I almost forgot to write this review, but I could not miss the opportunity to compliment the team over at Valvoline for an amazing and quick experience a couple of weeks ago. I pulled in to get my Bronco's oil changed before jumping on the road and it was about midday so I was expecting a line. However, I was able to pull in immediately and the young lady who helped me, and forgive me for forgetting her name, was fantastic. I believe she is one of the managers at this location and did a great job of walking me through the oil change and in addition legitimately showing me a cabin filter that looked like it had been chewed up by a mouse or something that it probably climbed into my bronco on one of my various camping trips. Definitely an eye-opener, but something I really appreciated was the fact that even though they didn't have the filter in stock, she offered to install it for me as long as I went to the local auto parts store and picked it up. Definitely going above and beyond the call of duty. This is definitely my go to location now for all of my oil changes moving forward. At least while I'm in Pooler lol! read more

Laura was awesome. She made me feel like a valued customer. She helped me make the right choice of oil and I will definitely be coming back. She helped me with pricing as well. read more

Had Laura help me out. Super nice, very helpful, got the job taken care of quick. Best oil change service I've had thus far!

If I could rate this business with a ZERO, I would! This is not my normal Valvoline service business, but I was in the Pooler area, and stopped here in the outer parking area, looking for my typical coupon for an oil change. The rude manager tapped on my driver's window and told me to drive into a Bay. Although I told her I wasn't ready, and was looking for my coupon, she insisted I pull in. In the Bay, I continued to tell her not to start the service until my coupon was visible on my phone. She instructed me that I had to use the coupon on the website, which would never LOAD. Instead, she pulled it up on her personal cell phone and overcharged me. When I asked for a refund, she told me it was not possible, now that the payment had been tendered (cash). The coupon on my phone did appear, but she would not accept it and redo the transaction. I have every suspicion that at this business, this event is repeated routinely. The customers are "bullied" into complying, and this "extra" money is not going to the owner (of this franchise). It was a total rip-off and I have NEVER been treated as rudely or unfairly at any other Valvoline location! I called the customer service line for Valvoline, but since this is a franchise, they can only let the owner know what happened. Do NOT use this business. read more

Love this place! Fast service, very friendly and knowledgeable! Best part is, they're not pushy about services to add on like other places. Daniel is fantastic and always seems to be the one working on my car which makes for an easy and pleasant experience! Had my fleet vehicle for a year and just now getting the third oil change in 20,000 miles and they've had no issue charging it to my fleet company or getting docs in the system properly for all that need to have it. Still can't believe how much an oil change is nowadays but I really need to not be that crotchety old lady complaining about price changes when I've only had 3 services on 20,000. Not bad! read more

This is a great and convenient location for Valvoline service. It's a newer location and the service reps are fresh and eager to serve! Fast, efficient, and since it's 'off the beaten path' is easy to get in, and serviced quickly. Clean inside area, polite attendants--and a real value! The only caution is to keep and eye out when maneuvering into and out, as the car wash next door is popular too!! read more

I'm in town for the weekend. My low tire pressure light came on. Went to the gas station, put air in my tire and the light was still on. I was on the phone with Kia for almost an hour. Decided to google tire places, drove to Goodyear and they closed earlier than the website indicated. So drove over to Valvoline. Chris was amazing! He checked and put air in all my tires. Thank you so much Chris!!!! read more

STAY AWAY... Nothing better than sitting in line for an hour for the team to tell you they don't have the proper oil filter, and you will have to leave. Lesson learned, the next time I show with the filter. Another hour in line, service complete. I drive less than a half mile to realize the parts were not attached under the car because they are dragging down Pooler Parkway, breaking apart with cars dodging pieces everywhere. Now with broken skid plates and oil leaking everywhere, I limp back to have the company fix the issue. "The torque wrench was out of calibration", was the excuse I got. Horrible Customer Service, learn to take better care of your customers. read more

Valvoline Instant Oil Change - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Pooler, Georgia

Obviously, I was in need of an oil change and I have been to one of these chains before as I normally go to my dealership. Now that the prices are the same, there is no value added to set an appointment then wait for the appointment and then go to the dealership. It was nice to pull up and they had records of my previous oil change in another state and so all I had to say was yes I want the same thing . To top it off the staff was absolutely amazing, and not only did the job rapidly, but it seems with very high quality. I would highly recommend this place not just for the service but the staff as well. read more

They don't know how to tight a oil filter. Tight like they never want it off very bad service read more

WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Had oil change on 5-11-23. They did not install the drain plug properly and oil leaked out all over my driveway. I took the car to a local mechanic and he said the drain plug was almost ready to fall out. He replaced the drain plug and had to put 3 quarts of oil back in the car. I called this place and they refused to give me a refund. Do not use this place! read more

Dropped the ball on getting my oil changed before vacation and stopped here to take care of it. This team was busting their butts in the extreme heat, I had a couple cars in front of me and still made it out in less than 30 minutes. The staff was polite, professional, friendly, and if I lived here, this would be my oil change spot for sure. Can't recommend enough!!! read more

AMAZING customer service from the lady there today. I wish I could remember her name, but she was killing it. I saw her interact with a team member who had something personal going on and needed to leave. Even though it was going to put them short, she handled it very professionally and made sure to show concern for whatever he had going on. The world needs more people like that. Great job to the staff that got us in and out quickly. read more

Needing an oil change so went to the Valvoline place near the outlet shopping center. Emmanuel help me out and was very polite enthusiastic and professional. I was there a total of maybe 20 minutes stayed in the car and I use the phone so it was like nothing sometimes displaced can take an hour and you got to sit in a little greasy room. Definitely recommend this place read more

I guess after the car wash changed companies, they rid the old Valvoline employees as well. The new crew doesn't seem to know much without asking their manager Hope. I have went to that Valvoline for years and it was always a great environment and easy process. Hope told her employee to only offer me what valvoline recommends (the 100$ one) after I told them I always usually get the 70$ one. She straight up yelled no several times to her employee when asking her if he could do that. I said I would just go to the one at Tanger and she said go to tanger then. Her attitude all around is poor and she's going to turn away a lot of good customers because of it. They told me I would run my engine to the ground if I didn't get the one they offered. Bad service. Bad Values. Bad management. When I went to the other one, they already seemed to know about the complaints against Hope. Her reign won't last long. read more

Horrible service finds every reason not to there job. Claims they can't service Mini Coopers and BMW's. I asked for a simple tire rotation on my BMW. They said they can't rotate tires on a BMW. read more

This place is great!! Not sure if it was the manager but you can tell he had this place running top notch. I'll be back for sure.
