I asked around and this place was personally recommended by several people. I called with a battery…read morethat had been discharged, leaving the interior lights on. I wanted the battery charged if needed and evaluated. They gave me a price of $140 to test and $200-$250 for a new battery if needed. I opted to go to Savannah Toyota who tested for free and told me the battery was fine. I did some scheduled maintenance and learned the lower ball joints were leaking and needed to be replaced. I liked the new feature of showing you a video the mechanic made pointing out the leak and the need for a cabin filter. Integrity told me their inspection is a complete work up but that's pretty much what Toyota did. I told them I could see$25 or so for a battery test to see how many amps are cranking. I'm still searching for a local mechanic that has reasonable prices for good work to get away from high Dealer prices.

We took our son's car in because it was overheating. The shop on Apache did a "hydrocarbon test"…read morewhich they say it failed immediately, though the picture they sent us after the diagnostic showed blue liquid (not yellow). Their diagnosis was that the head gasket was blown and the car needed a new engine. We were very reluctant to accept this, asked if they could just do the head gasket and they refused. So we towed the car to the Southern Motors Dodge and they diagnosed and repaired a blown radiator and faulty thermostat. They fixed them, accepting our aftermarket warranty, we paid our deductible and the car is fixed and driving beautifully. When my husband and I posted one-star reviews of Integrity on Google, the owner became nasty, called my husband "insane" publicly and posted responses saying that our engine was blown (it's not) and that the dealership (Southern Motors) only wants our money and doesn't "care about us". Avoid this repair shop for serious car issues. This was the second car they told us had a blown engine. Maybe the first one really was toast, but this one was NOT. Integrity wanted us to unnecessarily spend $8,000 on a new engine when a $1,000 radiator (covered by our warranty) was all it needed. I wonder how many others they've scammed through the years?

I had made an appointment because my "Check Engine Soon" light had come on, in addition to needing an oil change and a repair having to do with an issue with my windshield washer fluid not dispensing when the reservoir was full. The repairs were completed within the time frame they promised, and the car ran beautifully once on the road. I love the very detailed scope of work with fees that they provided, in addition to receiving an email a few days later with a link to their website where I could schedule a future appointment and even see a history of all the work that had been done on my car. That last feature I really appreciate and relieves me of the necessity of having to search through my auto records to see what work had been done in the past and what still needed to be done in the future. Needless to say, I highly recommend Auto Intensive Care.

The last time I went there was because my AC was only blowing cold on the passenger side. My husband and I were told in order to fix the issue we would have to pay over $800 because the mechanic would have to open up the dash in order to fix the part. (Blend door) After peacock Hyundai said that they recharged the system, added free-on and did other diagnostic tests we had to pay $200 even though the problem was not fixed, that's when we were quoted $800 for the rest. We decided to go to Two Nuts and a Bolt to see if we could get another opinion on the matter. TWO NUTS AND A BOLT FIXED THE PROBLEM IN MINUTES! Not only was it JUST the free-on and recharge that needed to be done, they didn't even charge me because they felt bad that the dealership was trying to get me to pay for a diagnostic test when the problem wasn't even diagnosed! As stated earlier, I will be going to this shop from now on! Thank you guys so much!!

I brought in my Jeep to get an alignment after installing a track bar and tie rod with new ball…read morejoints. I followed manufacturer instructions to a tee including torque spec. There is only one way to install this adjustable track bar. I cross referenced this with the 5 various YouTube videos of people installing this track bar on their Jeep. I get a call: "You installed your track bar? Well first of all it's installed upside down and backwards, and all the threads are ruined." The person was so incorrect I didn't even bother showing him the diagram of how it was installed correctly. I just came and got the keys and left. I re-referenced the manufacturer instructions and it is installed correctly. There is only one way for it to fit regardless. I just needed an alignment, but nope, they wouldn't do it. Go elsewhere. Incompetent.

I originally called this shop to ask for a price quote because I wanted to compare with other…read moreplaces before deciding where to do my brake repair. They told me I had to bring my car in to get a quote, so I drove over. Once there, they took my key and told me it would take a couple of days to diagnose the issue. I emphasized very clearly that I only wanted to know the price and didn't want any service done without my approval. I'm not a native English speaker, so I even double-checked with them to make sure they wouldn't charge me before telling me the price. They said "okay." Then, they called me back and told me I needed to replace the entire brake system -- which would cost over $1,000. That's also the first time they mentioned the $155 diagnostic fee. I refused the repair immediately and asked to pick up my car. They still charged me the full $155. Later, I went to Mavis for a second opinion. They did a brake inspection for free, and told me my brakes are only 50% worn and do NOT need to be replaced. Worse still, the shop didn't even check the engine light, which I had asked about. They said that would be an additional $150. So what did I pay $155 for? Only a brake and underbody panel check -- and a sales pitch for an unnecessary repair? When I asked why they didn't mention the diagnostic fee up front, they claimed they told me -- but I'm 100% sure they didn't mention it when I dropped off the car. They only brought it up after they'd already done the inspection and tried to sell me an overpriced repair. At that point, I had no choice but to pay. Summary: * $155 charge for a basic inspection I didn't approve * No written quote given * No engine light check done * Second shop confirmed no repairs were needed * Poor communication, zero responsibility, and no apology This was not a "diagnostic scan." It was a diagnostic scam. To fellow Chinese customers: 别来了，这店就是专坑人的。
