Parrish Auto Repair is a great place to take your vehicle. This family owned business never makes…read moreyou feel like a number. We have taken different vehicles to Parrish over the years. They have always been honest and straightforward. But if I needed something explained they took the time to truly explain and give options. And not upsell items that were unnecessary. The auto repair shop is located on Habersham street. It is close to Green Truck. There is a limited amount of parking, you most likely will have to park on the street. The office/lobby is small but gets the job done. I would not suggest waiting for your vehicle there. I would make plans to go elsewhere and come back. Every person I have spoken to has always been helpful and kind. Mr. Parrish himself is incredibly knowledgeable. When describing sounds to him it is amazing how he knows what is wrong with your vehicle. They are open Monday through Friday. And keep normal business hours. There is a drop off box for keys for evenings/weekends if something happens when they are not there.

I know they're usually extremely busy, but I was able to get my car in at 7:30 this morning and it was finished by noon! That kind of turnaround is hard to beat. Even better, the price was about $150 less than what I was quoted by other shops. It's so refreshing to find an honest, efficient, reasonably priced auto shop that you can actually trust. I'm very happy with the service I received and will definitely be bringing my car back to Parrish Auto in the future. Thank you, Tom and the entire Parrish Auto team! I highly recommend them!

They were very nice, respectful, and went above and beyond. Unfortunately, due to other reasons my car wasn't able to get fixed but that's not what I am upset about with Whittons. I had made an appointment because my "Check Engine Soon" light had come on, in addition to needing an oil change and a repair having to do with an issue with my windshield washer fluid not dispensing when the reservoir was full. I was greeted upon entering the office and was taken immediately to wait in a nice, comfortable waiting room with tv, magazines, beverages and snacks. The repairs were completed within the time frame they promised, and the car ran beautifully once on the road. I love the very detailed scope of work with fees that they provided, in addition to receiving an email a few days later with a link to their website where I could schedule a future appointment and even see a history of all the work that had been done on my car. That last feature I really appreciate and relieves me of the necessity of having to search through my auto records to see what work had been done in the past and what still needed to be done in the future. Needless to say, I highly recommend Auto Intensive Care.
