Great coffee shop! I recently came here for the first time and had a great time. Their space is very large with lots of seating, perfect for working or meeting others. We got their house latte and an iced pistachio latte with a saffron milk cake. I really liked the cake. It was refreshing and not too sweet. Their house latte was well spiced and enjoyable. I didn't really taste the pistachio in the iced latter but my friend liked it regardless. I will definitely come back to try more of their pastries and sweets. read more

Got here 25 minutes after opening and they were out of tiramisu syrup for their specialty drink. The barista wasn't friendly about it. I'm really confused by these great reviews, either I hit them on an off day or they've changed management. The mocha you couldn't even taste any chocolate, the coffee was subpar at best. She cautioned us the drinks were hot but didn't even wish us a good day or anything. Definitely won't be coming back. read more

I have found my new coffee place!!! I discovered I loved cardamom earlier this year and when I saw this place I decided to stop by to see what they had. I was so excited to see cardamom and coffee paired together! On my first visit, I was given a sample of chair to taste! Fantastic! I have tried the Muffawar and the Badwin coffees! They were superb! Trying a latte on this visit and it is good also. The atmosphere is phenomenal l. Nice place to enjoy coffee and dessert after dinner or to do work during the day. The layout supports it all! The adeni chai keeps me coming back. Food is not the best here. Honestly haven't tried any food that I like. The latte's are mid. Cinnamon rolls are bad. We tried the cheesecake and it tasted like a block of cream cheese. I like the service and drive thru window. They play music sometimes. Prices are great. Over all I think this place is inconsistent. Their roof leaks when it rains or snows. Food hazard? Beats me. read more

This is hands down my favorite place I've had coffee/tea from in OKC. The flavors are rich, deep and complex and the teas and coffees are made with care. I can't begin to explain how happy I am to know that Mocha House is a thing (in Edmond of all places). Let me count all the things I love about Mocha House: 1. The Adeni Chai. It's my favorite drink there. The Yemeni coffee is fine. Some of them I'd even consider not good. But the Adeni Chai is delicious. It's part chai, and part dessert. If you have experience with Indian desserts like payasam, then you may recognize the spices in the Adeni Chai. 2. It's open late. In Oklahoma. Where every business thinks you should be in bed by 9 pm. 3. Friendly customer service. Engaged. Helpful. Not much more to say about this beyond the fact that they are really good. 4. The minorities. Not the staff. I mean, yes the staff but also the customers. They're all minorities. In Oklahoma. Smiling tear emoji. When I stepped in for the first time, I texted my wife to be like "it feels like I'm in Toronto right now", which some people will love or hate. But I assume if you hate it, you wouldn't be patronizing a place like Mocha House. It's been pretty busy every time I've gone in, which is nice. I hope this place finds a lot of success. Here's one thing I don't love though: 1. The milk cakes. None of the ones I've tried are good. They're all largely flavorless and don't live up to their respective flavors. It's like eating really bland Tres Leches cakes. Like they were made by La Croix; where the flavors sort of taste like their names but you're not entirely sure if you're imagining it. But as long as they have the Adeni Chai on the menu, it doesn't really matter because that's the most delicious dessert they have there. On a related note, if they had some savory items, that would go well with the sweet drinks. Here's hoping. read more

Mocha House is a wonderful coffee/tea and sweets shop located in Edmond. I came for the first time on Tuesday this past week during my snow day off from work and ordered their hot Matcha latte to-go and it was INCREDIBLE!! I also ordered the honeycomb pastry dessert, which I will come back again for. The pastry itself was a little savory, but filled with cream cheese and drizzled with honey all over making it a little sweet, too. SO DELICIOUS!! I came back to Mocha house the next day to work remotely and thoroughly enjoyed my delicious and STRONG hot Matcha latte. This drink kept me wired all day long. I want to come back and try the coffee. There are plenty of tables and outlets if you are looking for coffee shop vibes to do some work at. The staff is extremely friendly. I also love the merch they have on display (sweaters, mugs, etc.) and the beautiful Yemeni artwork on the walls. I 100% recommend this place!! read more

It does get a bit more active at night with a dessert crowd. Lots of cakes and fun desserts.. Some syrups offered are better than others. Worth trying to decide for yourself. read more

Ordered an Adeni chai for $4.50 and was pleased! It wasn't watery at all, but the tea was rich and creamy with just the right amount of spices and sweetness. Our Sunday morning adventure did not disappoint at Mocha House. Lauren is a gem and was patient while I explained I didn't like chai or cardamom. Turns out, I don't like the fake stuff. The Chai had a fruity tea taste and it is phenomenal. I opted for the pistachio latte, although I had my fair share of my partners drink and mine. WOAH. So, I came to this place specifically for their pistachio latte. To my knowledge, Starbucks is the only place I've been able to find them.. until today. This wonderful little shop makes a fantastic pistachio latte. The most unique/complex coffee drink I think I've ever had. So many flavors going on, the coffee is beautiful once it opens up. My only remark is that I would personally like a pinch less syrup/sugar. That's just me being super picky though. This was such a unique experience. I have always wanted to try authentic Turkish style coffee and I was not disappointed. It was smooth, with a hint of cardamom and sugar. It was lighter than an espresso shot and tasted like a mixture of coffee/tea. The pistachio chocolate bar was amazing! If you're a chocolate fan this is a must try. I chose Basboosa since it has honey and coconut and looked super moist. It was delicious. The Adeni Chai was so good, too. I loved the spices they used and it gave the tea a little bite to the flavor. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely come back even though it is 40 minutes from me.
