Very disappointed! I took my truck in for an oil change. The next day I noticed my coolant had completely drained. After letting them take a look, I was told that it's just a coincidence that I did not have a leak before the oil change and now my truck cannot keep coolant. They only offered to give me a quote to fix the issue. Truck was fine before I took it in for an oil change. Now I'm having to take it somewhere to get it fixed on my dime. Will never be going back here again. Got my oil changed yesterday. They started working on my truck for about 15 minutes, then it sat for 45 minutes untouched while they took smoke breaks and complained about not being about to leave to go on lunch since they were backed up. Woke up the next day to a huge puddle of oil in the driveway so I took it back in instantly. The customer service guy working looked high/hungover (falling asleep standing up against the wall) The mechanic then tells me they didn't tighten the oil filter down at all so that was the cause of the leak. Go to get back in my truck once they were done and there's a big ball of paper and plastic wrap wadded up and thrown in my floor board and my now oil soaked receipt sitting on my passenger seat. But the employees are carrying on inappropriate conversations, or talking about how they are hiding so they don't have to do other things they are responsible for. If I could rate this location a zero I most definitely would! I paid $107 for an oil change and vehicle inspection for Uber. The car was in perfect running order and was inspected 100% by Jiffy Lube the very next morning I had a major oil leek! I immediately brought it back to Jiffy Lube. They had NO problem handing me a quote for a $2200 repair!! I immediately asked for an explanation of how bringing in a perfectly running car in for a maintenance oil change and an inspection which they gave a car 100% no problems ....to having a major oil leek and a timing chain repair the very next day? Their response, "Jiffy Lubes policy does not state they have to tell me of an oil leek in my engine" Luckily, I noticed a major oil leek in my driveway and I did NOT blow my engine! DO NOT use Jiffy Lube!! District Manager will NOT return calls and Store manager stated it was against policy to give out his number! I'm not going away and will pursue every avenue to make sure that does not happen to another customer! Read their reviews on BBB! We're from out of town and needed an oil change before leaving for the long drive. We were serviced right away and went next door to eat instead of waiting in their office. It was a pretty quick job, took around 20 minutes. Admittedly pricier than what I'm used to for a synthetic oil change, but customer service was nice and the 5 hours ride home was smooth with no issues. read more

Went here on a desperate need for an oil change. Was helped as soon as I pulled to the garage. The staff was very pleasant. Was quoted a hour or more. Was very quick with the service and I was in and out within a hour. Was a little more expensive than I am used to paying for this type of service but the customer care was semi worth it in the end. read more

I just moved to Savannah and needed to get my oil changed so by chance I just went into this Jiffy Lube. Very professional and polite. Did not try to push filters off on me like most do, They were very nice and did a great job and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with their service before I left. The only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because a homeless man came in and sat in the waiting room with me and another man and he was talking to himself out loud and had his hands down his pants the entire time. I told the gentleman that was helping me when I was leaving that it made me very uncomfortable and he understood but he said the management allows the man to come in to rest. I have an open heart and the fact that he was homeless and talking to himself didn't bother me it was his hands down the front of his pants. I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube! read more

I got yelled at for stepping out of my car to talk to an employee because there was no sign or directions given. Then the manager walked up to my window with no mask to ask me questions after he yelled at me for getting out of my car earlier?? Lol! The guy underneath my vehicle had no clue what he was doing and the big manager was screaming at him. I've never experienced such bad customer service and disrespect from a business. Never again. Two visits in one day, left drain plug door open. Permatex the plug in. Dripping oil after service. Windows weren't cleaned and vacuum job was almost non existent. Had to return due to oil drip. Not happy at ALL. On top of this, after returning, denying the plug was not the original plug, (assured me, even though he wasn't there earlier in the day and was not the person who did the change) all this inconvenience, and I was offered NOTHING for compensation. read more

