Not a great location. The cookies they did have, which were four and that's it, were sub-par at best. Not what you are used to with crumble. The chocolate one was still raw. Just a mushy mess. The brookie looks sad with no cookie part. The lemon only tasted like a sugar cookie no lemon. Just a sad day to pay $20 for cookies that aren't any good. read more

Ordered through the app, paid for a cookie and then when we got to the store they told me they didn't have it available. Girl at the front couldn't make eye contact or even greet us then tells me she will refund me but I ended up having to call the store days later because she did not keep to her word. read more

The worst crumbl cookie! They have horrible customer service. The manager Jode is okay with his employees talking rude to the customers. I purchased an order and they were done an hour an half after the pickup time crumbl gave. The employees that need to go are Can, Jodee, ext... The cookies were dry. I don't know how all Crumbl's run their business, but the Crumbl in Norman is awful (especially the morning shift). I show up and spend $40-$60 at a time on cookies for my work and the service just gets worse and worse. Last time I was there, in December, I walked in the door (which dings to alert the workers that someone is there). They couldn't hear the ding because the music was BLARING. They walked into the back just as I was walking in and I stood there for 7 minutes without anyone ever coming back out. I ordered on the kiosk and three young workers finally came out, turned the music off and "got to work." So today I show up after 8. The door and online says they open at 8. Doors are locked employees are inside working....they know I'm there because they look right at me and they don't come open the door. I'm standing outside in the cold trying to give you my business but you do not care so I will take my cookie order elsewhere. Worst service I have ever experienced in my life on a consistent basis. I don't care for the way the service is set up here. Staff has little to none personal contact with customers. The cookies are big and delicious. Kinda pricey for the cookies but I keep coming back so they are that good that I'm willing to pay the price for the cookies. Ambiance is minimal and lobby is to small, they make like that because it's take out only. I wish they had a sitting area that you could buy some milk and sit next to eat your cookie dipping it in milk and then rinse down the deliciousness with the cookie flavored milk. read more

Worst Crumbl experience I've had. Went in Saturday about an hour and a half before closing. Was hoping to get the banana pudding, but understood that it was the last night of the week and they were out. Instead received a completely raw (not good goey) lemon and chocolate chip cookie. The two rude snippy teens they had working blamed "whoever put them in, which really wasn't either of us". There was a lady in front of me who ordered ahead and they had sold her cookies. There was also a girl who came in behind me who ordered the chocolate covered strawberry and got the wrong topping. The teens again said it wasn't either of them and someone else messed up the topping or it was the humidity. There was no apologies for the 3 messed up orders, and basically we all got told oh well and got refunds. The place was also disgusting and no one had swept it in hours. read more

Bought these cookies in Edmond and they were so good I had to get more, but went to the Norman location and were so disappointed. The first batch were soft, chewy, with creamy icing but these were dry, stale, and tasted old. For $25 a box, shame on Crumbl for selling these! read more

Oh boy Crumbl Cookies is now open in Norman! I finally got to try these monster-sized cookies, the first week opening they offered a free cookie if you installed the app on your phone. I felt it was the perfect time to give them a try! The place was busy hopping and the staff so friendly! Along with my free warm milk chocolate chip cookie I opted to try the coconut lime, buckeye brownie and maple cinnamon roll. All were so good! My boyfriend and I were excited to get crumbl cookies but it was such a disappointing experience. Placed a pickup order, arrived when the order form said it would be ready, stood there for 15 minutes while not a single one of the workers greeted us or asked if we were waiting on anything. Once I eventually told them we were waiting, the worker basically said "they're not done yet" with no apology or any sort of even acknowledgement that we'd been waiting. Then our order comes with the wrong name (close enough to my name and there was no one with that name in line) and one cookie wrong.
