This place is a sensory overload in the best way!! It's full of maximalist decor and goods. Tons of candy in so many varieties. Huge selection of taffy. Bonbons. Macarons. Cupcakes. The staff was friendly and not stuffy. Loved getting to stop in to this girly heaven. read more

My daughter and I were within walking distance so we stopped in. Very cute candy store, but pricey! The decor impressed me more than the goodies. read more

The candy slicks near is great, but they have no black licorice which is so sad because that's my favorite. The service is Hoham as it's very Gen Z and not friendly or competent at all. Jaden was the person that helped me. It has a pink funky vibe, and there is parking right there, which is nice. You can host a private event such as a bachelor or a birthday party here and they have a little ice cream section. Things feel a little bit over price as I bought a birthday card for six dollars. read more

This place was adorable! The cupcake was delicious and will be getting more in the future. The staff was knowledgeable. They were extremely friendly and didn't rush me which I greatly appreciated. read more

Pinkitzel is the absolute best cupcake, ice cream, and candy store I have ever seen. The cupcakes are so fresh and so delicious. They have the perfect cake/icing ratio, and some of them even have fresh fruit inside of them. The candy takes you back to your childhood. Not only do you have so many options to choose from, but you will even notice some of the old school candies available as well. You can have your cake and ice cream all in one stop. Get a cupcake and go to the ice cream section and have a scoop of ice cream, too! This truly is a fun outing for the entire family. Looking for a great party venue, they have that too! read more

Just okay in my opinion. The cupcakes are pretty small and nothing out of the ordinary really. The cookies and cream cupcake had delicious frosting. The strawberry shortcake cupcake was very sweet and was the flavor was more artificial than fresh. read more

Planned my entire Evening to be here at 9pm. Hours advertised as Open til 11. Now I stuck.

The cupcakes are tiny and have just average flavor aside from what some of them have as decorative frosting. The average person will feel like they got ripped off. read more

While in town for a OKC Thunder game, I glanced across the street from my hotel and saw Pinkitzel. Curious, I strolled over to take a look and went inside. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a voice in the distance somewhere. Candy and sweets as far as the eye can see. Neatly arranged, and as the name of the establishment suggests, a lot of pink. Very aesthetic display of treats, and a very clean establishment. The fam and I browsed for a while at a lot of candies. The wife and kiddos opted for a cupcake and I went for the salt water taffy. Their selection of salt water taffy had a variety of flavors I'd not seen before, so I was wanting to try them all. I got me a bag and got a bunch of different flavors. We paid for our candy, and were out the door. I went back to my hotel and immediately tried my taffy. My favorite was the cherry cola and pear flavored. I did notice the taffy was not very fresh, and all of the wrappers were sticky. I had higher hopes, but they were just okay. I was expecting a better quality for the price paid. My fam said the cupcakes were good, and they were happy with their other candy selections. I did think they were a little high on prices. I get they are not a chain, but they were a little pricey. Also, for the price paid for the taffy, I expected better quality. This to me was a cool "one and done" visit. Check it out if you have a sweet tooth. read more

The cupcake is amazing for the peanut butter. The flavor and frosting are impeccable and not too sweet and peanut butter not over done. It's smaller for the price but taste is worth it. Service on the other hand was just below par. Wasn't greeted. Wasn't even acknowledge took me a bit for them to take my order when I was only one there to order and was rather talking to coworker then take my order. The store interiors is gorgeous and is a girly girls dream come true. It's just a great set up and ice cream lounge is beautiful. Desserts are amazing and can't go wrong, but service ruined the experience a bit. read more

I could have come here alone just to check out the crazy decor, this place is so quirky!!! There are so many fun candies to sift through and a connected ice cream parlor on the other side. Gummies are my absolute favorite, and I loved how many options they had to mix and match with!! This place is just so pretty. I love all the pink, crazy decorations all over the place. It almost feels like a mini art museum inside a candy store. Perfect for Instagram photos, too! ;) read more

