I requested pictures of his backdrops on 12/22 but did not receive them until 1/17 after many many followup emails. I was not a fan of his backdrops but with a few days before my wedding, I didn't have a choice. Because of his poor selection in backdrops I was worried what his props would look like so I rush ordered some. On the day of he delivered - his props were amazing! Pros: - pricing - props - thumbdrive of all photos at the end of the wedding Cons: - long response time - poor selection in backdrops - Does not offer unlimited prints - he told us he would but I didn't find out until an hour before my wedding was ending that he would only print 1 photo for a group of 8. Matt was super responsive and answered any questions I had and had no issues with booking 3 weeks out. Getting a quote was fast and the whole thing is pretty customizable and we got payment and details set within a week. The day of, Pam came an hour early to our reception venue to set up. She was a true professional despite a bunch of obstacles (mostly the wind/rain and also my family). Unfortunately, the printer did not work at the time of the ceremony but Matt made it right and mailed me them not too long after we got back.
