We chose Digital Memories due to the Yelp reviews. We were looking for a Photo Booth and slideshow projector, and Brandon was able to provide that. From the start of my inquiry to after the event, Brandon was consistent and highly communicative. Brandon was able to match our daughter's bday theme so nicely and our package came with the photo album, which he had set up so nicely for our guests and their pictures. He was very communicative when I'd loop all of my vendors into an email chain to work together. He will be our go to for our events. I highly recommend Brandon for your Photo Booth and slideshow needs. Mahalo Brandon and Digital Memories team! read more

Amazing service, highly recommend to everyone. Great community while figuring out the photo layout and quick response.

Digital Memories took care of our holiday party last night. Our staff had the best time and thanks to Brandon, they have keepsake photo memories! Brandon works with you to design your entire experience, from the backdrop to the photo borders, and can add your logo as well! Brandon is professional and obviously loves what he does! He also gave us a thumb drive of all photos taken that night! Highly recommend Digital Memories for your event and we will definitely be using them again in the future! The attendants present at my wedding reception were incredible as well as attention to detail. Not only did they set up with time to spare but they were very attentive in making each photo and group move seamlessly. Our package included a photo book for my husband and I to have forever, as well as keychains! These are amazing keepsakes and I can't recommend this business enough! read more

My review is long over due. But I wanted to put it out there that Brandon and his team was awesome. We hired them twice both for our son's 1st birthday party. Highly recommend. read more

Digital memories was a key to making our wedding night memorable. They had many different props to choose from, and everything about their service went smoothly. He designed our layout for the photo print outs and made it exactly how I envisioned it to be. He even made us keychains, and a whole memory book of every single photo that people took with personal messages that the guests wrote. I have nothing bad to say, I would highly recommend them and definitely be booking again for future parties. read more

We highly recommend Digital Memories to anyone who wants a photo booth at their next party or event! They went above and beyond to make the day special. Brandon and his wife were amazing from start to finish. They were thoughtful, professional, and so accommodating--even letting us use their Wi-Fi hotspot when the venue's internet wasn't great. They created a custom photo template that perfectly matched our Hungry Caterpillar-themed party, and it was a huge hit with our guests! What made it even better was that all the custom touches didn't cost extra--something we really appreciated since other vendors we looked at would've charged for those things. Communication was seamless throughout the planning process, and on the day of the event, they worked independently and handled everything flawlessly, which was a relief since we were so busy. Guests were handed a print out of their photo, given the option to have their photo emailed to them, and Brandon printed a copy for us to keep in a photo album for our friends and family to write birthday messages to our daughter! The value they provided was exceptional--far more than what we paid. If you're looking for a photo booth vendor who will exceed your expectations, we highly recommend Digital Memories Hawaii! read more

Brandon was on time, pleasant, and attentive. He made my guests feel welcome, had fun accessories, and he had no hidden agenda, fees, or "discounts" as other companies may offer. Straight to the point, honest, and had aloha spirit. Mahalo Brandon. Digital memories was exceptional! read more

We are thrilled with our choice of Digital Memories. Brandon was a pleasure to work with, making the process smooth and effortless. Despite not having many good photos for the background, Brandon made it work beautifully. The setup was quick, and they even stayed a bit late for some last-minute photos. The photo book, complete with special messages, was the perfect finishing touch. We will definitely use their services again. read more

If you are looking for a personal touch to your photobooth wedding event, I would definitely recommend Digital Memories! They do not try to upsell you like the other photobooth companies do and they are very personable. They exceeded all our expectations on the day of the event. Wedding day can be stressful at times, and they made everything very seamless. The included photobook was very beautifully done! The background and props were great. Very communicative throughout the whole process. 11/10 review! read more

Brandon and his wife make such an awesome team! They're so professional and the sweetest. Would not ask for more; they even gifted my daughter an album and made copies of our guests' photos and added it into the album as a keepsake for my daughter's graduation & 18th birthday. Brandon also helped me out cuz I needed an extension chord for my projector for my daughter's slideshow; otherwise, we would not have been able to play her slideshow that evening. They're just so so great!! read more

Brandon and his crew were AMAZING! They designed my daughter's template and all her friends loved it. It was already toward the end of the night and some people still wanted to take pictures and they had no problem with it at all. They were courteous, super personable and never rushed us. Next time you're looking for a photo booth, I would definitely recommend Brandon and Digital Memories. Super professional and truly the best! read more

I've engaged Digital Memories twice and have been 1000% happy both times. It's so easy to work with Brandon - he's super responsive - and he and his colleagues work in a friendly and professional manner during the event. He customizes the templates for the photos depending on the focus of the event, and always has lots of goofy costumes and signs for people to use. People love to go home with a printed copy of the photos, while the digital versions are also available to guests. At the end of the event, Brandon also provides a flash drive and full photo album of all photos taken. I can't recommend Digital Memories highly enough. Call them! Hire them! You won't be sorry. read more

Brandon and his son were amazing! Last year I attended a holiday party event which Brandon was working at. The quality of our photos were so great especially when we had almost 10 people in the photo. Fast forward I was planning my mother-in-law's surprise 80th birthday and reached out to Digital Memories. Brandon was so great in responding and providing great information. He was so easy to work with and most of the communication was via email with no complaints. We were even scrambling for a photo album, which thankfully he had a couple on hand. Brandon arrived at the venue on time and had no issues. I highly recommend Brandon and Digital Memories at your next event! read more

I am so pleased to have had Brandon take care of my daughter's graduation party with his photo booth! From the very start he was very professional while being very personable. He was super quick in his responses and VERY accommodating with our choices of the various template options he provided. I loved the services he offered: unlimited prints, a flash drive of all of the photos taken and a souvenir guest book that our guests all wrote special messages for my daughter next to a copy of their photos. I was referred to Brandon for my daughter's first birthday a year ago and i was blown away at how professional Brandon was. Brandon was extremely quick and patient with designing our layout. I was pregnant at the time of my daughter's party so i knew we were going with Brandon for my son's 1st birthday. Brandon was the first to arrive, yet the last to leave out of the 4 vendors that we hired. The pictures turned out better than expected for both parties. Brandon definitely takes pride in his work and we could not be happier. I will be forever grateful for his part in making both occasions memorable and enjoyable for everyone that attended our parties. Thank you!! read more

We hired Digital Memories for my daughters 1st Birthday and Brandon did such a great job matching the template with my daughters theme! He responded promptly whenever I had questions or wanted to change things. Unfortunately Brandon wasn't able to be there for the party but he made sure someone was there to operate the booth. Franklyn was the person who operated the booth that night and he was great despite the technical difficulties he was having! Our guest had so much fun. We would recommend them for any party! Thanks again Brandon and Franklyn! read more

Digital Memories did an awesome job for my baby girl's 1st birthday party. From making the reservation to signing the contract, Brandon, catered to our busy schedule (we have 4 kids and fulltime jobs). He is very easy to communicate with. They have lots of options to choose from and different designs for what ever event you need them for. The photo booth that we had was lit! Everyone had a great time taking their photos and it didn't take long before your photo is printed about 60seconds, how cool is that?! They even had this arcade game and a large screen tv that came with our package. I think that was really cool. It gave the kids something to do and I didn't have to chase my 3yr old all over the place which was a big +. I highly recommend contacting Brandon if you need a photo booth for your event. Very professional, knows what he is doing, and you can count that the photo booth part of your event will be taken care off. Big mahalo's Digital Memories!!! read more
