The team that was working there got me in and out quickly, and was taking care of business!

Fast, friendly service. Very convenient and easy to get in and get out. Very good service for the money.

I went in for a normal oil change and was helped with tremendous customer service by Dj. He informed me I was in need of a head bulb light and ordered exactly what I needed. Andrew went a got my bulb directly from another location and it was installed quickly and properly. I would recommend them 1000 times. Great customer service and attention to detail. Clean lobby area as well was a plus. Thanks yall. read more

Decided to give this place a try as all I needed was an oil change. After reading other reviews, I proceeded to the rear for service. After waiting five minutes, with one person checking out. I finally saw not one but three guys come out of the woodwork. No greeting, just lots of pointing and commands, "left, lights, reverse, turn off and on engine..." I came to realize they were trying to find if anything was wrong with my car . I just wanted an oil change. When finally another guy comes along and asks me what kind of oil. I said whatever is manufacturer recommendation. Thankfully, I read my manual ahead of time. The end result, I left without an oil change. I did not feel confident they were going to choose the right product. When the third guy came along and explained it better, it was more than twice what I pay elsewhere. Exit right. read more

Needed to get the oil changed in my daughter's vehicle, but also had an appointment on Southside so came to the Jiffy Lube location on Eisenhower instead of the Whitemarsh location that I usually frequent. I may start coming to this location more often as not only was I in and out in thirty (30) minutes, but the employees were very friendly and respectful!! read more

Quick, efficient, and great customer service. Sid and his staff were exceptional and I will not hesitate coming back in the future.

My first time going to a quick oil change place, like Jiffy Lube, but I wanted in and out. It was quick and easy and easy with no complaints. Everything was explained. So I had a quick full synthetic oil change, and also the cab filter changed because it was filthy. Sidney G treated me right. read more

Came in early morning before 8am to get a simple oil change and the guys were polite and professional from the beginning to end. They showed me my old oil with me being able to see what they were doing to my car. They also showed me my air filter and let me know how it looked. They were very educational and courteous. read more

I had a brake light that needed replacing. I bought the lights at O'Reilly's, but I was having difficulty getting the actual tail light cover off after removing the bolts. I brought it to JL to see if they could just replace it. They had a wait, which I expected, but then told me that they had to charge me like I paid for their lights even though I brought my own. When I asked why, I was told that it was because all of it was included in the labor. I've been to other Jiffy Lube locations in both Georgia and Colorado to have lights replaced before and I've brought my own without issue in the past. I've also been to other car service places with my own lights and have never been charged for the lights, only the labor. Not sure why this store is different, but it will ensure that I do not return to this Jiffy Lube location. There was coffee in the waiting area, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was clean. The floor was slick, but I was in heels, so that could be part of it. The waiting area was also a little warm, so a little more AC or a fan would have been nice. read more

Well I been waiting on them for a part for my car never received a call back about the part I call back and they didn't know what I was talking about remind you I had been their two. I then I talk with another guy up their he promise to call me when the part came in he lied as well so no I wouldn't. read more

Jiffy Lube - Paid full price for half the job .. jiffy lube in garden city ga - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Savannah, Georgia

Went to get my oil changed and they said my oil filter was over tightened. So I naturally got upset and went to the last placed that changed my oil. I was in a hurry to get on the road for the weekend. That's why I stop by. I was very upset that my oil filter was over tight. I laid into the guys who did my last oil change. The guy came back up in less then five mins with my oil filter in hand and told me it was not over tight just torqued down to spec. So it wouldn't come lose while I was driving. Sigh of relief! I was in and out in less than 15mins which leads me to believe that I dodge a bullet by not being able to be serviced at this place. So thank you. I'll be going to my regular oil change place for now on. Minimal effort/attention was giving while I was there. Also everyone was curt about the situation. read more

The two employees working today were incredibly hostile the second I drove up. Turned their back to me and just ignored me chatting with the other employee. They leave fake reviews to increase their overall rating. Go somewhere somewhere competent and respectable. read more

Guy in front of me had the tenant put the transmission fluid in the wrong part of his car... no words. I left immediately.

I took my F150 in for an oil change and filter replacement and they did a great job. The customer service person was very attentive and knowledgeable with the products that they offered. They provided me with very good info on the different oils they provided and each ones benefit for my trucks engine. I ended up going with one of the synthetic oils mainly because of its longer lasting and protective qualities for my engine. I would highly recommend this service location for your next oil change as I will continue to go there myself after the great service they provided to me. Great service and very convenient . I will certainly go back when I next need an oil change

Despite getting there less than an hour before closing (they closed at 7 and I arrived about 6:15), the staff completed services for all waiting customers, and even helped a woman who drove up needing a coolant refill at the last minute. The staff were all pleasant, efficient, hard-working; and by the way one woman behind the desk dealt with a customer on the phone (I could only hear her half of the conversation, where she detailed--many times--a complete itemized list of services-with and without-tax), exceedingly patient and helpful. They took the time to show me several issues with my truck, without trying to push services they could charge me for; and made sure I even had a note on my receipt I could reference to resolve the issue in the future. Thank you, for being helpful to others, patient with phone customers, and going the extra mile (and an extra hour)! read more