On 8/30/21 I came in with my Mazda truck to have the spark plugs, oil and coolant changed. When I picked up my truck I got on the road and noticed there was something wrong and immediately went back. Your mechanic looked at it again while I waited. The shop was closing up for the night, but he said it was fixed and I took it home. When I drove off I was still not right. When I put my foot on the gas the truck was jerking around and I knew it was totally unsafe to drive. I had to leave town the next day, so I rented a car to do so. I have completely lost faith in Jiffy Lube's ability to fix my truck and I did not want to bring it back in for a third time. Upon my return I took my truck to Dixie Motors and they confirmed that the spark plugs were installed wrong and the wires. 4 of the 6 cylinders were misfiring. I asked for a refund from Jiffy Lube and it took over a month to receive after I emailed them repeatedly. Do not take your vehicle here for any repairs, they are not capable. read more

The only reason they get 1 star is because there is no option for 0 stars.Worst customer service I have ever recieved anywhere. I paid for a vehicle inspection, and the manager refused to sign the inspection form ( which I found out later was an older form but would have been accepted if the manager would have signed the form) stating that his signature was worth more than the $20 that Jiffy Lube was charging for the service. Upon returning a few days later after reporting the problem to the corporate office, the manager stated he had read my email and really didnt care and bad reviews don't mean anything to him ...he stated this was a franchise and they would treat customers anyway they felt and really didnt need repeat customers...oh, and don't bother contacting the franchise owner because he has the same attitude . I also was due an oil change when I was there, so I decided to get the oil changed while they were doing the inspection....bad choice there also. The manager kept telling me that my vehicle would develop leaks if I didnt use the full synthetic oil. Wiper fluid not filled, inside not vacuumed, tire pressure not checked, oily hand prints all over the hood, online coupons not accepted because they don't accept corporate coupons, the list goes on and on....there's a reason why they have such low ratings. Pitiful service and the SLOWEST staff I've ever seen. I literally waited for over an hour and a half for them to change the oil and do nothing else. They came in and told me my car was almost done when they hadn't even started on it after waiting 50 minutes already. 30 minutes later they actually started on it. If I could give zero stars I would, especially since I get in my car and there's oil on the steering wheel and door from where they apparently didn't wipe their hands clean before getting in. They greeted me with big smiling faces and gave exceptional customer service. The manager even took extra time to see what what wrong with my wind shield wiper fluid pump. The staff was rude and didn't have any idea of what they were doing. They didn't do half of what they told us that they had done. They told us that they put air in the tires, but when we got in the car, the low tire light was still on. In our car, it resets itself if the tire pressure is correct. We brought our own oil with us and they still charged us full price. I will not go there again read more

I needed air in my tires and knew that Jiffy Lube offers this service complimentary to customers as I have been here many times for this. When I arrived there were 2 vehicles in front of me. I sat for about 10 minutes then one of the workers came and instructed myself as well as the other two vehicles which lanes to pull up in. He then proceeded to go to the other 2 vehicles in front of me to ask what they needed, but never came to my car. I was clearly able to see that it was busy, so I made no big deal about it and continued to wait. About 5 minutes later, another car came and the same guy instructed them to pull forward in the lane even though I had already been waiting Atleast 15 minutes prior to the newly arrived customer. At this point, I was confused as to how somebody who'd arrived a significant amount of time after me was being serviced first. When I asked, he replied "We're short staffed, you have to wait your turn." Waiting my turn was clearly not the problem when I'd been sitting there waiting for 20+ minutes. My issue was how he knowingly serviced another costumer who arrived AFTER me without even acknowledging me being there or inquiring about what I needed. He has a bald head, and is either named Alan or Alex and appears to be the manager. Very rude and clearly no regard to customer service. When it was finally my turn he sent someone else to service me and didn't even come over to apologize for the delay that I experienced because of him. If you need anything done on your vehicle even something as little as getting air in your tires, I definitely recommend Firestone(next door) or Mavis Tire (3 minutes up the road). read more
