So glad we found Flashlab for our wedding photobooth! It fit our needs perfectly -- great quality prints, fun Hawaiian-themed props, a really stylish setup that worked with our outdoor reception under a tent. Aerin and Emili were lovely, communication was so easy with them. We had a hard time choosing from all the backdrop and logo options. The photos were posted online right away after the wedding, and I love how they uploaded the individual shots too from each session. Plus an option to download all of the photos at once, making it super easy to make sure I didn't miss anything I wanted to save. read more

Booked FlashLab for our wedding last week and by far the best experience we had. From when they arrived to set up to leaving the wedding Aerin was amazing. All our guest enjoyed the Photo Booth they had tons of cool and fun props for the pictures. Only thing I wish I would have booked them for 4 hours instead of just 3, it was so much and glad I was able to book them for our wedding. Thank for Aerin for providing our guest with a great experience and for your amazing customer service. aloha read more

Want a photo booth?! Hire them!!! Very professional and friendly!!! They had alot of different types of costumes and plenty of props!!! They also offer costume ideas and help dress you. Their photo booth is spacious for groups so you are not uncomfortable inside. The pictures print out instantly or you can go online and download them on to your mobile phone. If you take the printed copy they give you two! We had our company photos projected on to the stage after each group took them. Another really great feature they have! read more

FlashLab was amazing!!! The quality of their service and photos exceeded my expectations. They spent so much time trialing the photos to ensure our neon sign would show up brightly in the pics. I've had other photo booth pictures from weddings and the quality of pics didn't feel "professional" but FlashLab photo quality is so high, the images turned out perfect. We also opted to add the photo guest book for our wedding and it's a MUST! We have a copy of every photo taken that night. Can't recommend Aerin and Emili /FlashLab enough. I wish they were in California! read more

We hired FlashLab for our wedding reception at the Plaza Club and it was a HUUUUUUGE hit. Aerin (the owner) and Emili were there promptly to setup a couple of hours before the starting time. Aerin worked with us weeks before the wedding so we'd have a logo on the printouts that had our names, the date, and a cute logo that we liked. The consistent message we got from our guests was how professional and NICE the photo booth people were. We weren't sure if the booth would be utilized that much, but it was almost non-stop for 4 hours. They both were so helpful with the props and ensuring that everyone had a blast. They have a really good design for their photo booth, it is an actual booth that can fit around 6 people. We just came from a different event where the other company didn't have a booth, it was a stand with a camera and a backdrop. I liked FlashLab's actual booth so much better. It is more private and very efficient which means guests don't have to wait a long time. The photo quality and lighting is perfect. Skin tones, clarity, and everything was great! Again, when comparing to the other event we went to, the photo quality from FlashLab is far better. In addition, their props are really what set them apart. They had a whole clothes rack of clothes to choose from (furs, aloha shirts, coats, costumes), hats and hoodies, and REAL props (camera, tiaras, lobster, giant pipe, magnifying glass, old telephones, mustaches, various glasses etc etc). Would highly recommend FlashLab Photo Booth!!! Oh yeah, you also get a link after the event to download all the photos (either the grouped photos on one JPG or the individual photos). All at a good resolution for printing. Thanks Aerin and Emili!! You helped make our day incredible special. read more

I think I've said this before and I'll say it again. I've worked with Aerin for many years (at least 9 years?) and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Aerin is so easy to work with and truly is passionate about her business. The pictures come out fantastic and bright, and have been since the first time we've ever worked together. The service provided along with the experience is excellent and they've handled our events of 250 to 300 guests including children with lots of patience too! They always take the time to help with prop options as well. She has different priced packages and will do her best if you have a budget. You will definitely pay for quality! Aerin always stays connected with you and helps customize the logos, backdrops, and whatever other needs you may have. There's really only outstanding things I could say about this photo service and that's why Flashlab is my go to! There's no need to shop around and hire them for your next event! read more

Aerin is amazing!!! I showed her a picture or our color theme and she was able to customize the template we loved to match our wedding theme and colors. She was so accommodating of all of our last min requests and we got so many complements for our photobooth. Honestly the best and only photobooth I'll ever use! Highly recommend! read more

Aerin is fantastic!! The photo booth was one of the highlights in our wedding. Set up was great, props were fun, and Aerin is just so awesome to work with! Now we have multiple souvenirs from our wedding day. I also really liked that we can customize the logo on the photo strips. read more

