. I know he closes at 5pm, so I was hoping for 4:30pm, but it only took two hours (just in time for lunch)! And, he called me "honey". :) Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not to mention they did not tell me the car was unsafe to drive when I initially brought it back. They would not take responsibility or fix the damage with no cost to me. I had to get it towed to another shop where the damage was diagnosed. Multiple attempts to get the owner of the shop to contact me went unanswered. Unable to find out who actually is the owner of the shop now? Office staff / management very defensive and unhelpful. I am having a TERRIBLE experience here and now have NO vehicle to drive.
