I try not to be pessimistic or overly negative, as businesses can have their bad days. But the service I received at this location is nothing short of unacceptable. I left my vehicle there on Easter with a note asking them to give me a full vehicle inspection. At the time, I was unsure specifically what was wrong with it. They did not tell me my engine had a bad coil and sparkplugs when I got the call from them the morning after (which was, in fact, what was wrong with my car.) They just gave my car a twice-over, rotated my tires, and sent me on my way. I made a loop back before I even left the parking lot because I realized my car was still not working properly. Had them service it AGAIN right before they closed. The man working the desk seemed like he wasn't even paying attention when I spoke to him, asking me the same questions right after I'd given him the information he was asking for. They finally fix it and I drive off. Fast forward to yesterday, I get a flat tire. I have roadside try to put my spare on, and there I learn that Firestone CROSS-THREADED my wheel. The one thing they did for me that I did not need, and they did it not just wrong, but poorly enough to put me out over a thousand dollars to get it fixed myself. I would not recommend taking your business here until something shifts in management. I was not satisfied with my service OR with the people providing it. Same thing happened here, where they said they sent but never received. Luckily, Michael was on it and actually found out what the problem was even though they would not be delivered in time for departure of my long road trip..Any who..he found one tire that would work for my car AND it was in the shop! I was visiting Savannah from Charlotte, on a girl's trip. I called Firestone on Friday when i discovered I had a flat tire. I was told by the person who answered the phone that they were closing and to bring it in first thing in the morning, Saturday for a tire change. I figured I would get my oil changed while it was sitting in their shop as well. I got there right before opening on Saturday and was one of the first people inside. I dropped my keys off and was told my vehicle would be ready in a few hours but no later than 6 pm, before closing time. I never received a call on Saturday, so I figured I would get there before they closed, as I was told. I drove almost an hour to pick up my vehicle, to find out that my car was still in the exact parking space I left it in, and a donut still on my car. I was greeted by the same woman who told me my car would be ready that day, and she looked puzzled when I walked in. I ask her about my vehicle, and she said "well, we had appointments today, and they override walk-ins" I said excuse me? You told me this morning my car would be ready before you closed at 6, and you never mentioned anything about appointments override walk-ins until I was ready to pick up my car, to the time that you agreed. Also, she never bothered calling me to tell me my car would not be ready before closing. I understand we all make mistakes but to basically tell me what your policy is after you agreed that my vehicle would be ready by the end of the day, is completely insane.... FOR ONE TIRE CHANGE. I told her I had to drive back that night and how this mistake has caused me so much inconvenience. She told me they would have my car ready first thing in the morning, and for ME to call them when they open, so she could "put a fire in their ass" No apologies were made. I called the shop over 20 times, the next morning, Sunday, and I got no answer. I showed up to the shop an hour after opening, my car now sitting in the garage. Donut still on my car. Same woman in the office, with a smile on her face. I walked in and she said, "you missed it, there was a party in here." I wanted to explode. Not only was my stay pro-longed for an extra day, but now it is taking over another morning to replace ONE tire and an oil change. I ignored her comment about the party and said, what is going on with my car? She said they were having trouble with the tire equipment and the mechanic was currently working on that. I waited almost 2 hours in the office, and she called me to pay the bill. The bill was 40 dollars cheaper than what I was originally quoted. After I swiped my credit card, she said I gave you a discount. I did not acknowledge her comment because, for someone to not say sorry, because you obviously did no wrong, why would you give me a discount? After leaving the shop several lights came on, one that displayed: TPMS-Check TPMS system. Which apparently is to alert you when tire pressure is too low and could create unsafe driving conditions. I thought this light would turn off on its own, and a month later, the light is still on. I will never return to this unprofessional business. The crazy part of it all, I seen their horrible reviews, but I figured since it Firestone is well known business, I should try them out, especially being out of town. I recently needed A/C work and an oil change done on my 2016 Tahoe. I left my vehicle at this store for a few days for the repairs. Once I dropped my vehicle off I realized I left my engagement ring, wedding band, and another expensive ring in the center console. I was not able to get back to retrieve the items. I made sure to call the manager of the store. When I retrieved my vehicle, my rings were in the exact place I left them. The store manager Drew was great! read more