We are so happy FlashLab was part of our wedding! People absolutely loved the photo booth. The accessories were so fun, the pictures high quality, and the turnaround time super speedy - they sent us the gallery the day after our wedding! Aerin was really responsive both leading up to and after the wedding. She helped us design a logo for the prints and deleted an iffy picture of me being silly from the gallery at my request. :) We lost the little gift bag and prints that Aerin gave us at the end of our wedding night, which bummed us out, and Aerin went above and beyond to cheer us up by mailing us prints. Mahalo for everything, FlashLab! read more

Flashlab is the BEST photo booth period. The quality and lighting makes everyone look amazing! They also have a huge selection of props and it went perfect with my vintage romantic themed wedding. When the wedding ended, my coordinator brought up a gift package from Flashlab. In it was a sweet thank-you card, flash drive of all the photos, and a cute cream colored scrap book with photos and notes from my guests. Aerin and her team give the best customer service which is so important when planning a big event. I stressed out countless times from non responsive wedding vendors but Flashlab was always on top of it. I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed and you can thank me later. :) read more

Aerin is so amazing to work with!! She accommodated my request to include a different backdrop I had purchased and was super flexible when I asked to add another hour of service the week of the wedding. Her photobooth was so popular at the wedding and guests loved it!!! The online gallery came out super fast too - the day right after the wedding! It was so fun to see everyone's pictures and you could tell they really enjoyed posing with the incredible props Aerin offered. My favorites were the pipe, retro Polaroid camera, rotary telephone, and the nautical themed props (captain's hat, ship's wheel, and octopus). She also had tons of fun hats, headbands, and more! Aerin herself was so fun, kind, and made the process so easy and seamless. Overall good vibes and incredible service. Thank you so much Aerin for a wonderful evening!! read more

FlashLab is THE best photo booth EVER!!! Aerin was such a pleasure to work with! She was very professional and prompt in responses from the initial inquiry to the day-of. I highly recommend getting the Supreme Package!! You do spend a little more, but what you receive in return is priceless! Everyone LOVED the photo booth and had nothing but great things to say about the prop choices and being able to take pictures in black and white! Holy Photo Booth! This was the easiest booking and process of our wedding! Flash Lab worked with me directly on our logo (which was SUER cute!) and gave us plenty of options to choose from. I'm SO happy that we had Flashlab at our wedding reception. Best decision ever!!! It was ridiculously fun and worth every penny. First off, Aerin and Emili were not only incredibly sweet, but very accommodating. They did an amazing job creating a personalized logo for our party. They were very gracious in dealing with everyone and even gave us a thoughtful gift at the end of the night. All of our guests are still raving that it was the best wedding entertainment they'd ever seen. There was a line for the photo booth all night--in fact, I had to add an extra hour to their services because people were having so much fun (and Aerin and Emili were very kind about adding the extra hour--thanks, guys!). The photos turned out better than I could have imagined. I'm not sure how they do it, but Flashlab made everyone look damn good. Somehow, there aren't even any awkward closed-eye or wasted pics (even though people were definitely drunk). The lighting in the booth made everyone look dead sexy! It was great to see people getting together to take crazy photos--it's a good ice-breaker and it really brought all our guests together. It's been very entertaining to look through the online gallery. I highly recommend including the gallery in your package! The array of props is extraordinary. They have tons of goofy accessories as well as clothes and other random props. They were quite helpful in assisting with the use of all the props. The photo booth itself is very cool. Inside, there is a touch-screen computer that is easy to use and allows you to choose what kind of photo you want (group or single; color or black and white). It was self-explanatory and super fun! I can't recommend Flashlab enough. Like the other yelpers have said, it was a huge hit. Outrageous fun. read more

This is hands down the best photo booth on the island. They have awesome equipment, but best of all, an amazing array of props!! Aerin and Emili are also perfect at helping you pick out just the right prop for the look you are going for. We did the compact package and added in the online gallery. I hate when you only have 2 copies - one for the bride & groom and then one to take away. Inevitably, you end up taking an amazing group shot and only one person in the group gets to walk away with the hard copy. With the online gallery, our guests could go and download any and all of the photos and print them on their own. It was a great add on! All our wedding guests said it was the best photo booth they ever experienced and loved Aerin and Emili...along with the phenomenal props! I would highly recommend Flash Lab for any event you want to have longlasting, hilarious memories from! read more

