When I was looking for a photo booth for my daughter's party, I just knew that I had to go with FlashLab! And I'm so glad I did :) The photo booth itself is so cute and the prop and costume selection are amazing. It tied perfectly with our theme! They even designed the logo on the photos to match our party invitations. Because there are 2 attendants, there were no issues and guests always had someone to help them accessorize their looks. The photos are printed quickly and the online gallery was up so fast! It was a pleasure working with Aerin & Emili, from the moment we started communicating, to the actual party itself. We have had so many compliments from our family and friends, they have commented on how the photo booth was such a hit. Final thoughts: FlashLab was awesome to work with and the service and final product was amazing! We are so happy they were able to be a part of our daughter's birthday! read more

FlashLab is an awesome photobooth! They were a hit at our wedding. And the owner who was there to assist was so helpful! They give suggestions for outfits and are awesome with guests. The photos come out beautifully. Highly recommend them for any event! read more

We loved the photo booth sessions to the core! I called it photo booth on crack. The lighting was so amazing (the husband is a photographer!)-What a plus. To top it off, their props are amazing! The best props we've ever used, and everyone couldn't stop gushing about it throughout the night. The husband and wife pair were the most genuinely nice people we've met, who really care about their clients, and it truly shows. They had as much fun dressing us up in costumes, which made things even more fun! read more

We had been to the wedding expos and saw all the different photo booths and knew we wanted one at our wedding. We were bummed to find that it was out of our budget and decided to forget about it. One morning we got an alert from Groupon that the FLASHLAB was advertising a groupon...we snatched it up right away without doing any research on them at all. The day of the wedding, they came in, set up and totally added that extra UMPH we needed to take out wedding from beautiful and amazing to over the top and memorable. Everyone who took advantage of the photobooth has BEAUTIFUL souvenirs to remember our wedding. To top it off, Aerin worked with us beforehand to come up with the most PERFECT logo (with our names - in the same font as our invitations - the date and the orange lily I had been dreaming about for my wedding) to print on the bottom of every picture. People are STILL talking to me about the photobooth and my only regret is that we forgot to tell people that it was free, so not a LOT of people took advantage, but the day of and the day after i saw A BUNCH of the pictures posted to people's facebooks! LOOOOOOVE the FlashLab! read more

My wife and I are very happy to have used FlashLab for our wedding in Waikiki. We heard of them through the recommended vendor list at our hotel, and are very glad we came across them! The guests were very happy with the professional service, wide array of props and costumes, and the final products (photo printouts and online gallery) were very high quality. It was very easy to coordinate with Aerin and her team. Would highly recommend! read more

I have used FlashLab for many events, and have been to other events that have also hired their services. The experience provided each and every time has been creative, thoughtful, to loopy, to surprised, always ending with a happy result. Definitely a great investment for any event! They personalize and listen to create the right experience. They are engaging and can get even the most stoic to crack a smile. The end product is not only quality, but a captured moment of your guest enjoying themselves. You will also can get access to all pictures taken at your event if you want to have those memories captured. Which makes it ideal for weddings! I will be using them again for sure! read more

Aerin, Emili and the Flashlab team were awesome! The photobooth was a hit at our wedding! We got a ton of compliments from guests saying it was the best photobooth they've seen at a wedding with all the props and the amazing photo quality. The whole experience with Flashlab was very easy and smooth. They were really fast with responding to questions and Aerin provided so many different customized options for our personalized logo. What i really appreciated most was how friendly and personable the entire Flashlab team is. Emili also made extra effort at the end of the night to congratulate us and give us our couples Flashlab photo gift, so sweet. All in all, we are so happy we picked Flashlab. Keep up the great work guys! =) read more

My main concern for our wedding was that our guests would get bored between the eating and dancing which was were FlashLab came in... and took all of my worries away. As soon as I saw my guests scramble (no exaggeration) to get to the photo booth when it opened, I knew that we had made the right decision. Since the moment I first reached out to them, they were nothing but kind, enthusiastic and a provided me with all of the information that I needed to know about their services. All of my guests told us personally how great the photo booth was and were surprised that it came with so many props. Even my husband was blown away by their services and wouldn't stop talking about them a week after the wedding! Our first experience with FlashLab was at a friends wedding a few years ago we liked it so much we hired FlashLab for our wedding. Everyone loved it! The line was busy from when it opened and until it closed, they even added an extra 30 mins because it was so busy! Overall FlashLab is the best photo booth experience with all their props, their kindness and helpfulness! I would definitely recommend them to any one, they are perfect for all occasions and what makes it awesome is they can customize logos for your pictures. They did for ours and it was just what we imagined and it was so perfect for our mexican wedding theme! read more