Who doesn't love a good cupcake? We discovered Pinkitzel soon after moving to OKC in 2008 and since then they've expanded to three locations across the city. If Willy Wonka had a store this would be it. From the decor to the wide assortment of candy, to ice cream and of course, selection of cupcakes; you'll fall in love with this place. I can never stop by for just one cupcake and I'm sure you won't be able to resist either. read more

Spent over $200 there on the weekend of the air show and they towed my car as a thanks even though I got their blessing several times to leave my car "overnight even" since I'm from out of town and my mobile mechanic was going to work on it at night. I'm stranded and alone and they set me back tremendously. If I knew they were going to tow it, I would have towed it to a shop. And she knew that. But I was told she gets a kick back for towing cars. SO ANGRY I gave them any of my money let alone as much as I did as a thanks for them being so understanding. May God return your "blessings" to your business! read more

Fantastic cup cakes. Second place I have ever given 5 stats for cupcakes. First being Confections of a Rock Star. Yes I eat cupcakes everywhere i go. The cupcakes are moist and show a clear sign of freshness (not like Georgetown cupcakes). The frosting for.both cream cheese and butter cream was done beautifully. The interior decor alone is exciting and an overload of visual appeal that makes it so much fun. My only regret was not getting more. The cupcakes didn't look any different from a cup cake shop but the taste is where this palace stands apart. I regret not coming here the last time I was in Bricktown. read more

One of the most beautiful store I have ever see. This is like a fantasy candy store. I had chocolate ice cream and the cone was lavender flavor, was delicious. They have cupcakes, all kind of candies, chocolates, cookies, giddiest etc. Excellent customer service. The lady was so kind and nice. I witness two kids styling candies, That was not nice to do. Really recommend to stop and enjoy the beautiful and delicious candies. Wonderful atmosphere and outstanding customer service. read more

The interior design is adorable, very chic and girly overall amazing designs. The cup cake was very good nice flavor and equally balanced not too sweet and very moist but I will say it's $4 for a single cupcake that isn't too big in size. I wish they hadn't downsized the cupcakes but I get it sometimes you need to in order to make a profit. I didn't try any of the candy but it seems they have a large selection. Will be a returning customer. read more

A friend surprised me by having Door Dash bring them to me! You know how cupcakes tend to be a bit dry, so people over frost to compensate? NOT HERE!!! The cake was perfection! The frosting ratio was spot on. Best of all? It's a mixed flavor 6 pack, so you get a real variety! I can't wait to order from here again! read more

Such a cute ice cream/candy shop. It was fun to stop in & see one time but due to the prices being outrageous in my opinion, we didn't spend any money. The candy isn't different from the candy you can purchase at most other stories. As long as you don't mind spending a good amount of $ on sugar it's a great shop. read more

Sweet tooth heaven. They have just about anything you want that is sweet. Table of taffy when you walk in, bar with cupcakes and other dipped chocolate goods, tables of jelly beans, and a little ice cream parlor. Seriously anything you could ask for. My better half and I were celebrating my birthday and was excited to try a new place. With their bright pink sign, Pinkitzel caught our attention right away! They have their own parking and the area is walkable from Bricktown and Scissortail. We walked in and were very pleasantly surprised with their decor and variety. We happily looked over the selection and were immediately shocked by their prices. $5+ for a quarter of a pound of candy? $4-5+ for a single macaron/truffle or cupcake?? $8-10+ for a lip balm the size of my thumb??? But being the location, we knew we would be paying more. We just hoped that the quality is there. There was a handful of people inside with two employees. One was dressed in costume and was on the phone. The other was in regular street clothes and on Facebook messenger on their tablet. Neither of them greeted any of us walking in. When they finally were ready to take our orders, neither got off their devices, and seemed more bothered that we were all trying to buy things. My better half is a taffy connoisseur and noticed that most of the taffy felt hard which he explained, meant old. I was interested in the candies but felt silly paying so much for gum balls and jelly beans I can find at the grocery store. We opted for a cupcake and ice cream. I got the carrot cake cupcake because I love cream cheese frosting. To my dismay, the frosting was hard and the cake was dry. It tasted old and stale, like cupcakes you baked and forgot on the counter at home. So disappointed! The ice cream was the highlight, as it should be for $6 for two scoops in a cone. I'm hindsight, we would have gotten more for our buck at Braums. Consider yourselves warned! This was a definite damper on my birthday weekend. I won't be back. read more

