Interesting trip to this bakery! Very nice, very clean and organized. I got here at mid-morning so I may have missed a lot of the good stuff that comes out early! I did try the Crookie an interesting take on a cookie & a croissant. It was interesting and I'm glad I tried, it was on the sweet side but it did pair well with a cup of black coffee! I was really excited to have this place local but every time I go in there they are sold out of sourdough and a lot of their selection. If you can't get there before 9am, I'm not sure it's worth the trip there unless you are already nearby and just want to pop in. Seems like they make a good product though! Just wish they didn't sell out by 9am when they are open until 2pm. read more

I'm not sure what they call it but their sourdough cranberry nut bread is really really good. It's heavy (!), not lightweight like the ordinary bread from the grocery store. It has generous amounts of fruit and nuts. Don't let the price put you off, because it's worth it. Makes the best toast ever. read more

This place is unbelievable, I discovered through the farmers market, where a nice lady gave me a sample of the sourdough milk bread. It was unbelievable. I didn't know they had a brick and mortar location, since I've found that out, I go every week. Nice enough place. Workers are semi-friendly. But if you want to buy something that isn't bottom of the barrel or picked over or exposed to the elements, don't come by after 11:30am. They officially close at 2:00 but they never make enough to sell after 12:30. What's not to love about a new business that will ultimately drive traffic to Edmond's Main Street, where people are already queueing thirty minutes before opening, to get their scones, muffins, and morning buns. And, although I love breakfast pastries as much as the next girl, the true value of this new local spot will be found in the incredible bread offerings they'll be able to provide wholesale to local restaurants, as well as giving locals a previously unavailable option for fresh, handmade bread for purchase and take home. And, here's a pro tip: If you go to a new bakery, and they are sold out of every pastry thirty minutes after opening, that's how you know you're in the right spot. If they could pull out some frozen goodies, don't you think they would? Instead, several days during their first week open, the were sold out 30 minutes into their day. That's incredible. They'll eventually scale up according to demand, but maybe you've read about the unprecedented staffing shortages and inflation? I guarantee, if they were a place that could scale up any faster, they would. But handmade goodness is hard to come by, and even harder to produce. You can't produce fresh-baked artisan bread on a massive scale. That's the definition of artisan. But you can be supportive and patient in the meantime. I was sad to not get a morning bun when I went in the other day, but that's a first-world problem. We were walking in downtown Edmond this morning and passed by this incredible shop and I just knew I needed to go in and omg I am so glad we did! This cute bakery is the spot for fresh baked goods! We got the blueberry cream cheese danish and split it- we definitely should have gotten 2! They were so good! Incredibly light and fluffy and and flavor. I also got their ham and cheese pastry with everything but the bagel seasoning and yall it was so flaky and delicious and there was quite a generous portion of ham. They also have an incredible selection of fresh baked breads! Which I will definitely be coming back to try! The service was incredibly friendly, they walked us through their menu and the ones that sell really well. We definitely are wanting to come back and try more. read more

Yay not only was I first in line today... I'm also first to leave a yelp review . Ok so I saw this place on Instagram and started following them. The food looked amazing on their Instagram feed. When you go try to get there early because they sell out kind of quick. I arrived an hour early determined to be first in line. Hours are 8am - 2 pm. Anyway the line starts to get a little thick around 7:30. Let me tell you that everything was fresh and delicious. Omg!!!!!!! The breakfast sausage pastry was EVERYTHING! I loved their blueberry pastry as well as the glazed donut cake. Remember to pace yourself once you get inside because you will buy everything you see(I warned you). I hardly ever write reviews, but I can't stay quiet about TT's pan au chocolat. I consider myself a PAC connoisseur (basically I just eat a lot of them), and I feel confident saying that TT's is the best I've ever had. It's soft and chewy on the inside but beautifully flaky and crispy on the outside. You can taste the high-quality butter in every bite. And the ratio of chocolate to pastry is spot on. Their scones and breads are also amazing. They do everything so well. Plus, it's just an adorable place. Makes me feel like I've stepped into a cute boulangerie in France. And I love their little "streetery" in getting-cooler-by-the-minute Downtown Edmond. read more

Ive had their savory and sweet croissants, donuts, cookies, lemon bars which are all delicious. Flaky, buttery, and just overall good to eat. Great pastries! Not many bakeries in the area and this location is perfectly on my drive to work. They open at 8am, by 8:15 am Saturday, there was a line out the door. I stopped by again today at 10:30 (Labor Day) after sleeping in, and they were sold out of everything! Great for business! not so great for me. Thankfully, there's three local coffee shops within a half mile radius that offer breakfast items. Just a tip if you find yourself in a similar situation. I also live close by, so it wasn't like I had to commute far for the perfect chocolate croissant. So get there early, especially on holidays or weekends! I'll continue scouting them out every so often, especially for some pistachio muffins I hope they'll make someday! read more

I have tried a few of the pastries and they were very good. My favorite was the cranberry orange scones and the cruffin with the lemon curd. These are two that w wish I could get year round. The peach scone was okay but it was a little bit dry. I will still go though because as I said they have some very good pastries. The staff is very friendly and the service is top notch.
