We interviewed four different companies before starting our remediation. When I had our first phone call with the owner, Ara, demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for our situation. What Ara recommended to our home reasonable, made sense and something we could easily get on board with. He is reliable, trustworthy, and a great communicator--keeping us informed at every step and always making sure our concerns were addressed. I've heard horror stories from my neighbors about remediation- cutting corners, charging way too much. Thanks to the Puro clean team, we came back to our house cleaner than it's ever been. What really stood out was Ara's focus on our goals. It never felt like we were just another job--he took the time to really listen and understand what mattered most to us and made sure the restoration was handled with those priorities in mind. For example- I had my kids' rocking chair that I really wanted to keep, and Ara came back- no questions asked- to clean it the best they could, another two times. They are not afraid to walk into any situation and provide the answers needed. If you need state certified mold inspection done, this is the company to work with. And Michael N., our expert, is a gentlemen and scientist. Their prices are competitive and perfect for anyone. Period. Recently, we had a situation where one of our properties needed mold inspection after heavy rains. And let me tell you, as a property manager, we take these matters very seriously. This is where we met Michael V. N. our CSI Mold hygienist. We explained our situation to him and how it was very important that we had the best and most exact readings. He assured us that we would not be disappointed with our service. Just by talking to him, we knew were working with a true pro. To begin with, our hygienist was on time and got right to work on Saturday. He surveyed our property and took copious notes. Michael V. N. was meticulous in getting every detail into his report. He was incredibly thorough and attentive. He gathered samples, interviewed whomever was on the property and was vigilant about each detail. The inspection lasted about four hours. This included collecting samples, eyeballing the building's interior and exterior, taking humidity tests, moisture readings and, of course, getting numerous spore captures. If you are doing mold inspections, please remember to have CSI do the spore traps. This is uber important in being completely accurate with the readings. After the work was done. Michael called and spoke with me about his observations. Fortunately for us, he did not suspect a toxic mold issue. In fact, he sent us his first of many flash tests. The readings were nice and green. He then spent over one hour on the phone with me explaining everything. In fact, we had a few phone calls like this. Finally, when the test results came back. Michael personally called us and again went through all the numbers. We were happy to hear that we did not have a mold issue. In fact, the building was not toxic and perfectly safe. One thing I should mention is that Michael and the CSI team remind me of a group of scientists. The amount of knowledge these guys have is staggering. They will spend hours talking about mold and how it lives and breathes. They're expertise on the subject is staggering. All of this information was compiled into a report document. That document had wall to wall information about the property and it's discoveries. The price was competitive too. Around $600 to get spore traps and gov't certified testing. You can't beat that. So, if I could give Michael V. N. and CSI 100 stars I would. Professional, punctual and prompt...I am very please with their service.
