I'm so happy to have booked with Party Pix Hawaii. They set up and cleaned up after themselves. They communicated efficiently with me, were super polite and friendly! My mom kept going back for more pics especially. Family and friends loved it! Eric was super easy to work with. Everything was well organized and communicated efficiently and timely! Party Pix Hawaii was a huge hit at our wedding! We were able to book them only 4 months out from our wedding and the pricing was very reasonable. We purchased the mini LED photo booth premium package for $949 with unlimited prints at $100 for a total of 4 hours. Eric was awesome to work with- quick replies and super accommodating. We ended up doing a custom photo design, and it was so customizable and came out so cute. Thank you so much to Party Pix Hawaii, I totally recommend them for weddings, parties, or any event that you want to add some fun too! read more

We booked Party Pix Hawaii about two weeks before our wedding (yes, we're those last-minute people), and Eric could not have been more amazing! Everything was handled online--super easy--from picking the background to customizing the layout. I even asked for a few tweaks on the photo design, and he accommodated every request without hesitation. On the big day, Eric showed up with such a great attitude, even though I didn't exactly have my act together for set-up. He rolled with it like a total pro and made the whole experience seamless. The booth was such a hit--our guests had an absolute blast, and we now have the funniest, most joyful keepsakes from the night. If you're on the fence about booking Party Pix Hawaii--don't be. Just do it. You won't regret it! read more

Highly recommend! We hired a photobooth company for our holiday party that had to cancel due to a family emergency on the day of the event. With only hours to spare, Party Pix Hawaii stepped in and truly delivered. They even took the time to design a custom photo background, which went above and beyond our expectations. Eric & Eric were incredibly friendly and fun, and our team had nothing but great things to say about them. Thank you for saving the day--we look forward to partnering with you again for future events! read more

I just want to say thank you to Party Pix Hawaii for providing photo booth services for my daughter's graduation party. Eric took our request at the last minute but even with a short time to plan our event, Eric and his crew at Party Pix Hawaii did not miss a beat. Eric kept in touch with me from beginning to end, and even though I was the one who was late in booking his services, he still was very flexible with me when I would miss a deadline. He was very responsive to my email and my text, and always very professional. He made me feel comfortable as a customer, and I was never afraid to ask questions or make requests. Party Pix Hawaii arrived on time to set up their equipment, and his workers were very helpful for those who were not familiar with how a photo booth works. He has a lot of props and backgrounds to choose from and can even customize templates for you to match the theme of the event, in fact he encourages it. The pictures that were taken were very clear and looked very professional! I just want to say a big thank you to Eric and his crew at Party Pix Hawaii for making my daughter's event a memorable one. The adults, the teenagers, and the kids who attended all had a great time taking pictures of themselves, with their friends, and with my daughter. If you have an event coming up I highly recommend Party Pix Hawaii if you are looking for Photobooth services! Thank you again Eric! You're the best! read more

Eric & Kai from PartyPixHawaii were FANTASTIC! They are both so funny and can make even an introvert crack up laughing! It is hard to be in a bad mood around those two. The photobooth was a hit! Eric at Party Pix went above and beyond. First of all we were one of those weddings that had to postpone for 2 years because of the friggin pandemic. But that did not stop Eric's commitment to us. We went with the Infinity Booth Deluxe Package (3hrs) w/ unlimited multiple prints so people could get as many photos as they wanted. I wanted a VERY specific set up for our Photo Booth and was nervous that it may not be possible or not quite how I envisioned it in my head. But Eric was on board right when I told him and even excited about it. That set me at ease! We didn't want our Photo Booth to not look like a normal wedding Photo Booth, we wanted it to be a whole experience for our guests, so Eric created a custom photo booth package for us. We had our wedding at Kualoa Ranch (where Jurassic Park was filmed) and I wanted the photo booth to look like a scene out of Jurassic Park. Eric quickly came up with an idea for a jungle backdrop(which he had printed for us!) / green lighting / lots of plants AND a blow up t-rex. I know it sounds like it was child's birthday party but he made it look sooo awesome and professional. What I also loved about Party Pix were the different layout choices (you get to choose from 16 different layouts) we got to pick from on how the photos printed. We went with the layout that showed 1 whole photo (layout P) versus the traditional 3 phots vertically. I was thrilled and everyone at the wedding had so much fun with it. Eric was our Photo Booth taker on the day too and he made everyone have a blast. It was also so nice to finally meet him after 3 years of planning the wedding! He felt like an old friend. If you are looking for a Photo Booth use Party Pix! And just so you know, the props he has are signs that say funny things on them. We actually didn't end up using the signs and used our own props we brought like (walkie talkies/velociraptor claws/hats/flashlight). Eric took great care of all the props and made sure we got them back at the end of the night! read more

