I have driven by this coffee house many times and wanted to try it when I could. This week I had the opportunity to. I used to come here when it was a different business so I was excited to see the complete new layout and design. It is very cozy and the staff were welcoming. I wanted to try the matcha latte and they suggested that I add vanilla. It was a great suggestion! I look forward to trying another latte next time.

TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND YOUR FAMILY! THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC! I was greeted by the friendly staff and they asked if it was my first time there and answered all my questions. Everything is organic and MADE FRESH. I am a coffee snob and struggle to get coffee that is better than what I made at my cafe in my home but this is so good! My husband and I both got house lattes and Cinnabon baklava. Both were great. Beautiful interior and very hospitable. Wish it weren't so far away from my house but we will be back!

Little gem in Edmond. Best coffee and chai tea in town, they made the drink for you fresh. All dessert tastes great, we love honeycomb. The owner is very nice and I am very impressed by Adeni chai, so creamy and strong chai flavor, very good quality of milk tea with spice aroma. This is hands down my favorite place I've had coffee/tea from in OKC. The flavors are rich, deep and complex and the teas and coffees are made with care. I love cardamom and many of the drinks have it in them. I wish I lived closer to Edmond, I would be here all the time! The vibe is chill and welcoming and the staff is friendly and informative. I can't begin to explain how happy I am to know that Mocha House is a thing (in Edmond of all places). Let me count all the things I love about Mocha House: 1. The Adeni Chai. It's my favorite drink there. The Yemeni coffee is fine. Some of them I'd even consider not good. But the Adeni Chai is delicious. It's part chai, and part dessert. If you have experience with Indian desserts like payasam, then you may recognize the spices in the Adeni Chai. 2. It's open late. In Oklahoma. Where every business thinks you should be in bed by 9 pm. 3. Friendly customer service. Engaged. Helpful. Not much more to say about this beyond the fact that they are really good. 4. The minorities. Not the staff. I mean, yes the staff but also the customers. They're all minorities. In Oklahoma. Smiling tear emoji. When I stepped in for the first time, I texted my wife to be like "it feels like I'm in Toronto right now", which some people will love or hate. But I assume if you hate it, you wouldn't be patronizing a place like Mocha House. It's been pretty busy every time I've gone in, which is nice. I hope this place finds a lot of success. Here's one thing I don't love though: 1. The milk cakes. None of the ones I've tried are good. They're all largely flavorless and don't live up to their respective flavors. It's like eating really bland Tres Leches cakes. Like they were made by La Croix; where the flavors sort of taste like their names but you're not entirely sure if you're imagining it. But as long as they have the Adeni Chai on the menu, it doesn't really matter because that's the most delicious dessert they have there. On a related note, if they had some savory items, that would go well with the sweet drinks. Here's hoping.

Mocha House is a wonderful coffee/tea and sweets shop located in Edmond. I came for the first time on Tuesday this past week during my snow day off from work and ordered their hot Matcha latte to-go and it was INCREDIBLE!! I also ordered the honeycomb pastry dessert, which I will come back again for. The pastry itself was a little savory, but filled with cream cheese and drizzled with honey all over making it a little sweet, too. SO DELICIOUS!! I came back to Mocha house the next day to work remotely and thoroughly enjoyed my delicious and STRONG hot Matcha latte. This drink kept me wired all day long. I want to come back and try the coffee. There are plenty of tables and outlets if you are looking for coffee shop vibes to do some work at. The staff is extremely friendly. I also love the merch they have on display (sweaters, mugs, etc.) and the beautiful Yemeni artwork on the walls. I 100% recommend this place!!

Muffawar coffee, jubani coffee, & gluten free tiramisu

This is my favorite coffee house!! Everything is always stellar from the delicious, quality, unique coffees & teas to the baked goods, and the staff. Today I am having muffawar coffee and gluten free tiramisu. OMG, the gf tiramisu is amazing! So creamy and moist. If you haven't tried this place, I urge you to.

Clean and beautiful ambiance with Yemeni flair. Ordered a Muffwar coffee: Medium roast, cardamom, cream Aden Chai: Black tea, house spice, cream And a honeycomb: bread with cream cheese pockets, drizzled with honey. Tastes like buttery pizza dough. The pastries are a bit on the expensive side but the cost of the drinks are VERY reasonable. Everything was delicious!! Highly recommend. Oh my! What an incredible little coffee/tea shop in Edmond, OK. My wife and I spent our date night sipping an amazing pot of chai and shared a piece of saffron milk cake. The medium pot was perfect for a great catch up conversation. When we stopped in, we were greeted by such a friendly and helpful staff who explained all the menu items that were foreign to us. If you want a coffee and dessert shop that prides itself in providing superior service, serving authentic high quality foods with addictive flavors, and employing friendly staff---this is the place for you. I told staff chai is my favorite and they let me sample it for FREE!! We ordered the QISHER, BAKLAVA AND PISTACHIO MILK CAKE. The coffee and chai drinks are THE BEST I've had in Oklahoma and the pistacho milk cake was light, not too sweet and absolutely delicious. Stumbled into this place and it was a very pleasant surprised. Very clean place with a friendly and unique atmosphere. The coffee is exceptional, unlike anything I've ever drank! The Honeycomb had the perfect amount of sweet, but wasn't jam packed with sugar. We sampled some cakes and if you like moist cakes, you will be in cake heaven. We even tried some smoothies that were absolutely delicious. This will be one of my regular spots from here forward. read more

Every item in the store is so beautifully and intricately decorated that it felt like stepping into a dream. The selection of pastries, cakes, and cookies was incredible--choosing just one was nearly impossible. Now, I thought we had everything finalized, but they double checked to make sure I was still going with them for my wedding cake (which I am super greatful for because... wedding day would have had no wedding cake lol). I went down to the store and got things squared away. I REPEAT, go into the store and double check with them you're in their system because their was some miscommunication over the text even when I thought there wasn't. (Again, I don't think anyone is at fault, just simple miscomunication). I went in today, paid, and have everything set straight. I love their cake, you definetly need to try it for yourself (I bought one of the llama ones they have in their display box).

I highly recommend trying the three different types of coffee they offer. It might take a little longer to prepare, but trust me, once you take that first sip, it feels like pure bliss. I also tried a cake that I think was red velvet, and it was absolutely delicious. It had the perfect balance--not too sweet at all. The flavors were beautifully combined, much like a latte with a hint of rose, which paired wonderfully with my coffee. I mentioned to the staff how much I enjoyed my experience, and it seemed to bring them a lot of joy, especially since they'd received some negative reviews in the past that didn't reflect the quality of their service. While I could have requested it to-go, the experience left a negative impression. I also noticed that other customers were experiencing similar issues with their orders, despite the café not being particularly busy. I stumbled on this place as an alternative to Starbucks being closed, but I never think of any other environment to either just get coffee or study. the warmth you get from the staffs there and the friendly atmosphere it provide is unmatching. for real coffee lovers, you'll get the unique chai that you'd not find anywhere else. not just bragging about this place, but if I knew it a while back, I don't think I'd have visited any other places. read more