5 STARS! Had to reiterate that! :) Just got married on Oct. 11 at the Hale Koa. We chose FlashLab because our friends hired their services for their wedding and we were so impressed, we just had to get them for our wedding! From start to finish, Flashlab's service was impeccable! From initial email correspondence, Aerin responded in a timely manner. Come our wedding day, everyone was having so much fun! The attendants dress you up and have great props! The quality of the pictures are just amazing! And they're available via online for up to 6 months after your wedding to download for free! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thanks Flashlab for the great memories to cherish for a lifetime! read more

BEST PHOTOBOOTH!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!! My husband and I hired Flashlab for our wedding at Hale Koa Hotel. We are beyond satisfied and happy with Flashlab! From the friendly, professional service to the unique vintage props and presentation to the printed photos, everything was simply amazing!! Aerin was very sweet to us and easy to communicate on the phone and through emails. I discovered Flashlab with my best friend at a Wedding Expo. Of all the photobooths we visited at the expo, Flashlab was the most fun and our photos were awesome. Their packages stood out from the rest of the other booths as well! We were lucky to win third place in their expo contest. We won $200 in extras and chose a 50s style effect and flashdrive as extras to our package (Economy - 4 hours). My husband and I created a logo but Aerin came up with a way better personalized logo that went with our vintage royal theme and we loved it so much we used it on our printed programs and favors with her permission of course. We are so happy we chose tthe flashdrive because we could reprint them out ourselves to make our own album and upload them on our Facebook for all our guests to see. Also, Flashlab gave us a wooden customized flashdrive with a sweet thank you card and our photo on a magnet the night of our wedding. Our guests had so much fun thanks to Flashlab! Flashlab is REALLY more than a photobooth! read more

Although they are on the more pricey side of photo booths available, I really think they are worth the price. I've been to a lot of weddings with photo booths and Flashlab has the best quality of photos and best assortment of fun and interesting outfits/accessories. I think their great assortment of outfits/accessories make it more enjoyable for guests and allows your photo booth stand out from others. The photos are very good quality with good lighting. You or your guests can download and save the pictures after the wedding - you just need a password to get in. It's a great way to entertain people of all ages - even our aunties and uncles were having fun dressing up. The printouts are very clean and modern looking, with a lot of white space. They will also help design a custom logo to print on all your photos. The service from Aerin and her team was seriously outstanding. All the coordination and planning was done through email, and Aerin was very responsive and experienced. I have no complaints, would definitely recommend for their high quality pictures and wide assortment of outfits/accessories. read more

I would HIGHLY recommend FlashLab photo booth for anyone looking for high quality photos, awesome customer service, and a wide variety of fun and funny props. Aerin was great about responding to my e-mails in a timely fashion and worked together with me to make sure I knew exactly what services I would be receiving on the day of my wedding. All of my guests had a blast in the photo booth and were so impressed by the quality and service provided by FlashLab. read more

Please book Aerin and her team. Completely easy to work with. We planned a destination wedding and did all our communications via email. We had difficulty with half of our vendors but not with them! The photo booth planning was seamless as could be and I loved, loved, LOVED our logo! During the event, I also noticed that Aerin and her partner manned the booth the entire time. Not in the over-bearing manner but there to help hand over props and suggest themed photo ops for our guests. A lot of our guests commented on how awesome they were. They were even nice enough to pull us up at the front of the line when they spotted me and my newly wedded husband. AND, they obviously knew to save us our photos, stash them in a bag, and hand them over to our maid of honor, along with a sweet thank you card, so we can have copies of our pictures. The only note that I would mention as a forewarning is that there is small, nominal charge if you wanted to pay with a card. This was not an issue for us as we were fine paying with a check. Nonetheless, these guys are the best and do such amazing work! read more

Best props and photos hands down! We recently had Aerin and Emili at our wedding and they were amazing. They are helpful and prompt with their services. Very easy to work with and so much fun. Our guest had nothing but great things to say the entire night, as they were styled and posed. We are still enjoying the photos from our big night. read more

