    I requested an appointment for the 16th of March, because there was a time slot available at around 5pm. I didn't expect my car to be done that same day, but I had planned to drop it off, since I wouldn't need it for a couple of days. I received a call the morning of the 16th saying that they would have to push the date to the next day at noon. I agreed with the reschedule on the 17th. My thinking was since it was an appointment, they would be able to get to my car and start working on it at the agreed time. I received a call later that day and apparently, they were backed up. I didn't need the car at that moment, I didn't mind. Playing devil's advocate though, if I had an appointment at a set time and date, then I should have been the focus during that time slot, right? Apparently not. I've got a lot of patience, so I was fine with it. The following day, I received a call about my car's status about 2 hours before closing. Same thing, but there was a promise that it would be done tomorrow. I was fine with that, if it was done. I mentioned to the receptionist to make sure that the mechanics check my brake and taillights, because my buddy, noticed that my driver brake light was out. Next day, I get an email saying that my car was ready and soon after I receive a call to go over the recommendations discovered in the car care package. One of the recommendations was the brakes, which was one of the services that I had requested in the first place. I thought that was what they were working on! This place took 2 days to change 4 tires, with ones they supposedly had in stock, a brake fluid exchange, and the car care package! Maybe it was due to the holiday weekend, but the point of setting an appointment, is so that your car is attended to during that appointment! I let the receptionist know to go ahead with the brakes, which included the rear rotors and brake pads. Since my car was already there, I didn't want to go through the hassle of taking it out and going to another mechanic. I reminded her about the brake lights. I received no call the following day, so I called them. I received no answer, after calling roughly 5 or 6 times. I had to look for a different number online and go through a robotic answering machine, to get through to someone at this location! It's now the 20th and my car has been here for 3 days. The explanation given was that they had the wrong rotors. You guys have all my car's information, from when I scheduled the appointment, and on hand with the vin number. How do you not know the correct rotors? I was told that my car was sitting on the lift, and ready to be reassembled as soon as the part came in and that I was a priority. It should've been that way during my originally scheduled appointment! Next day, I had to call them once again to find out the status of my car. The rotors were good, but there was something about the brake pads being incorrect, this was on the 21st, I was planning on driving out of state the following day. At this point I am very frustrated. It was one of the reasons that I dropped the car off at this location 4 days ago, for what I thought would be a quick and simple tire replacement, brake fluid exchange, and rear brakes and rotors. I was assured that I was still priority and that they would overnight the brakes, so that my car could be completed in the MORNING. I called them at 10 am the next day. The receptionist put me on hold to check on the parts. They had been delivered to the nearby AutoZone, but it took me calling to get her to check on it. I was given a 2-hour estimated completion time. I get a call 3 hours later saying that they were finishing, and it would be ready in 1 hour. I get another call 2 and a half hours later saying that my car is ready for pickup. It's almost the end of the day and it has taken 5 days start to finish. The most frustrating part is that the receptionist told me that she would not be there when I went to pick up my car! Who can I supposed to explain my (rightful) frustrations to? The one person who knew what was going on, and I have been in communication with left! I was unable to get any sort of personal explanation, or apology for this debacle. It's not completely her fault, but as the main one dealing with customers, you should be the one explaining these situations! Instead, I got a mechanic, who probably didn't even work on my car, to check me out. I'm in the National Guard and we were on the last day of our Annual Training. Because everyone had left earlier that day, the only way for me to get to Firestone was to pay for an uber. I wasted my time and money! I wanted to leave the state earlier that day but couldn't because my car was held hostage by Firestone. To top it off, my brake lights were never checked, even with the supposed complete vehicle inspection. I decided to fix them myself, because no way was I going to let my car stay another day at this location!

    Have brought my last 2 cars in here. And have now brought my 3rd car in for new suspension. They knocked it out like it was nothing!
