They diagnosed me needing wheel bearing on the front of my 2014 Corolla on BOTH sides and needing to replace both my control arms. This would have costed me almost $3000. I called Robert and Auto Doctors and asked how much for all the work and I was quoted about half the cost. Once the car was at Auto Doctors, they did a diagnostic and said that all I neded was one wheel hub. So rather than spending $3000 on parts and labor from an over-inflated price gouger, I spent less than $500 on a GREAT SHOP. Jason the owner and Robert his service writer are awesome.

This was HORRIFYING so I pulled off and realized, hey I was across from a mechanic. Bad but good luck? I walked in and immediately Ted informed me of some potential issues. He picked up a gas can and walked across the street to my car to help me. Ted not only gave me what gas the shop had, but he drove me to get more and then proceeded to give me a vehicle diagnosis for free (I have been charged $75 for this at Savannah Auto...). The folks at AutoSport EXEMPLIFY helpfulness. I really could not believe how far they went out of their way to help me in such a stressful situation. I am a student and as someone who isn't local I have felt taken advantage of by a number of dealerships and other local mechanics. Auto Repair would have slapped a pair of pads on the worn down rotors, so I am grateful that they refused to work on my car. And when they grow up I hope they develop a sense of humor. Also the waiting area has 3 metal high stools to sit on and every time they go back and forth ( which they do a lot) a deafening bell chimes which is very irritating when you have to sit on those hard, cold stools for an hour.

They banked on me not understanding my vehicle and their procedures to take my money. I arrived in Beaufort from Boston and my air was not working even though, I had just paid a pretty penny to have it fixed before I left Boston. The Discount Auto Center Family took my car and tested and did not find anything wrong with the air but they did put a die in it and free on so if it was leaking they would find it if I needed to bring it back. Well of course the air went away in a day and I was left high and dry in a hot car once again. I had to work so I was not able to bring it back until that Monday on my way to work . They advise me to bring it back on my day off because I needed my car to get to work in Bluffton ( if I had been closer they would have even giving me car service) . I did as was requested and they did find the leak but was not able to fix that day which was a Friday and I had to return to work on Saturday. I pulled to the drive thru just for them to tell me it was door dash only. on maps it does not…read morestate that AT ALL. so i waited in the parking lot ordered through doordash at 11:16 pm didn't receive my food until 11:50 during the almost 40 minutes of waiting for my food i went to the window to see what was taking so long to make some nuggets and fries and the guy at the window said we're making it right now and i asked what have yall been doing this whole time and he didn't have an answer for me this was 30 minutes after i already placed my order on door dash and then i get my food and it's cold and stale like it's been sitting there the entire time there was nobody in the drive thru the crew members inside the establishment were just playing around the whole time as i watched through the window.
