    Strawberry Mochi 草莓雪媚娘(3)

Are you looking for daifuku?? They are fruit wrapped in mochi. They are INCREDIBLE and hard to find. Well - they have them here and its so good! I walked in and was welcomed, and I already knew what I wanted: strawberry daifuku and Japanese cheesecake. The mochi was so good! They also had a mango and durian flavor but only opted for strawberry! Perfectly chewy, bouncy mochi texture! Japanese cheesecake - soft and not too sweet! I highly recommend and especially now for the holidays!

I recently came across an article listing the best bakeries in Oklahoma City, and Ling's Cakery was on it--so while we were in the Asian District, we decided to go find out why. It was only a quick drive away, and we were inside in no time. Not knowing what to expect, we were warmly greeted by Jack, who walked us through their specialty desserts. He mentioned that his wife, Ling, is the baker--and wow, does her talent speak for itself. I ordered the Dubai Pistachio Chocolate Mille Crepe, and my wife went with the Chocolate Mille Crepe. Both were absolutely phenomenal. Yes, the prices were a bit higher than I anticipated, but the quality, craftsmanship, and flavor easily justified every penny. If you're a dessert lover or simply want to treat yourself to something special, I highly recommend giving Ling's Cakery a try. A true gem in OKC!

We had the Japanese Cheesecake with Fruit, Matcha Mille Crepes, and Chocolate Mille Crepe Slices. They were so lite and not overly sweet. Very fantastic. The service was friendly and the shop is cute.

Delicious. Super cute new dessert place in Asian district. Was pretty busy while we were there but still moved quickly. Everything we had was delicious and had a wonderful texture. Will definitely be returning.

Friendly staff. Price is not bad, we always get latte and yuanyang drink here, they are always really good. I love their egg tarts and crepe cakes, they are always available, you don't need to wait. Classic Asian bakery. Ambience: 8/10 Food: 10/10 Price: 10/10 Service: 10/10

Excellent Japanese style bakery with variety of pastries and cakes. The quality is exceptional. You will find egg tarts, roll cakes, strawberry mochi and more. Friendly staff and clean interior. The selection is limited but the quality is excellent. As many Asians like to say their foods are "not too sweet". Their cakes and desserts are way better than the items you would find at typical Asian bakeries like 85c and Tour Les Jour. Highly recommend this place. The highlight was the freshly made cream. I will be back for more!

Ling's Cakery is a small bakery in Asian District, across the street from Chinatown Supermarket and right next to Sharetea. It's been in business since 2021. It's family owned and operated, very friendly people. It is the cakery place that Asian District needs as there's no other place that can serve the quality Ling's Cakery provides. Throughout the years, many awesome businesses have came and gone in Asian District (Bambu's, Bánh cuốn Như Lan, Northern Noodle House), businesses that give so much diversity to the city. I would hate to see Ling's Cakery follow the same foot step because I adore this little shop too much. The specialty at Ling's Cakery is the Mille crepe cake. Mille crepe cake is a unique crepe dessert made up of 20 layers of thin crepes, each separated by a thin layer of pastry cream. Because of this, the cake is the most moist piece of cake you will ever eaten. No one does it better than Ling's Cakery. Every thing sold of Ling's Cakery is of the highest quality from the ingredients to the décor. It may be a little pricy but I can guarantee you it's worth every single penny. My all time favorite flavor is the durian Mille crepe cake, simply delicious. Ling's Cakery also has other notable items for sale including mochi and Japanese cheesecake. If durian is not for you, my next favorite flavor is mango which is just as good. The Japanese cheesecake is not a crepe cake but is just as moist, resembling flan taste wise. Ling's Cakery does not have a lot of varieties but the limited selections that are available for sale are of the highest quality and satisfaction guaranteed. I haven't found a single thing that I don't like; of course I have my favorites. There are a few more options available for online preorder only. I would encourage everybody to give it a try because you don't know cake until you've tried Ling's Cakery.

This place was unique, let me just say that first. The moon cakes were home made, in fact the chef himself said that everything was home made in the back by him and himself. Being Half Chinese Malaysian, I truly enjoy my moon cakes as well as pineapple tarts. I got the mung bean and pineapple moon cakes, and let me just say that the mung bean one was amazingly delicious. However the pineapple one was not something I liked nor would I get again. The pineapple jam was very murky and had a weird taste to it. The mini pineapple tart however was really good! Would definitely go back.

