Went to Take 5 and waited like 35 mins and the car in front of me was finishing but because another car was there before me they told me I needed to switch with him so I decided to leave. Very unprofessional! read more

Fast service, polite and efficient workers, great service overall. Highly recommend. The manager makes sure they get everyone in the order they showed up and they get you done as fast as possible. read more

I went by the Ogeechee Rd. store. When did they start assuming what service you want. The young man never asked what I wanted. When I questioned him about it, he stated that he used the information from the tag on the windshield from a previous oil change. Had I known it was going to cost me $111 for an oil change, I would've simply went across the street to Walmart and saved $50 for the same service. read more

These guys were great and efficient. The manager is out on the floor with them keeping everyone on task. It seemed like a good environment too. I would definitely return. read more

Drove up, no wait. Pulled into the bay, three men immediately began service. Offered additional services but no pressure & no overselling. Mike and Aaron, both managers pictured (Aaron was pitching in from another station), were *very* courteous. You can hear and see each worker confirming each step & service check throughout the oil change. I went to the one on Victory in the Kroger shopping center. SO FAST. I was in and out with a full synthetic oil change in LESS THAN 10 minutes. I can return before 3k miles for free top offs. I also used the coupon from their website (show them the email or text of it). Overall, great deal, no wait, cheaper and quicker than my oil changes in New York. Happily recommend! Thanks, guys! read more

Take 5 Oil Change - Aaron and Mike, managers - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Savannah, Georgia

BLEW MY ENGINE. DID NOT PUT OIL BACK IN. Savannah GA ABERCORN STORE I brought my vehicle to the Take 5 Oil Change on Abercorn Street in Savannah, GA on 10/24/25 for a routine oil change. Shortly after leaving, my vehicle shut off. The store manager later confirmed--after reviewing surveillance footage--that the technician failed to put oil back into the engine. Responsibility was acknowledged, and the vehicle was towed back to the location. The engine lost compression in all four cylinders and required replacement. What followed was nearly two months of delays, missed completion dates, and inconsistent communication. I was repeatedly given conflicting information about where my vehicle was located, who was working on it, and when it would be ready. Multiple additional mechanical issues were discovered during attempted repairs, extending the timeline further. Although rental coverage was provided, it required constant follow-up and repeated extensions. I was ultimately without my vehicle for the holidays. After almost two months of unresolved service failures, I turned the matter over to my own insurance company. Notably, the district manager never reached out to me following the initial incident. It took approximately two weeks for me to make contact, after I was provided an email address and had to initiate communication myself. While mistakes happen, the lack of transparency, accountability, and timely communication significantly worsened the situation. I would strongly caution others to consider this experience when choosing this location for service. read more

This place is a joke. I waited for over 2 hours (there was only one car in front of me). The workers seemed to just be hanging out and had no respect for other people's time. The guy said I could have a $10 "discount" if I apple paid him $10 . I do not recommend this place unless you want to waste your time and money. Very disappointing experience read more

So I went to get my oil changed. I didn't have to wait long. That was a plus so when I pulled up, the guys was changing my oil and I think this might've been a newbie and I have a new model car so they did not put my oil splash pan on correctly and tightly and also they waste some oil under my hood when they was changing my oil so when I drove off while I was driving, I noticed it was smoking underneath my car so I pulled over so I can see what was going on and I seen oil was wasted under my hood so I called them about that and how about they know exactly who I was and they apologize and said that they wasted a little bit of oil so they knew that they wasted the oil and he didn't even wipe it up. They just let it stay there and I drove off with that. That's the first negative that I don't like about them. The second thing is they did not put my oil splash pad on correctly underneath my car and fascinate correctly couple of days while I was driving I noticed that it'll stop flapping underneath my car and it eventually bend so bad so where it was scraping the ground and my husband had to take it off and we had to order a new replacement for it and it was about $100 and I called the store repeatedly to complain about this but and left messages and no one never answered the phone when I complained about this nor returned my phone calls so no to everyone that's going to any oil change place and this one particular, please pay attention to everything out the oil change and doing an oil change and making sure everything is on correctly and put back how it's supposed to be they won't see me again read more

The gentlemen that work here gave me top notch service!!! My son is deployed in the Middle East and he comes back next week. I had to get his oil changed in his car before he came home so it could be ready for him. I showed the manager his deployment orders, his old military ID, as well as his insurance so they knew it was his car and they gave me a military discount!!! Thanks for supporting our troops and all the sacrifice's they do for this country. Also, thanks for helping a military mom. read more

This is the longest I've waited for an oil change. We are from Florida, 1 hour waiting to get inside then another 20min inside. The 3rd lane was moving pretty fast though. read more

No wait time! Professional, fast, courteous, and polite. I was in and out in no time! Highly recommend!

