I contacted them for a quote to install a mount for my tv, install a light fixture in my backyard, and add some panels to existing walls..they sent Alex to my home to take some measurements and answer some questions that took about 10 mins. Afterwards, he charged me $25 dollars for coming out to provide me with a quote. Said his boss will send it to me. It's been 5 days and they took my money without ever providing me with a quote or any type follow up for taking my money. Be careful before paying this company for anything! I do not recommend Installationpro. Someone came out and wasted both our times and my money. I paid the person for their time, but it was spent dismantling things, reading instructions and trying to figure things out, and then realizing that the work could not be done due to not having the resources to complete the work, and then having to put back what he took apart. I was not about to spend more money sending the person to purchase supplies, etc. It was annoying because a more experienced person would know that the task could not be done within a couple of minutes, but this person spent a lot of time trying to figure things out and completely taking things apart before realizing he had to put it back together again. To add insult to injury, the front doorknob that he put back on fell off recently because he didn't put it back on correctly. Anyways, for tasks that would benefit from someone with experience and knowledge, you should go elsewhere. read more
