Don't waste your money. Placed my order for a cookie butter bomb (ice cream) and two cookies at 8:45 pm, marked for ASAP delivery. At 9:30 pm I got a text saying that my delivery was on the way. I was excited because this location is only about a 6 minute drive from my home-- surely it wouldn't be long, even if there were other deliveries ahead of mine. Wrong. The customer service here is a train wreck... ordered on DoorDash, supposed to be delivered in 30 mins. 1:30 mins later no cookies- reach out to DoorDash they said not their issue because store delivers themselves and I need to call the store. Wrong. This is a scam, DO NOT ORDER FROM DOORDASH- yes the dreaded caps- this is misleading as heak and the store needs to be removed from the app. Clearly they do not have the drivers or bandwidth to handle being on a high volume app, let alone make deliveries with their own drivers. Heaven in a box! Sooooooo yummy!!! I stopped by the shop on a whim after having lunch at campus corner. Staff was super nice. One of the workers even held the door open for me while I maneuvered a stroller and a toddler through the door. Then the gal at the counter was patient and helpful since it was my first time. I used to love this place. To be fair, the cookies are still ok (I think but mine were old so I'm not super sure since half the luster is them being fresh). I put in an order for a group of people this morning. 18 cookies to be delivered about a half-mile away. Literally. Two hours later, they had still not left the store. But I have a mild peanut allergy and when I told them the first time I went there the guy working the front was very accommodating and got a clean spatula to serve my cookies and even put them in a separate box from someone else's in my party who got peanut cookies.
