I requested Richard's help setting up a Ring Video Doorbell and an Amazon Smart Thermostat. Richard was amazing on all fronts. He is friendly, thoughtful, considerate, and proudly professional. He is right on time, he takes the time to listen to your concerns, he advises you, and he is attentive to small details. Let me just give you a couple of examples. Regarding his punctuality, I had Richard show up at my house on two separate days. On both days, he knocked on my door right on the appointed time, on the dot. There's a man who values your time and trust. Now, an example of his thoughtfulness: when Richard was drilling into the wall, he asked me for a ziplock bag. I thought he was just going to use it to put loose screws or something. Instead, he took out a piece of tape from his tool kit and taped the ziplock bag right under the area in which he was drilling so that the ziplock would catch whatever dust and debris that was going to come down from the drilling. He says to me, "I don't like cleaning up." I've never seen anyone do that, so I was surprised. Most people would have let the debris hit your floors and try to clean it up afterwards (and usually not getting everything too), if at all. An example of Richard's attention to small details: when Richard was installing both my devices, he made sure to use a beam level (one of those rulers with the bubbles) in order to make sure the edges of my wall mounts were going to be straight edges and not slants. I noticed that where he was proposing to put the new frames for my thermostat in did not align with where my old thermostat used to be, so I thought Richard's lines were messed up. But upon closer inspection, instead, it turned out that the contractors who had installed the old thermostat a month ago had installed it at a slant, and it was only bc Richard paid this much attention to his work that I even discovered this. When what you thought was straight turned out to have been slanted all this time, wow. I would have never known otherwise. It sounds almost silly, but the fact that there are so many complacent and careless contractors out there makes me appreciate Richard even more. In all, I unequivocally recommend Richard. I think he is a great person to have conversations with and I think he cares about the quality of his service. A friendly and proud professional. read more

The mount is well secured, clean as a whistle when it comes to cord management, and straight as an arrow in terms of how the TV is aligned.
