After completing the quote form and receiving the automated quote I received a personal email from the Owner Blane. He congratulated me and my husband on our baby and offered to work with me on rebooking their services as a return customer. One thing I love about their packages is they can create a unique design for the photo booth picture template. I had a very specific request for the design. It had lots of little details that at first caused some issues with the design. What I appreciated is that Blane kept me updated even when they ran into issues and in the end they were able to work it out. And I was very happy with the end result. On the day of the party, Blane had arrived early and greeted me when I arrived at the venue. When it came to taking pictures he even tried to get my daughter's attention so she would look at the camera. We are very happy return customers and hope to have another event in the future where we can rebook their services.
