First of all the service was very good. I'm impressed with all the teenagers working there. However, the product was very disappointing. The cookies we got were just not very tasty. I had the s'mores cookie and it tasted like a brand muffin with a little bit of chocolate on it. My husband had the chocolate chocolate chip cookie and it was not very good either. They do live up to the description of crumbly because they are undercooked. We were very disappointed and will not stop in for a cookie again. read more

Crumbl is always very tasty and has a variety of options! The service is subpar, but all you are really there to do is get your cookies so it's not that important. I haven't even tasted the cookie but it came with exceptional customer service and the cookie was warm to the touch in a cute box. Y'all know how I am about customer service! Today is opening day for this location and it's packed. The place is small and compact. So many specialty cookies, rolo cookie loonies amazing, strawberry lemonade cookie and the simple chocolate chip (I'm so happy) I'm told flavors change out weekly. This location stays open til midnight! Really a cookie place with no booze just milk..lol... stays open this late! This is sure to be a spot here in edmond with the college and high school kids! Inside is well lit and nice and clean. There is no seating inside or out and the parking lot is relatively small but people aren't dismayed as soon as you get your cookie all is happy in the world. Also I had my mask on but didn't see many customers with theirs on nor did the slew of kids I saw entering the place. The staff was fully masked. Opening day for this location and of course they were busy busy busy but still seemed to have things together. You can smell the cookies before you even get inside! One of the best food smells in my opinion. I have been to the other location more times than I'll admit soo I already know these cookies are amazing and HUGE! I would have given it zero stars if that was an option based primarily on their customer service. Been there twice now and the first time the cookies were good but the customer service was horrible. I stood at the front counter for five minutes waiting to order not realizing you ordered from a kiosk and not one of the five employees bothered to say one word to me. Not a hi or "if you'd like to order you can place it on the kiosk". Second time I never got a chance to order. They had 6 employees working in the middle of the afternoon and not one of them bothered to greet us when we walked in. We were the only ones in the store too. So it wasn't like they were getting slammed. I asked a couple of questions as to why the mini three pack wasn't available and the kid behind the counter just stopped talking to me altogether. I was told they couldn't do a three pack because they were out of boxes but could order a 6 pack or a 12 pack. Then when I asked if they could just put the 3 pack in a different size box I was basically ignored. I'm not normally someone that would leave a bad review but I have also never been ignored mid conversation by a store worker either. I understand when things get busy you got a lot going on but the way this cashier was tonight, young female long blonde hair in shorts was kindof rude. I went in there were people in front of me waiting, she was helping a lady with her pick up and there was a couple that was in front me as we waited in the pick up part. After the couple left, I went closer to the pick up counter she never acknowledged my presence even when she kept coming towards the counters she would literally stare at me and walk off. I don't understand the purpose of online ordering when your order is not ready at the time quoted. Granted I was running later than my pickup time, but that to me means I shouldn't have received my order after a walk-in order when it was ordered and paid for 12 hours prior. The fact that I tipped on an order that I waited 15 minutes for that was 45 minutes after the time requested is ridiculous. There is no sense of urgency. No apology for my wait. No consideration for my time. I was late for my party because my order was not ready. I just expect pickup orders to be just that, pickup, not wait 15 minutes to pickup. This location is without a doubt the best and most efficient store I have been to. I have gone during both slow and very crowded times, and the staff is friendly, competent, helpful, and just exceptional overall regardless of how many people are in the store. This is not the closest location to our house, but is worth the drive 100% of the time. Thank you so much to the staff and management at this store. Other locations should look to you as a model on how to run their business. So the kids wanted something special the other day and on a whim we decided to try Crumbl! It was amazing! We got chocolate chip, red velvet and Boston cream! Everything was incredible! There has been so much hype over this cookie brand. Visited the store and ordered five different flavors to try. There seemed to be little going on behind the front, shouldn't there be cookie making steadily happening? Waited longer than you should have to for cookies in my opinion. My teenage daughter was significantly stoked to try them and I was curious. Major let down, the only cookie that wasn't underbaked was the no bake one. They're giant croquets of either warm cookie dough or chilled cookie dough. Myself and my sister are both pastry chefs and I wouldn't sell a cookie like this and especially not for that outrageous price. My advice would be cook them more and add a pinch of salt. I'll stick to my own or Eileen's Cookies in the future. read more

Heard about Crumbl Cookies from all the social media hype. Just happened to see a location (I-35 Frontage Rd, Edmond) while doing other shopping so I thought I would give it a try. Loved the self-ordering set up. Everyone in the shop we friendly and greeted me. Ordered 4 different cookies (choc chip, pink, carrot, mango). The cookies are STUNNINGLY beautiful and the box is super cute. So far so good, right? Well, then I open the box to sneak a bite of the pink cookie on the way home (normal activity!). Odd - they were cold. Really cold - straight out of the fridge cold. Odd but, well...OK. I broke a piece off and tasted it. No flavor - nothing but sugar sweet, and a weird texture. That must be because it's cold, right? So I let it warm up on the way home. It was about 60 degrees outside and I went straight home so the cookies were not left out in any kind of heat. When I got home, the frosting had slumped off the edges of the cookie. When I went to pick up the cookie, it literally disintegrated - literally could not pick it up at all. But that was just the one cookie, right? NOPE. 3 of the 4 disintegrated when we tried to pick them up. The only one that held together was the chocolate chip. But I can eat a cookie with a spoon and still be happy, right? Nope - there was no flavor to any of the cookies (except the mango topping) and they were just mushy piles. So disappointed! read more
