Further, he's extremely clean- I stepped into his work area to see how things were going and even though he'd been using power tools for the last 20 min, his work area was kept so clean that I could barely tell work was in progress. But what seals the deal for me is his outstanding communication. He replies quickly via text or email, ballparks time and material cost in advance, and gives a clear idea of which projects are a good fit for his business and which aren't- given Bob has a 3-hour minimum, the last part is super important for smaller projects to ensure you have enough work lined up to make full use of his time.