Urban slang dictionary for the word "Clutch" is: A phrase of exclamation said when you receive exactly what you need exactly when you need it. Let me just share with you all that Party Pix Hawaii came in clutch for my grandma's 100th year birthday celebration. So, behind the scenes...the grandkids were planning the party (decorations; entertainment; program). One of the things I suggested was a photo booth because my grandma LOVES photos. Around December or January, my sister shared that another photography company didn't get back to her (no call back or email). I remembered Party Pix Hawaii because they did PAR (formerly Tesoro) Christmas parties. I recommended them to my sister and told her if she liked what she saw on their website, contact them and then let me know because I'll pay for it. Party Pix Hawaii contacted her quickly and provided the package/price and payment options. Payment options were great because they also accepted Venmo! From the first moment we contacted, Eric from Party Pix Hawaii remained in contact with my sister despite their heavy schedule because during this time they were doing a trade show as well as other parties. Prior to the party, he sent a mock-up of the picture frames for the photos. I'm not sure how much my sister shared with him about my grandma but the floral frame he designed complimented my grandma so well especially because he made sure the design was aligned with our color scheme of the party. On the day of the event, they arrived early to set up. While they had many costume props to choose from for your photos, they also allowed us to place two WWE life size poster boards of John Cena and Roman Reign (Yes, my grandma is a HUGE WWE fan) as backdrop props! We chose the package where guests could do unlimited photos along with Party Pix Hawaii creating a photo album for my grandma of all the photos that were taken at the party! Everyone that attended had fun and took advantage of this opportunity to get out of their comfort zone and take pictures. All in all, everything turned out great for my grandma's 100th celebration and I'm so glad we chose Party Pix Hawaii. Overall Customer Service: Stellar. Quick to respond, friendly, helpful and professional Packages/Pricing: variety of package options to choose from to fit within your budget Recommend: HIGHLY (you won't be disappointed) Thank you, Party Pix Hawaii for making my grandma's celebration memorable! read more

On the day of the event, we can tell that the staff really put their hearts into it because they had guests sign with every photo. Although I was unable to take pictures at our Photo booth on the night of my wedding (DUE TO A BUSY EVENING)... Everything turned out perfect. I could not have imagined it being better! From start to finish Eric and his team made the process of booking with Party Pix Hawaii a breeze. He made sure to stay in contact with me throughout the whole planning process and made the choosing of my layouts simple. I was so over the top when I stepped out to see the red carpet/step and repeat with a whole paparazzi (MY GUEST) in place. It made everything so much more elegant before my guest walked into the grand ballroom. Eric also let us take the step and repeat home so that I could use it for whatever I would need it for in the future. All in all such a wonderful company to work with. I can't wait to book them for my next event and I would highly recommend them for a stress-free event. Thank you again and it was a pleasure doing business with you guys. read more

I was the best man to my best friend's wedding back in April 2017. My friend hired this company and I felt they did an amaaazing job. They worked really hard. They were able to even print your pics through your own phone when you followed the simple instructions they provide to you. Eric Bautista and his team at Party Pix Hawaii are AMAZING. Outstanding customer service on the following: - Responding to my initial inquiry in less than 24 hours; - Answering my questions/concerns from initial inquiry to the time of the party; - Providing me with various background themese to choose from; - Day of party. Party Pix representatives, Jason and Donalyn; and - Follow-up e-mail from Eric at end of our event. Eric's correspondence with me was detailed and left no room for misinterpretation. He encouraged me to ask any questions or voice any concerns that I might have regarding my grandma's party. On the day of the event, Party Pix Hawaii's representative, Jason and Donalyn came to set-up the photo booth and they were just downright sweet, professional, and personable. The day was such a blur with me running around tending to our guests, hotel staff, and family. It was such a relief that I only had to check on them periodically. Jason and Donalyn were simply the best. Our guests, especially the children...LOVED taking pictures at the photo booth. Jason and Donalyn treated everyone special. They didn't rush anyone. They were patient, cheered our guests on, didn't lose their composure when the line started growing, or when our guests were milling around waiting for their photos. Note: We got the unlimited photos, so our guests were all happy to wait for their own special copy. To my knowledge, there were no delays with the photo printing. The feedback we got from our guests regarding Party Pix Hawaii was all positive. I could go on more, but will end this review by saying that if we have to do another big party, our family will definitely go with Party Pix Hawaii. read more