All the candy you could dream of! Such a cute shop and a total vibe cupcakes were yummy and I enjoyed all the gummies to pick from. It's like an old fashion candy store, but modern! Next time I'll try the ice cream! The store seemed clean and the staff members were inviting and helpful. A little high on prices, but as expected for downtown OKC. read more

The food here was atrocious. The cupcakes were overpriced, dried out, and not worth their money. The ice cream was good, hard to mess that up. But the shakes were one of the worst this I've had, I didn't even know you could make one so bad. Macaroons are a hit or miss, some are good some are bad. Don't trust any of the candies in the containers unless you want to eat rocks. The service was ok. They did their job, but didn't go above and beyond. Ambiance was fine, tacky if anything. If I was 5 and didn't have a budget, this place would be magical read more

Sooooooo cute and aesthetic and the red velvet macaron is divineeeeee.... The two lady's that were working were so nice and so sweet too!!

The cupcakes are okay. The service was okay. The decor was cute. If I'm having cupcakes it's gonna GiGis lol!

It's all about presentation. The building and showcasing of products are delightful. The music is fun. The assortment of items varied from strawberry to pizza flavors. I ordered the turtle cheesecake cupcake, at the recommendation of the cashier. The only drinks available were water bottles or lemonade, from a glass front refrigerator. The cupcake was $3.75. I Add the water, and you've racked up over 7$. The cupcake was on the smallish side. There was almost equal proportion of buttercream topping and cake. It wasn't what I had hoped it would be. I have read the other reviews, and I have to say it was just a very small, very tiny step above grocery store cupcakes. It will do in a pinch. read more

We brought our kiddos in last night for the first time, there were lots of ooohs and ahhhs!! The moment we walked in we were greeted by a smiling face even though she was working solo and slammed, Charlotte managed to tend to everybody promptly and was very informative about everything. Charlotte was very patient with all the kiddos who were on a sugar high and wanted to touch everything. Customer service seems to be gone these days but Charlotte gives me hope! We drove in from Edmond and even though we have one around here, I will still drive to OKC because I know there's a friendly and patient person working. Thank you Charlotte! read more

super cute store and yummy macaroons. customer service was great, the little brown haired lady at the counter was super sweet. Little pricey. However, she looked sick, she was sniffling, sneezing, and obviously struggling. That just makes me wonder if they actually take care of the employees since they allow sick employees around customers and food. I bet this isn't the only time they've had an employee under the weather working with food. read more

Such a cute shop near the Bricktown district! We were staying in a hotel across the street, and stopped in with our kids after dinner. The shop had every candy imaginable! Everyone is sure to find a favorite here. They also had chocolate covered pretzels, cupcakes, macarons, and more. Their decor is over the top, in the best way. We briefly looked at their women's clothing and accessories, which were super cute. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shop was clean. Only con is that it was a bit expensive, which would be expected of that location, and it's more of an "experience" than buying your favorite candy at a grocery store. read more

Not even sure where to start. This place will catch your attention and has decent variety but is WAY OVERPRICED! Cupcakes are less than stellar and customer service was meh. I'd say if you're looking for cupcakes, keep looking. You can find better pricing, quality and better variety elsewhere. Their cupcakes are beautiful to look at but not all that great to eat. The macaroons are also an epic FAIL here. Again, keep looking. The only reason you should come here is if you want to perhaps buy some overpriced jellybeans or if you happen to be in the market to buy every color of sixlets known to mankind. Stick to Party City for this (way cheaper). This place was true disappointment. read more
