We were so impressed with the speed and service today with DJ (David), Brandon and Tatyana. The crew was so kind and really helped ensure our car was fully taken care of before we left. And it was inexpensive compared to a dealership or anywhere else. Thanks team!! read more

At Jiffy Lube my first appearance is with Robert and his employees who offered the best experience that I have had in a while . They all were very friendly, courteous, professional and most of all helpful. I enjoyed every moment there and I felt very comfortable and secure there at Jiffy Lube. That's the kind of customer service I look for . I am very proud of all of them and they look like they work very well with one another's . You don't find that to often on jobs . I will always go and visit them if I need any assistance with my car. Thanks Everyone of all of the excellent customer service. read more

The service and the professionalism was outstanding, our record to anyone and I'll bring it back to the next time I get out the service now for this location Verizon was outstanding read more

Great service very friendly. I nursed a dying battery in my VW Golf all the way from Massachusetts over the weekend. New battery, oil change and all healthy again. Made it to Sarasota FL and now heading home again. Many thanks. read more

Drive thru service! That's all I have to say. I stopped by for an oil change and the service was completed while I stayed in my car the whole time. How convenient!? The service was fast, the employees were friendly and informative, and I spent way less time than planned. Will definitely be back! read more

The technicians were polite and thorough. I really appreciated the time they spent on my vehicle to make sure everything was in working condition. read more

my friend went and they didn't put the oil cap back on the engine. list all the oil.

Very disappointed! I took my truck in for an oil change. The next day I noticed my coolant had completely drained. After letting them take a look, I was told that it's just a coincidence that I did not have a leak before the oil change and now my truck cannot keep coolant. They only offered to give me a quote to fix the issue. Truck was fine before I took it in for an oil change. Now I'm having to take it somewhere to get it fixed on my dime. Terrible experience! read more

Will never be going back here again. Got my oil changed yesterday. They started working on my truck for about 15 minutes, then it sat for 45 minutes untouched while they took smoke breaks and complained about not being about to leave to go on lunch since they were backed up. Woke up the next day to a huge puddle of oil in the driveway so I took it back in instantly. The customer service guy working looked high/hungover (falling asleep standing up against the wall) The mechanic then tells me they didn't tighten the oil filter down at all so that was the cause of the leak. Go to get back in my truck once they were done and there's a big ball of paper and plastic wrap wadded up and thrown in my floor board and my now oil soaked receipt sitting on my passenger seat. Never trust this place with your vehicle!!! read more

I'm always treated well here, from the moment I pull up. Someone is already running over to open my door. On a busy day it normally takes me an hour's worth of waiting, or less, for an oil change. They always explain everything with detail. Perfect for those who don't consider themselves experts in automotives. The biggest new perk? You get Yelp cash back here! That means 10% of what you pay here goes back in your wallet. And that can be a lot if you need a lot done! They also have a hefty military discount - 25% off. I will continue to keep coming back. I know I'm going to have to wait anywhere I go, so it may as well be here! read more

Quick, simple, and friendly service. PS - They will annoy you with the phrase "Our signature oil change" . Hey Jiffy Lube - It's a oil change any way you try and pitch it, but you guys are on top of it and do a bang up job. read more

Expensive, unprofessional. I came for an oil change and that's what I'm getting- so that's good. But the employees are carrying on inappropriate conversations, or talking about how they are hiding so they don't have to do other things they are responsible for. No toilet paper in the restroom, zero beverages. Just not a great experience. Probably will not return, and certainly wouldn't return if my children were with me. read more

Varis did an excellent job. Everything was very efficient and effective. They got me ready for a long trip. Thanks!

I visited the Abercorn location last Friday for an oil change. The service was great and they staff was helpful.

Came to Jiffy lube for normal oil change. They have me options for cost and coupons. What a treat to be assisted with option I dont understand. Also gave me a deal on windshield wipers. Thanks team.. i will be back read more

We're from out of town and needed an oil change before leaving for the long drive. We were serviced right away and went next door to eat instead of waiting in their office. It was a pretty quick job, took around 20 minutes. Admittedly pricier than what I'm used to for a synthetic oil change, but customer service was nice and the 5 hours ride home was smooth with no issues. read more

If I could rate this location a zero I most definitely would! I paid $107 for an oil change and vehicle inspection for Uber. The car was in perfect running order and was inspected 100% by Jiffy Lube the very next morning I had a major oil leek! I immediately brought it back to Jiffy Lube. They had NO problem handing me a quote for a $2200 repair!! I immediately asked for an explanation of how bringing in a perfectly running car in for a maintenance oil change and an inspection which they gave a car 100% no problems ....to having a major oil leek and a timing chain repair the very next day? Their response, "Jiffy Lubes policy does not state they have to tell me of an oil leek in my engine" Luckily, I noticed a major oil leek in my driveway and I did NOT blow my engine! DO NOT use Jiffy Lube!! District Manager will NOT return calls and Store manager stated it was against policy to give out his number! I'm not going away and will pursue every avenue to make sure that does not happen to another customer! Read their reviews on BBB! I'm not the first customer they left with an inoperable car! read more

G. Austin was the service and he had zero customer service skills. He was outright rude and degrading about my choice of vehicles. He needs immediate retraining on how to interact with customers. read more

great service Jeffery was great to work with. will be back soon, thank you guys have fun working on cars