As a female, I hate going to get things done on my car because I always feel like I'm getting taken advantage of. However, my experience here was amazing. Christian, I heard some people call him Fish, was amazing. Didn't push things after I declined and spoke to me in a very professional manner. Staff made me feel welcomed and not like I was just another sale. Will definitely return. My car is a little over 10 years old and I usually pay a higher price for an oil change for high mileage, but their prices were so reasonable. And they offer multiple services which is great to save time on errands. read more

10 minutes in and out for an oil change. It's a drive-thru, kind of like a car wash drive thru. Super friendly staff, Antonio got us in and out in less than 15 minutes from drive up to pulling out read more

Take 5 Oil Change - Pulling in the drive thru - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Savannah, Georgia

So disappointed with Take 5 on Victory Dr in Savannah, GA! My daughter's car has been serviced regularly for 5 yrs at a local trusted auto shop. She just needed an oil change Friday and didn't want to wait for our shop's appt next week, so she went to Take 5. She told them she wanted a basic oil change and had a coupon for it, but they told her company policy wouldn't allow them to do that because of the age of her car (2016). They charged her $107 and tried to convince her she needed over $100 more in service! Way to take advantage of a trusting 19-yr old female! Today when she moved her car, there was a puddle of oil under it! So you up charged her AND performed shoddy workmanship?!? Lesson learned. First and last time we'll use Take 5. read more

Fantastic, thorough service - knowledgeable and friendly l staff. We were in and out in 15 minutes - would love to have one in Nebraska!

Take 5 on Victory Drive Savannah GA ruined my car. My car oil was emptied out but they forgot to fill it back up and now I need a new engine. I tried to talk to Sam the M manager and he was mean and rude to me, so now I haw to involve a lawyer. read more

I had such a pleasant experience here! Immediately upon pulling in, someone ran to my car offering me a cold bottle of water. I was immediately assisted after zero wait time, and everyone in the garage was top notch, especially the assistant manager on duty, Chris. I was able to sit in my car while they worked on it. Everyone in the garage was so helpful, in such a good mood, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. So refreshing! I will definitely be back! read more

I went to a Take 5 in Charlotte NC to get an oil change before a big road trip to Florida. Mind you, my car is a new 2022 suburu that i'd only had since March. The oil change went quickly and without any problem, they sent me on my way. Three hours into our road trip, my friend and I stopped to get gas and realized there were clouds of smoke coming from underneath my hood, and we smelled something like burning oil. Upon opening the hood, we discovered oil was splattered EVERYWHERE over the engine, and seeping out from the filter. I then called the Charlotte Take 5 for them to basically tell me it was probably a little over full and would burn off, to sop up the excess oil (there goes one of my towels), keep an eye on it, and find a Take 5 in Florida if we had the time. We hesitantly agreed to keep journeying because we had time sensitive plans, but after stopping at a rest stop and seeing more smoke and oil after we had just cleaned it, and knowing how much damage can be caused to an engine from overfilled oil, we decided to find the nearest Take 5 to hopefully clean up the mess this other location caused. Our maps sent us to this Take 5 location in Savannah. Right away we were taken into the garage and immediately had five of the employees working to quickly fix and clean up the mess. The manager talked us through each issue (oil was overfilled, filters and gaskets weren't properly tightened, trash was beneath the filter lol) and explained exactly what they'd do to fix it, and even took pictures of each problem for me so that I can show them to the shop in Charlotte and get a refund. They joked with us the entire time we waited and made us feel comfortable and cared for. It was the fastest and kindest service I've ever experienced from a Take 5. I was about to swear off Take 5, especially since the one in Charlotte risked seriously damaging my new car, but the service and hospitality we received at this location really turned my opinion around! They were professional and funny and got us back on the road in no time. My stress was gone as soon as we drove away. I cannot say this enough: Thank you thank you thank you!! read more

These guys literally make my day every time I go. Let's be honest, no one is excited to add an oil change to their busy week- but no matter who is working, they're so friendly and funny on top of being professional and informative. I trust them to be real and honest with me. They understand that money is tight lately, and I appreciate not getting the run around in that regard. They're actually human with you, and get the job done quickly and with a smile. Love them! Shoutout to Mr. Mike, Steve, and Dom! read more

Sam and his crew at take 5 were seriously so nice I may actually start getting my oil changed on time just to come back. I was greeted immediately after pulling up, and handed a cold water which was so nice. The men doing my actual oil change were explaining everything they were doing and all the pricing which was great since I literally know zero about cars let alone what type of oil I need. They also gave me a $10 off coupon which I appreciated. Then to top it all off they cleaned my windshield once they finished (jiffy lube could never!!). Sam followed up and asked if there was anything they could've done better and I said everything was perfect bc it really was. I'll definitely be back and will be sending all my girlies to Sam. Thank y'all!! read more

Interesting experience, to say the least. Not only did they leave a tire iron (???) on the engine appearance cover, they also neglected to replace all of the screws for the same cover. I will happily trade the tire iron for the cover screws, please. read more

Quick, painless and kind. Definitely going to be coming here from now on for my oil changes

If I could call the police on them I would! Buyer beware! This location broke my transmission tube and blamed me! End up costing me 249.00 in repairs. Drove in to get an oil change and left w/ broken transmission dipstick tube! I cannot make this up! Management blame me as I was sitting inside the truck the entire time. Long story short GO somewhere else this particular franchise location is NOT IT! read more