Waited from 2pm to 6pm, came back said the car is not ready, and there was 2 more in line infront of me. Then, PROMISED again oh your car gonna be the first ticket tomorrow, second day 12pm, I had to call and check in and said oh no it's next in line. I went during the week.. imagine going on a weekend. got all new tires a few months ago, and now a sensor is damaged, 2 other mechanics said to take it back and get it fixed, and these guys accuse the others for this issue, and got pissed when that i dont go and see them, sooner. As if i go to the mechanics for fun. I was More than willing to pay but they refused- think this was payment or bribery for the manager to publically REAM me in the waiting area. Ive also called a few times to make appointments, both times they hung up on me, I go in for an oil change and the wait is 2 hours to just be seen! I got an oil change and they tried selling me an alternator or something, when there was NOthing wrong with the car. Accused me of using discounts without coupons... #1 as if, #2 nice customer service boss. "Were the good guys" Guess what boss, Good guys dont ream, accuse, belittle, and ontop of it offer faulty craftsmanship. Denver Corsano and his crew took really good care of me on very short notice. I was passing through Savannah on a new set of tires I had purchased at a Firestone store in Atlanta. Apparently the tires were not filled at consistent and proper psi levels and they didn't reset the new tire inflation setting after the installation. Consequently, my alarm kept going off on the drive down. They were super nice and went out of their way to be helpful and didn't charge me anything. I would not get any major work done at this location. Over a year ago I got my brakes replaced there. Immediately they started screeching. I took it back and they had to replace the parts. Not long after they started screeching again. I took it back again where the manager said nothing was wrong with it in a condescending way. I decided to take it to the Abercorn location where they told me that the brakes had not be lubricated. Today the brakes still screech. I've never had this issue before. He had great communications skills and was prompt in getting back to my daughter and I. This involved him making multiple call to communicate with both of us. These people will rip you off! We brought our car in to get two new tires and they replaced the wrong ones. They left the tire with the nail in it. They offered a discount to replaced them, so instead of paying 305.00 to replace the two tires, we ended up paying a total of 555.00!! They say they explained and offered the road hazard but that is not true. I spent so much on tires there and they have more than half of warranty left but they won't cover a blowout. Where do I begin!! Was a faithful customer over 15 years and then ...my car was DESTROYED!!! Starting with adding a note on my paperwork that my car was "tapping" when I bought it in - false!! After I complained they realized they put the wrong OIL IN MY CAR!! And left the work rag on my engine!! Got a set of tires- a few days later driving down the road and wheel started shaking horribly well, had to pull over in fear!! Had to get car towed!! Well , lugs were not on appropriately!! Still not the worst yet!!! Driving down Truman and tire exploded!! Damaged tire and rods, etc. Tire was supposedly sent back to Bridgestone, then they said no, we disposed of itSMH!! Paid over 1k and deductible to get car back in shape and low and behold canx by car insurance for claims I had to pay due to their negligence!! Manufacturer offered 4 tires - well they made me wait weeks for tires - said the had too order- no, they didn't want to install because they were not going to profit(Abercorn location) and wanted to charge me over 200.00to put on!! Agree with others, no pressure sales. I have all my car work done, and love their work. This place has saved me money over the years with their warranty work. I had brake work done over weekend, did not realize that my older car had brake work done years ago, which had come with a lifetime warranty. They told me about my previous work and saved me some money. This has happened in the past with tires, where something happened with the tire, replacement tire was at a lower cost due to warranty. I would highly recommend you using this facility for the long term care of your car. Their work is excellent and it will save you money in the long term read more

I have been a longstanding customer that has a business with a fleet of 6 vehicles. I have been using this store for several years. Yesterday I went to get a flat fixed on a new set of tires. They could not bother to fix it for at least an hour. I had to leave as I had appointments. Today I took it back and asked them to fix my flat and it was going to take 2 1/2 hours. (The shop was quiet and nobody was really doing anything!) Again I had to leave because I have to run a business and had several appointments.I pay for this" fix a flat service" with every set of tires that I purchase! Not only that....every vehicle I take in there to get new tires comes out with 4 different tire pressures! That is just inexcusable crappy customer service. That's it! I am looking for another tire dealer that will be glad to have my 6 vehicle fleet. No more tires, no more oil changes.....I am done! Worst customer service anywhere!! I have been Going to this Firestone for about two years and are usually get decent service. I have had a couple of minor issues before. However, I brought my car in yesterday and dropped it off because they were busy. It was there from 7:45am until I came this morning. They completed my service yesterday but did not call me. I had no idea that my car had been serviced until I called this morning. The customer service attendants don't always seem to be concerned with customer concerns. When I mentioned it to the CS person today, he didn't seem apologetic at all. My family has been customers for years and never had any issues with Firestone. I had to take my car in to have a tire repaired/replaced. I have a 2014 Chevy Impala LTZ. There was a big screw in the tire and they said it could not be fixed. They had to drive to the southside to get tire to fit my car. I had no problem with that. When they did finish with my car, and I went to get in, there were black marks on my leather seat, I ask the young man to clean it which he did with no problem. When I got in the car, my radio station was changed, my touch screen display was changed. These things did not have to be tampered with because the problem was the tire (outside of the car, there was nothing wrong on the inside). Whoever pulled the car around to the garage sat in the car for 5 - 10 minutes (I stood there and watched) he called over one of his co-worker and he leaned in the car, then they got out of the car and went back into the garage, never once looking at the tire. The work they did do was fine, just all the unnecessary things they did on the inside of the car that disturbed me. I get my car serviced at the dealership, didn't want to take a chance driving on that tire al the way to the southside, so I stopped at the Firestone which was close to where I live. Not impressed at all. Came in for a simple tire repair the guy who helped us didn't seem to care at all, his only response was "it will be a while." He took our keys (no name, number, etc) and said come back in like a hour and a half. We offered him our number and asked if he would call when it was ready. We went next door and came back an hour and a half later to check on it and they had not even moved the truck. We asked another guy and he said "yea, there are a lot of people in front of you it will be like two hours or so." We told him what we were told earlier he said "we only have 4 mechanics today", three of which we saw hanging out in the bay area as we left. Needless to say we got our keys back and left. Very unprofessional. I will not use them again, but from what I've read in other reviews below I suppose it could have been worse. Glad we left before they touched our vehicle. read more

I brought my car here to replace 2 tires and they also did a "courtesy check". After waiting 2 hours (and yes, I made an appointment for 8am) service rep came out to tell me all 4 of my motor mounts were broken and they wanted to know if it was ok to do the work. First of all, I would never have that type of job done without a 2nd opinion, and 2nd of all, I had just had oil change and A/C system checked 4 days prior at a different mechanic and they also did a "courtesy check". Other garage noted some work that I needed, but did not mention anything about motor mounts being broken. I had no vibrations or shaking in my car, so I was really confused and disturbed about this $1,500 motor mount job they said I needed. A couple weeks later, I had my car looked at by another mechanic, and he pointed out the motor mounts to me - NOT ONE OF THEM WAS BROKEN! I will never, ever go back to this shady auto care center.