I've tried to buy something from Ling's Cakery twice now, and I'm done trying after yesterday. The first time, they were closed earlier than their hours stated. The second time, I showed up even earlier in the afternoon, and they practically had nothing left except for a few largely average/unappetizing items (see picture of a whole lot of nothing). This kind of artificial scarcity for the sake of making something seem popular, is frankly, obnoxious. If you can't be bothered to have enough items by now (they've been open long enough to know that certain items run out faster) then change your operating hours to where you're closed by 12 pm or something. This way all your fans can preen endlessly about arriving early and getting to try everything, while the average customer can set their expectations accordingly and not even try to visit. Or maybe find a way to let your customers know before they drive 30 minutes from the suburbs that you have: (a) decided to close early, or (b) have nothing meaningful available. Criminy. Also, seeing as the only things I did notice in a largely empty case were the prices, those prices are bordering on egregious. But I can't really say if anything is actually worth their respective price points because of, you know... everything I just said...

I tried the YuanYang Latte and it was an absolute delight! Whether you're a coffee enthusiast, a tea lover, or simply looking to try something new and delicious, I highly recommend the yuanyang latte.

I purchased two cakes for my event which were a little pricy but tasted and look great. I was satisfied with the finished product and the service given to me. I recommend others to try Ling's Cakery. Thank you again for your service!

THEY HAVE FRESH MOCHI! It's so hard to find mochi that is made fresh with whip cream and fresh fruit. I looked in both Philadelphia and New York and was unable to find fresh mochi there. Thankfully Lings Cakery has it in three different flavors! Strawberry, Mango and Durian! strawberry is my favorite! The shop is so nice and clean inside. They are so sweet! I also love their pineapple cake!

They have cloud donuts, all the soft bread like similar to the Mexican conscious that we eat in the morning same I had the bacon cheese croissant so basically it was a croissant toasted with like little bits of bacon and cheese on it and egg like tiny bits, but it was really good and filling, but lie at the same time. I got slices of the cloud cakes for my team for one of their birthdays, but we got different flavors so we can all try. I'm very excited about that mango strawberry mocha blueberry and original. We shall see. I'm guessing they open pretty early and close at 8 PM. They said to come early because they usually sell out by noon, especially on the weekends and Sundays after church very cute little place you can sit in and have a coffee or tea in your pastry Lil nice chat or visit. It's really really really nice inside of there so excited to have visited and will definitely be back regularly. The girl, the lady working there were so friendly and nice explained everything like the details. What flavors what was all inside of it the different textures like very thorough explanation all smiles all friendly! OK so the update the strawberry was so white and fluffy and the frosting is like a whipped cream kind of so light not heavy not too sweet. Oh my God chefs kiss I came back in the evening for some more with my son, the mocha slice does have a good coffee taste slightly. They had a mango flavor. I wanna try and the blueberry was there.

We didn't see any in the case and the my boyfriend asked the guy at the front. He looked in the back and said they didn't have any. My boyfriend asked him about how it says if we order online it can be ready within the hour and the guy didn't seem to know anything about that. He was trying to get my boyfriend's name and going to reserve an order, but said we could come back around 3 or 4 pm at the earliest. I was confused since on the site it says you can order it and it be ready soon. My boyfriend asked him if they can call if it's done sooner than 3pm, so we can know to come pick it up. The worker said that he didn't know if they could call when it's done and if we need a call or text when it's done to just order online. That's a little weird because I'm sure they can call when an order is complete. So we just decide to order online, since that guy didn't seem to know what's going on. We ordered through the website and it tracks everything. So we went and looked at Walmart and by the time we were done it said the cake was almost complete. We called to verify and it had another 10 minutes before being ready. While waiting we did get two of their pastries which were really good. Some custard filled pretzel shaped item and an almond croissant. Both were so good! I took off a star because the guy working could have been more helpful. Maybe he needs some additional training, so he can answer customer's questions better. The inside was clean, but the pastry cabinets were only about halfway filled when we went in and I'd expect them to have more variety of items and be full being that early in the morning.

The most signage was a piece of paper that said Quincy's so keep an eye out. Their choices were pretty slim. They might have had at most 8 different choices, which is fine, but only one of each for a few items. This was about 10am. Their specialty chocolate pastry was really good. It had a good chocolate flavor without being too indulgent. Their blueberry lemon scone was not good at all. Super dry, the flavor was more of flour if anything. I also bought a sugar cookie which my daughter loved, but I just couldn't get over paying $6 for the scone my husband and I didn't care for. Otherwise the other two items were good.