Went here on a desperate need for an oil change. Was helped as soon as I pulled to the garage. The staff was very pleasant. Was quoted a hour or more. Was very quick with the service and I was in and out within a hour. Was a little more expensive than I am used to paying for this type of service but the customer care was semi worth it in the end. read more

I just got my oil and spark plugs changed and it was a great experience! Very fast, they were very honest about what services I needed vs. what could wait, and very friendly! I'll definitely be coming back! read more

I just moved to Savannah and needed to get my oil changed so by chance I just went into this Jiffy Lube. Very professional and polite. Did not try to push filters off on me like most do, They were very nice and did a great job and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with their service before I left. The only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because a homeless man came in and sat in the waiting room with me and another man and he was talking to himself out loud and had his hands down his pants the entire time. I told the gentleman that was helping me when I was leaving that it made me very uncomfortable and he understood but he said the management allows the man to come in to rest. I have an open heart and the fact that he was homeless and talking to himself didn't bother me it was his hands down the front of his pants. I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube! read more

Never again. Two visits in one day, left drain plug door open. Permatex the plug in. Dripping oil after service. Windows weren't cleaned and vacuum job was almost non existent. Had to return due to oil drip. Not happy at ALL. On top of this, after returning, denying the plug was not the original plug, (assured me, even though he wasn't there earlier in the day and was not the person who did the change) all this inconvenience, and I was offered NOTHING for compensation. read more

I was visiting family and needed my oil changed before returning home. I decided to try this jiffy lube and it was a terrible mistake. I got yelled at for stepping out of my car to talk to an employee because there was no sign or directions given. Then the manager walked up to my window with no mask to ask me questions after he yelled at me for getting out of my car earlier?? Lol! The guy underneath my vehicle had no clue what he was doing and the big manager was screaming at him. I've never experienced such bad customer service and disrespect from a business. The price was high and the quality was garbage. Please don't waste your time and money on this sub par establishment! read more

On 8/30/21 I came in with my Mazda truck to have the spark plugs, oil and coolant changed. When I picked up my truck I got on the road and noticed there was something wrong and immediately went back. Your mechanic looked at it again while I waited. The shop was closing up for the night, but he said it was fixed and I took it home. When I drove off I was still not right. When I put my foot on the gas the truck was jerking around and I knew it was totally unsafe to drive. I had to leave town the next day, so I rented a car to do so. I have completely lost faith in Jiffy Lube's ability to fix my truck and I did not want to bring it back in for a third time. Upon my return I took my truck to Dixie Motors and they confirmed that the spark plugs were installed wrong and the wires. 4 of the 6 cylinders were misfiring. I asked for a refund from Jiffy Lube and it took over a month to receive after I emailed them repeatedly. Do not take your vehicle here for any repairs, they are not capable. read more

Dismal Service, they change staff as often as I change BVD's, incorrectly reported my mileage, had incorrect customer, bimbo of the day, I told him start over over, not my first to trip Jiffy Lube, oh, here it is... Reported my mileage at 67,000 and actual mileage is less than 27,000... Gizmo needs to sacked... read more

The only reason they get 1 star is because there is no option for 0 stars.Worst customer service I have ever recieved anywhere. I paid for a vehicle inspection, and the manager refused to sign the inspection form ( which I found out later was an older form but would have been accepted if the manager would have signed the form) stating that his signature was worth more than the $20 that Jiffy Lube was charging for the service. Upon returning a few days later after reporting the problem to the corporate office, the manager stated he had read my email and really didnt care and bad reviews don't mean anything to him ...he stated this was a franchise and they would treat customers anyway they felt and really didnt need repeat customers...oh, and don't bother contacting the franchise owner because he has the same attitude . I also was due an oil change when I was there, so I decided to get the oil changed while they were doing the inspection....bad choice there also. The manager kept telling me that my vehicle would develop leaks if I didnt use the full synthetic oil. Wiper fluid not filled, inside not vacuumed, tire pressure not checked, oily hand prints all over the hood, online coupons not accepted because they don't accept corporate coupons, the list goes on and on....there's a reason why they have such low ratings. Do yourself a favor don't waste your time or money here ! read more

I love the service i get here. Soon as I pull up I'm always welcome and they always are nice enough to open all the doors, answer any questions and explain them. They have true happy gentlemen here. read more

Pitiful service and the SLOWEST staff I've ever seen. I literally waited for over an hour and a half for them to change the oil and do nothing else. They came in and told me my car was almost done when they hadn't even started on it after waiting 50 minutes already. 30 minutes later they actually started on it. If I could give zero stars I would, especially since I get in my car and there's oil on the steering wheel and door from where they apparently didn't wipe their hands clean before getting in. I'll never come back here again. read more

Mechanics are always nasty, covered in grease and oil. Then they sit in your nice clean vehicle and track oil and grease in your seats and floor carpet. My vehicle had grease covered handprints all over the doors, steering wheel and hood! They also spilled oil all over my engine so I was treated to burning oil smell and smoke for a good week after getting my oil changed here. NEVER AGAIN! read more

I went to another jiffy lube before coming here after finding there would be a 45 minute wait and that worked out perfectly because these guys were amazing. They greeted me with big smiling faces and gave exceptional customer service. The manager even took extra time to see what what wrong with my wind shield wiper fluid pump. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! read more

Excellent customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, from all employees not just the manager.
