I used them for my wedding photobooth this past September and I would not recommend this service to anyone. I selected the luxe package with snow white background that came with 2 template designs. Not only did one of my designs not print in the color I requested, but my logo was cut off in the print, and the saturation of the photos were so bad that the background came out pink. I expressed my concerns afterwards and Cristina agreed to reprint them and send them out to me so I can include them in my thank you cards. 2 months later, still nothing. I've emailed 3 times to ask where they are and have gotten no response. In addition, leading up to the wedding, the communication was just awful. It would take multiple attempts of reaching out to finally get a response. I would not recommend this service to anyone as it lacks professionalism and quality of service. read more

I worked with Cristina for my wedding. I loved that the photo booth was very modern and guests got to choose what layout they wanted. Very cool feature that I have not seen at other weddings. We booked Instapics for our wedding this past December. In the beginning, everything was great and went as planned. They showed up on time to the venue, the pictures were beautiful, and the staff was great! But after our wedding, we realized that the double prints that we requested were not given to us. We thought it wouldn't have been a big deal, but we were soo incredibly wrong. We contacted Kristina to get them and she said that she could mail them to us since we don't live on the island. Great we thought.... over a month later, still nothing, so I decided to follow up. She said due to the holidays she had forgotten but would get right on it. Ok I thought, the holidays are always busy for everyone and people are human so what's another month. But another month passes and still nothing, so I figured I'd just follow up again and see what was the hold up. She would respond for the first few texts and then I realized after I hadn't gotten a response in a few days that she had blocked my number. My calls were going straight to voicemail and my texts probably somewhere in cyber space. She was completely unreachable. Being in Texas, this was extremely frustrating since all we wanted were the pictures from our special day. We then tried to get our wedding planner to reach out and see if she'd have any luck and if there were any other options. She reached out and Kristina FINALLY responded and said she'd mail out the pictures since the first one she mailed out she didn't get a tracking number for/or it was lost (some lie I'm guessing) and that she'd give back a $50 dollar credit for the inconvenience. We knew this was definitely a lie, if she wasn't willing to mail out our pictures in over 3 months, we weren't holding our breath for a partial refund... and we were right. Another month passed, and still nothing. Our wedding planner reached out again, we tried again and still nothing... We got to the point where we were finally desperate enough to reach out to family to hopefully pick up our pictures from her and mail them to us instead. The only problem with that was that she had blocked us and was avoiding all our calls and texts and our coordinators emails. We ended up having to use a google voice phone number in order to reach her in order to set up the meeting to get our pictures. Like another reviewer said, there are a lot of good reviews on Instapics, and I wish it would've been the same for us, but unfortunately it wasn't. The actual event and quality of their pictures are great, but if you need anything after the conclusion of your event (especially if you don't live on the island), expect to be frustrated, work extremely hard to NOT get a response, get your phone calls and texts blocked, and likely NOT get what you paid for. read more