It took an hour for an oil change, the line of cars was repeatedly asked to rearrange because the staff could not keep track of the order, the staff was clearly busy(doesn't mean they should take it out on customers be incompetent) When it was my turn I was fine because I understand that they were busy. The attitude I received from everyone I encountered was rude and unacceptable. as they were changing my oil the guy did something wrong and oil squirted all over my windshield and on my brand new shirt I was wearing on a date that night. Really just ruined my day and I decided to leave this review when the stain wouldn't come out of my shirt. The manager, I guess he was having a bad day, but maybe he should have called in sick. read more

I was greeted as soon as I pulled up, even with other cars in front of me. He came to the car and noticed my untreaded tires ( I was only going for simple oil change) and told me the great deals they have on tires and the quality. The whole staff was very friendly and professional. I would reccommend this auto shop to anyone! Sidenote: they vacuumed all the floors of my car! read more

Quick. Polite. Professional. I got a simple oil and filter change. No problems. I would recommend them.

Drove in the parking lot to park in a spot because I had a question. Walked in the store and was greates by a worker saying I needed read the sign and park in the back for service he then tells me he can't work on my car because it's too low in a really rude way (which I understand I was coming in to ask if they could). Just shocked that I was treated in such a rude way. read more

The service was great! I got to stay in my car which was convenient and nice. The guys were so nice and professional! I was not there long at all. It probably took 25-30 minutes overall. The manager on duty was very personable and funny! I was pleased with my oil change. read more

Amazing service. The workers there are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back in the future

As a woman I am nervous going to any kind of auto services. I knew I did not want to go back to the dealership for an oil change, especially since last time my bill was high for "needed" services. The experience was much different here, they explained everything so I understood what needed to be done and my the cost was very reasonable. read more

Great group of employees that quickly service your car. Very slippery floor into the sitting area, maybe add a full line of carpet rather then spaced ones. read more

I visited this location of Jiffy Lube today. My husband and I have used other Jiffy Lube stores in the past, and they usually get the basic job done well, which is all we need. The oil change I received today was fine, but whoever vacuumed out my car made a mess. When I gave them the keys to my car, there was a travel mug of coffee safely stowed in the cup holder between the driver's and passenger's seats. But when I returned to the car after our oil change, the travel mug was tipped over in the passenger's seat and coffee covered it almost entirely. Not cool. I'm not sure why the mug was even moved, because they didn't clean under there or need to access anything in that area. The most frustrating part of this was that when I told one of the employees what had happened, he came over and lightly dabbed the wet coffee stain a couple times with a dirty rag and acted like it was taken care of. While he did provide me with a plastic bag/seat cover, I would've liked for him to offer to actually clean the seat or do something to make up for spilling coffee all over it. While I may use Jiffy Lube again, I will not be going back to this location. read more

People here are very friendly and the service was quick for getting an oil change and tire rotation. Worth my 15 minutes driving here! This is the best location hands down read more

Quick service. Asked what i preferred instead of just doing a crap service. Friendly and professional.

Fast friendly and professional service! Alan walked me through everything. Very impressed. Thanks! Highly recommend.

Staff is lazy and doesn't put forth effort. Allen told me they were going to close in 30 min and didn't have enough time to change my oil. I came back a few days later they serviced my car but it took them 2.5 plus hours to do so and one of the workers put water in my coolant tank after they charged me five dollars to top off my coolant. If I wasn't so desperate for an oil change, I would have driven my car off the line and found a better oil change service that wasn't trying to con me. read more

Unethical! Will NEVER return. I went there because my check engine light was on. They performed other services and charged me for them and told me afterwards that they don't provide "emission services". I paid $117 that day and left with the same issue that I came there with. I didn't ask for an oil or a filter change. Those were offered to me as an extension of my primary concern. My issue is, not that Jiffy Lube did not provide the type of services I needed but, that it was not communicated to me until after other services were rendered. It took me becoming upset for them to even run a diagnostic. I wouldn't have stayed for any services if they would've told me that they handle check engine light related issues in the beginning read more

Great Service and AJ is so great at what he does! His team is amazing. I have been there a couple of times and they have shown me so much love. The staff is friendly and actually care about you and the device they provide. read more

I brought my truck there for a basic oil and filter change and rotate my tires. I was told 30 minutes which turned out to be 2.5 hours. Then the guy changing my tires was kicking my wheels really hard to get them off the truck. When I asked what he was doing he told me getting the tries off and then I asked why he was kicking them like that. He then told one of the guys to handle me. Didn't appreciate the treatment of my vehicle and then his personal treatment. Won't be coming back anytime soon. I will say that AJ, the manager, took the time to come talk to me in a professional manner, and that I can respect. read more

Use this place all the time to get my oil change. Service is very quick, very grateful for them telling me about a problem with my tire that they noticed but could not fix, which allowed me to get it fix, instead of it blowing somewhere on the highway read more

Word of caution to anyone considering doing business with Jiffy Lube on Eisenhower Dr. Make sure when you go in for an oil change and they offer you a $35.99 price that you choose the oil that goes with that price. Any type of mail in rebate does not make up for an oil change that costs almost $60.00. A lesson hard learned that the car lots are not as much of a rip off as Jiffy Lube. Pays to have a relationship with someone who looks out for your best interest not their bottom line. read more