FlashLab was as good as is gets!! I initially chose Flashlab for my wedding after trying out multiple options at the wedding expo. FlashLab's all around quality and accessibility is what stood out above the rest. They were easy to work with. I showed them our theme and they designed the perfect logo for our photos. The owners were on site for the wedding. And the props were everyone's favorite part. I would highly reccomend Flashlab to everyone!! It truly made my wedding extra special and fun!!! read more

I'm going to be very honest, I have experienced a lot of photo booths in my lifetime but Flashlab is the best! I used them for my wedding October 2016. The props are awesome and I don't know what they do with the lighting but it makes everyone look amazing! I love the vintage filter that they use as well. The custom logo they made was really beautiful. They really incorporated our theme and colors. Hire them if you want awesome photo booth pictures that you will enjoy for a long time! I have even had people use the pictures for their Christmas cards. They are also super helpful when suggesting props and very sweet people. Aerin was always prompt when answering my emails and answered all my questions. I would recommend them over and over. read more

FlashLab, thank you for being such an AWESOME part of our event! Aerin and Amber was so FRIENDLY and the most important thing was everyone had FUN! That's the biggest thing that sets this photobooth from the rest and my deciding factor. I have visited many photobooths in the expos but when you visit FlashLab, they're the only one who doesn't start up by saying what they offer. Instead Aerin's team just tells you to have fun and try it out! Not once did they try to sell us their product/service...but only until we asked, because we knew I had to get them! Other 5-star reviews on Yelp are not wrong, this is the BEST PHOTOBOOTH! Another thing I must mention on their GREAT service is in the beginning of our event, people were shy on going to the photobooth, so Aerin asked us if she could walk around and ask people to come try it out...that was an awesome idea because before you know it, there was a long line! Our guests were having so much fun trying on props and taking funny pictures.... Aerin and Amber gave suggestions to folks as well if the needed it. Picture quality-wise, they were crisp and sharp. There's different modes you can choose from. I just went with the defaults which provided a mode just for 2-3 ppl and a mode for 5+ people. read more

We couldn't have been happier with FlashLab! Aerin was so great to work with from start to finish. She was always so quick to respond to all of my questions and requests and she was really flexible with making last-minute changes. She also helped make the exact logo that we were asking for. The quality of the photos is amazing and they bring so many props and outfits! All of our guests loved using the booth! read more

FlashLab and especially Aerin were so amaaaaaazing to work with at our wedding! They have the best props/costumes and quality photos. Aerin made our wedding experience so easy as she responded quickly to my emails, customized our logo for the photos, and helped to style our guests! She is so friendly and kind as she even reminded my husband and I to take our photos for the night and gave us our own special copy in a magnetic frame! Even a year later, Aerin still remembered us at our friend's wedding and helped me with my request. FlashLab is the best photo booth ever! read more

FlashLab does it right! The process of hiring them was a breeze, the logo embraced our theme, they were on time and quick to set up, very professional and a joy to work with. I had so many wonderful complements from my guests including: ~"The attendants were great at helping us choose props and costumes." ~"As older folks we weren't so keen on the idea, but the gals made it look like so much fun we joined in and had a blast!" ~"I've been to other parties where there's been a photo booth and it seemed like the people running it were not really into it, not helpful at all. These folks really love what they do and it shows." read more

Absolutely the best photobooth I've seen! First off, the photobooth concept is an amazing addition to any party or event--gives people something to do during down times, and provides a well-needed cool down from dancing and other event festivities. If you're thinking about doing a photobooth for your event, you should definitely book it! Once you decide on the photobooth, you've gotta go with FlashLab! Not only is the experience super extra fun with their top-of-the-line machine, props, and fashion consultation support, they also offer a personalized logo on each printed photo (which makes for an amazing keepsake), and upload all the photos to an online gallery for high-res download. This makes it so easy to keep, swap, and share photos! Aerin and Emili are absolutely incredible, and went way above and beyond the call of duty for my best friend's wedding! read more

My first encounter with FlashLab was at my niece's 1st birthday party -- 5 years before my wedding. And I've gone to many weddings and parties since, all having photo booths of some sort from different companies. Nothing compares to the quality of FlashLab photos. I opted for a closed booth (as opposed to their open air option) and I'm so glad I did because I think my guests were more comfortable being themselves. We ended up having some great shots in our online gallery. FlashLab is the best and Aerin is such a sweet person to work with!! read more

