They gave me the option to buy one at a local auto parts store and gave me the location of one 15 minutes away. The oil filter was $18. When I went to pay my oil change was only discounted $1.77 which is their cost. I get the price I paid was higher, but they should have at least discounted me $7-$8 which is their retail cost. Just from a customer satisfaction standpoint, the discount should have been more as compensation for their supply chain issue and me having to spend 40 minutes to get the part. I'm sure more than $1.77 is built into the bundled price for the oil change.

Trinity Motor Sports shop: clean, comfortable, with a tv and several car magazines to keep a customer busy, and had water and coffee to boot. Service: excellent, my car was done in less than an hour, I did however drop it off right at 1000 when they opened (Saturday hours). Vehicle performance: brakes and rotors are smooth as silk now, AND I still have my locking lug key (yes, people have forgotten to give it back) cough cough "Lexus" Anywhoo, I'm usually doing my own work on my car, but this time I needed the job done while I was out of town. At the time, my vehicle had a custom engraved bullet antenna installed valued around $200-$300. When I picked the vehicle up later the same day, the antenna was gone. After reviewing my dash cam footage, it clearly shows the antenna on the vehicle when I left my residence and drove directly to the shop. After leaving the shop, I stopped at a car wash where their entry photos show the antenna was already missing. I contacted the shop to try to resolve the issue, but was told their security footage does not go back far enough and they declined responsibility. I'm not accusing anyone directly, but the antenna disappeared while the vehicle was in their possession. Just sharing my experience for transparency so other customers are aware.