Aerin and Emili provided their photo booth services for our wedding reception in June of last year, and everything about our experience with them was great. They showed up on time, chose the perfect location to set up, were extremely accommodating and patient with our somewhat unruly (read: trashed) wedding guests, and had tons of props that made for some great shots and exceptional memories of our friends and family. It's silly to pay for the photo booth and not have a record of all the pictures (especially the embarrassing ones) for posterity, so I highly recommend getting them to burn you a copy, or, even better, to put them up on a private online gallery for 90 days so you and your guests can download them. It's absolutely worth the extra cost. I know there are a lot of photo booth companies on Oahu right now, and I'm sure some of the others are perfectly acceptable, but if you're thinking of doing this for your wedding, and you're already going to be stressed by 1000 other things that need to happen on your big day, it's really great when stuff just falls into place without you having to give it a minute's worth of attention, and adds a whole lot of character and fun to your special day to boot. That was our experience with Flashlab, and as you can see from every single other review here, they seem to provide this sort of experience across the board. So whether you're planning a killer party that you want to make even more killer (like us; our wedding was the bomb!), or you, your soon-to-be-spouse, your friends and your family are all completely boring and you need something to keep people awake until the cake gets cut, a photo booth is a great extra touch, and if you want it done right, do it with Flashlab. read more

We used FlashLab for our wedding and we got SO MANY compliments! They have the best quality photos out of all the booths I've tried. I dont know how they did it, but everyone looked flawless! And they had the craziest and funniest props! So awesome :] Aerin made our FlashLab experience so easy! She was very easy to contact, and was very quick with responding! Their team is GREAT! They were there with friendly faces and looking like they wanted to be there-- helping people pick out their costumes, making sure the kiddies knew what they were doing, they even jumped in some pictures with our friends! Loved them :D And super sweet plus, they gave my husband and I a cute little wedding gift! They printed an extra picture of our bride and groom photobooth shot and put it in a magnet sleeve & gave us a beautifully hand written card :] Its the little things that count people! Totally not necessary, but they got so many extra points with that move! It was the hit of the reception! Highly recommend going with these guys :D read more

ALL of our wedding guests, and I mean ALL of our guests raved about our photo booth! FlashLab, Aerin and Emili were amazing. Aerin was so warm and friendly; it was extremely easy to work with her. Any stressed out bride would be so fortunate to work with her! MAHALO FlashLab! read more

If you're thinking about having a photo booth at your wedding or event, Flash Lab is the perfect choice. It was a huge hit at our wedding and we're so glad we booked it. We did the Compact package and added in a personalized logo and the flash drive with photo files. The flash drive is a must! It's great to look back at everyone's zany pictures. We added in the personalized logo at the last minute and Aerin was super accommodating! It came out exactly how we had it in mind. They have an awesome array of props to use and the photo quality is excellent. Aerin and Emili are warm and friendly and easy to work with. They made the photo booth run smoothly for our guests. At the end of the night we had our flash drive in hand along with a thoughtful thank you card. The customer service was awesome and quality of the photo booth, props and photos were top notch. I chose FlashLab for my daughter's high school graduation party because of the great reviews on Yelp, but was wondering if was worth the price since there are other cheaper options out there. It totally is. Aerin & Emili are the kindest, most helpful people, and we got tons of compliments from our guests about their helpful advice and about the great selection of props they arrived with. I wish our party was longer so everyone would've had a chance to do photos. I also wished we had ordered the package that includes a copy of all the photos made; it must be hilarious to see! I went to a wedding that had the FlashLab photo booth. It was a fantastic experience. Everyone had a great time dressing in the cool vintage clothing. The picture quality was excellent. Aerin and Flashlab are AWESOME! We got super lucky when planning our wedding and came across a Groupon for their services. Aerin was so friendly, didn't pressure us to do any of the upgrades, and was super nice throughout. Planning with her was easy, and she coordinated with the venue to make sure there was enough space/outlets, etc - one less thing for me to worry about! She was also super accommodating - we asked if she could add some aloha shirts and more touristy Hawaiian stuff to their prop selection, since we had a ton of mainland guests, and she readily agreed and came fully prepared! Their prop selection was HUUUUGE compared to a bunch of other photobooth services I've seen at other events. They had so many fun hats and glasses and random toys (like a turtle and an old phone), plus great clothes and boas and leis. Everything was run so smoothly, and Aerin and the other guy who ran the booth with her at our wedding were so nice. We paid the extra $100 for the USB drive with all the pictures from the night, which was totally worth it! We also worked with them to custom design our logo on the hard copies of the photo to match our invitation. Our guests hardly danced because everyone was in the photobooth! Seriously so much fun. Highly, highly recommend Flashlab!! read more