Flashlab Photobooth is honestly the BEST photobooth that I have seen. Aerin and crew are so awesome! They are so easy to work with and give great suggestions. The reasons I chose Flashlab, aside of great customer service, were: 1) the quality and filter of the photos (my guests commented that they never looked better!), 2) the booth itself (unlike most these days... it's actually a booth, so it's so much more fun to mug for the camera in private... way funnier and more candid pictures!), and 3) the costume props! (so many to choose from and so fun!)!! The photobooth was occupied the whole time at my wedding... we even had to extend the time we had it! It made for such cute memorabilia. Many of my guests ended up using at least one of their photos as their profile on social media!! Thank you for making my day so fun and special! read more

Choosing Flashlab for our wedding was the best decision ever. My husband and I had so much fun using the Photobooth with all of our guests and we received so many compliments from our guests as well. Aerin and Emili were so helpful throughout the whole planning process. Just through our brief email interactions, I could tell not only were they super sweet, but they were professional, informative and reliable as well. Booking and planning with them was a piece of cake. Upon meeting them at our wedding, I realized they are just as amazing in person. They made the whole experience so much fun and got everyone in the perfect accessories despite any reluctance or resistance from our guests. They can get the shyest of people in the most outrageous outfits! And they have the best selection of props for anyone willing to get dressed up! We didn't anticipate keeping a Photobooth for so long but so many of our guests were having so much fun, we had to ask Flashlab if we could extend our time for an additional hour. Of course they were incredibly accommodating, said it was no problem and everyone had the chance to enjoy our Photobooth. Days later, we continued to receive compliments from guests about our Photobooth. Multiple family members and friends asked me who we used and made it a point to tell me what a fantastic job they did. Flashlab is incredible and definitely one of the highlights for our wedding. I am so happy we chose flashlab and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!!! They are seriously the best!!! read more

We are so glad we hired FlashLab for our wedding in Hawaii! Aerin and her team are super sweet and are a dream to work with. Our guests had a wonderful time and the photos turned out great! We really liked how they customized the artwork at the bottom of our photos and allowed guests to download all the images for free. read more

Great props and service! The photo booth was a great hit with guests and fully utilized it.

This is the best photo booth set up I have ever seen, anywhere. The selection of props is excellent, and the photo booth is easy to use. There was some unexpected weather at the wedding we were at and the photos took a beating. Even after a torrential down pour and high winds, the photos were still in great condition-- a true testament to their high quality. Aerin and Emili are also some of the nicest and coolest people you'll ever meet. read more

Aerin and FlashLab did an amazing job at my wedding on June 9th, 2013. I first met them at a Bridal Expo and thought have the best photo booth and props out of all the vendors. They exceeded my expectations on my wedding day. My guests kept commenting on their great props and high quality photos. The photo booth was a big hit all night, all guests, yound and old, took multiple priceless photos. They best part was getting the scrapbook album at the end of the night. So if you are booking with them make sure you add on that option. I highly recommend FlashLab if you want to have a fun and memorable wedding. read more

Aerin and Emili were amazing! Picking FlashLab was one of the best choices I made for my wedding. I initially picked them because of the quality of their photos and then I was pleasantly surprised with how incredible they are as a team. Not only were the excellent communicators via email in terms of scheduling and reserving the date, but they were lovely to work with on day of. I noticed how attentive they were to our guests, often help "style" and were completely on top of everything. Most importantly, they reminded us to take photos together because we had been so busy that we had completely forgotten to take of the two of us! I would have been so upset if we hadn't gotten a chance to take a photo together and am so grateful for them. I loved working with them and would absolutely use them again for another event! We recently got married in Waikiki area and hired FlashLab Photo Booth for our reception. We are from Canada so we planned and dealt with this company all by email. They did not disappoint at all! What a fabulous team! Aerin was very easy and pleasant to deal with when booking and planning their services for our wedding. She was very prompt in replying to emails and very cooperative and accommodating when designing the personalized logo for our event. She really listens and takes into account what you want. At our reception, Aerin and her husband were fantastic! Full of energy and smiles. They helped coordinate outfits and give guidance. The props were numerous and interesting :) My guests particularly liked the monkey, banana and the baguette. There were numerous outfits and hats too. The pictures turned out great. Really good quality, definition and lighting. We got the flashdrive as well and my husband and I spent hours laughing at all the pictures the next day. We had booked the photo booth for 4 hrs but my guests, at my small 34 person reception, were still having so much fun with it at the end of the 4 hrs that we asked them if we could pay for one more hour which they had no problem with at all. We were told by many of our guests that this was the best photo booth experience they have ever had. My husband and I felt the same way! Mahalo FlashLab!! read more