Party Pix Hawaii - My grandma with her two favorite guys! - Party & Event Planning Near Me

I met the owner Eric at the Wedding expo in January 2016 and couple times during the wedding cafe events. I loved that Party Pix had a wide variety of different photobooths mainly why they were our top vendor choices in picking a photobooth company. Although they may seem to be more on the pricier side than other companies, they do provide the best quality products and services out there. And always has the newest invention of photobooths! I recently saw the new mirror one that I wish we had at our wedding but we already were on a budget so we decided to opt out of it this time around. Who knows maybe we might consider for our daughter's 1st birthday?! Anyways, we got a special deal with Party Pix under Team Bride Team Groom HI who are vendor partners. We got the open air photobooth for our wedding because we knew we had people who doesn't like the restriction of having to go in a tiny photobooth that limited the amount of people who can take a picture. Although I only had to deal with TBTGHI, Eric still kept in contact with me throughout the year to let us know of anything we needed to submit to ensure our night goes as planned. A few weeks before the wedding, he contacted me to work on our layout. He was quick to give me several designs that we could start editing from. We made several changes and finally came up with a layout that was perfect for our theme wedding. Then when the day came, there were two ladies who worked the booth and had a good amount of props available for our guests to choose from. Even though the night was so busy, my husband and I managed to get in one photo in. I wish we took more! We got the photo album option that we received at the end of the night to see all those that took pictures and left us a message. I actually wished that our guests had taken more advantage of the 4 hour time frame we had booked them because we didn't see much pictures taken to fill the album. But I'd like to assume that our guests were too busy into the program that they didn't get a chance also like us or our wedding party who wanted to get in their snapshots as well but didn't get a chance to. We also got a thumb drive of all the pictures also which was something that I had look forward to also since I love having digital copies. Other than that, it's always great to have a photobooth option at any event and I'm looking forward to booking them again for our baby's 1st birthday. read more

Eric did an amazing job at our wedding this last September 2014. I had inquired about Party Pix Mobile Phone Party services 5 months prior to my wedding and each time was greeted by professional, courteous and prompt replies. My biggest concern before booking this unique service was the ease of use and quality of the prints. Eric explained that each table would have instructions on how to use the Mobile Phone Party app which, day of the event they did. As soon as I received sample photos from Eric, it was a go. The quality of the prints and paper were surprisingly good. I wanted our guests to be able to take home a 4x6 photo album wedding favor filled with pictures they took while at our wedding ceremony and reception and yes, they sure did fill up their books and kept Eric busy! The Party Pix Mobile Phone Party option allowed our guests to take photos with their very own smart phones at our wedding and then, using a special photo app send them directly to a photo printer in the room Eric had set up via wi-fi. Printing was instantaneous. As soon as someone took a photo, they sent it off to the printer and Eric placed it in a photo holder, ready for pick up at the photo table. At one time our guests were printing so many photos the table ran out of space for the prints. In addition to the ability to take as many photos as our guests wanted throughout the night, Eric also setup a Photo Booth with lots of fun (and not too cheesy) props . Wasn't expecting this at all, but the flower petal background was great. The photo booth was welcoming and Eric's recommended flower petal background with a red carpet was a great fit for our wedding. The Mobile Phone Party was a hit with our guests, and gave my husband and me instant feedback of how the nights event went from our guests perspective. At the end of the night, Eric gave us a USB drive that contained all of the fun photos our guest had taken One surprise added bonus/nice touch Eric did was to incorporate our invitation design of a bird of paradise onto the bottom of the photo prints with our names and date of our wedding. Definitely a unique experience for our guests. Money well spent! Thank you Eric! Would happily recommend Party Pix Hawaii. read more