Aerin, Emili & ALL the FlashLab Staff are absolutely amazing!!! Of all our wedding vendors, they were by far our favorite. We love them and their photo booth so much we used them for 2 of our wedding events- our actual 300+ guest wedding at Ihilani and another 400+ guest banquet the following weekend. These guys are the most professional and sweetest ever! They will work with your budget and your guest count to make sure you get the best value and make the most of your event. Being an addicted-selfie photographer, my girlfriends and I are fanatics over photo booths. We tried ever single photo booth possible and FlashLab takes it to a whole other level. They indeed are a well-worth it experience. FlashLab has the most fabulous vintage props, their staff will dress you with complete looks, and not to mention their expert lighting makes every picture look like you were airbrushed. No photo editing or filtering needed! There was no better way to capture the fun and memories of our wedding. So many guests complimented us on having FlashLab at our events. They loved that they had photos to post on their fridge so their family & friends could share in the fun. From guests 1-99 years old, they all had a blast and the smiles to match (I think our older guests had the most fun). Aerin is incredibly thoughtful & detailed as she personally chooses and puts together perfectly coordinated pages of pictures into a keepsake scrapbook. My husband, family, and I spent hours laughing hysterically at all the fabulous pictures of dressed-up guests and their personal scrapbook messages. My family has agreed, FlashLab will be our family party staple. WE LOVE FLASHLAB! P.S. In no way are we related or personally associated with this company. This review is completely honest and I would highly recommend this company to everyone. read more

I love pictures, and ever since we got engaged, I told my husband i wanted a photo booth. So we went to all the expos and tried almost every photo booth out there. When I tried out FlashLab, I instantly fell in LOVE with their props and the amazing quality of their pictures. We booked them for our wedding shortly after. The price is very reasonable and you get so much more than any other photo booth out there. I had to make a personalized logo, and at the last minute I wanted to change it, and Aerin was so patient and understanding, and it turned out beautiful. She is so talented in so many ways. The guests at our wedding all said they had so much fun and those who were shy about going said they completely regretted it after seeing all the pictures. Aerin and her staff also made a BEAUTIFUL scrapbook that day and had all the guests who took pictures sign it. They were VERY helpful with our guests, recommending what props would look good with which outfit. She even helped me put a headpiece on without messing up my hair (mad skills)! In the end, I was very excited to get married, but I spent as much free time as I could in that photo booth with anyone and everyone I could find! And literally the next day I got the email with all of our digital copies of our pictures. Working with Aerin, and having her their at our wedding, was one of the easiest and best decision I made. read more

Our guests had so much fun. #6 - Aerin & Emili ...but seriously, the list could go on and on about how much we love them and why you should choose them. I am so happy we decided to add a photo booth to our wedding. It was definitely a HUGE hit. The booth was full all night long and our guests LOVED it. I bought a Groupon before the wedding for FlashLab so I got the booth at a discounted rate, which really helped a lot. You have to add on options such as the logo on the bottom of the photos and the online gallery. The online gallery is a MUST! The photos turned out hilarious and now I have digital copies of them all! The staff was responsive and helpful in designing a logo to go on the bottom of our photos. It was very hard for me to decide what I wanted, so it was probably difficult for them to get a draft ready for me, but they did a great job, and I was very happy with the logo options they gave me. The Photo Booth comes with 2 attendants who are there to help set up and facilitate the photo process. They were very friendly and fun and our guests enjoyed interacting with them. They were extremely helpful when I stole away for a few minutes to take a few photos myself, and recommended some really great props for my hubby and I. At the end of the night they gave me a little gift bag with a framed/magnet photo that my husband and I had taken earlier in the evening. It was extremely thoughtful!! Overall, great customer service, great quality photos, booth, and props, and a professional, on time staff. The service was expensive, but all photo booths are. Hats! Glasses! Mustaches! Crazy props including a coconut bra! The outfits were crazy awesome cool! The photos.... let me tell you... are the BEST! The quality of the photo is very clear and the color is vibrant and the lighting is SUPERB! Everyone looks great in that lighting! I was very pleasantly surprised in how great the printing was. It prints glossy and the resolution is very very clear! It was a blast choosing all the outfits and making crazy faces with friends. The bottom of the photo was personalized to the event too. If you are looking for a Photobooth then look no further. Flashlab had the whole party talking about how fun and how they had what seem to be a million of props to choose from.
